DUH--- I just read the post above where you asked about a pumpkin cookie recipe.
I would think you could leave the choco chips out of them but it might affect the consistency of them. If it doesn't work, you haven't lost all that much, have you?

Marsue is right on that chicken soup. It will make you well faster than anything!
I went to our local snack shop (it's like a Dairy Queen..but isn't!) and got our supper. My DH works at the little grocery in our town and I didn't get done at the beauty shop until 4:30...so just went up there and got some chicken dinners. Worked for me!! I had to go to the library too. Don't want to get snowed in tonight without something to read!!

Getting snowed in! Glad I don't live up there, Marcy! But having a good book and a chicken dinner will make it all better. Do you have a good fire going in the fireplace, too?

Not yet, Marsue...but we will. I told DH to bring in some wood before it got covered with snow.!

DH decided we needed stuff at the store. More than what I already got earlier. We have a fireplace but it's gas and shut off right now. (sigh)

Swedish meatballs are almost done. I can smell them and they're making my mouth water. Plus, the crockpot lid is going, tap tap tap. Reminding me to check it once in awhile.

It never did rain today, like they said it would. Lucky us because it's getting dark now. Don't want frozen roads, too.

Okay. I'm going to start that new thread.
