I do read or e-mail DH interesting posts here and there, so I'm breaking him in.
It's Harper's B-day #2
I can relate. My DW asks how several DGers are doing because she has vicariously gotten to know them.
Most of the family here feels like our NEGers are an extended part of the family. They ask 'what's new' when I get online to post ... or just read and chuckle.
Wheeeee!! It's nice to be part of your extended family.
Candyce, does that mean we're ALL invited for Christmas dinner?!!!
Sounds like a great family get together of a bung of DGers.
Harper, do you mean "bunch"? As long as you didn't type "dung"!
Bung! I wrote "bung"!? Wonder where that came from... Yes, I meant "bunch" and I sure am glad I didn't write "dung"!
Check out meaning number two of 'bung'!

Not thrilling for after dinner reading.
Figures you'd look that one up, Victor! And, Harper, I KNOW you don't think of us that way!
Better rephrase 'look that one up'!!
Victor!!!! I think you need a time out!
Crying harder now........now we're back to the anal quip? You can always count on Victor to know those words!
Yes, he's the professor of analology.
I guess somebody has to be that! Good one, Sue!
If you all come to dinner, I'll proclaim it a pot luck.
I believe Scatologist would be it - but that's already another thread.
Yes, scatelogically speaking!
Now it all makes sense to me what was saying... Well, no wait. I'm still confused, but I know what a 'bung' is! Goodie for me.
Whatever you do, don't look it up Harper!
I won't look up it, either!
I thought it had something to do with wine or beer casks. I'm not looking it up, either.
Me too. I thought it was the stopper in a wine barrel. Whatever you do - don't tell me if it isn't!
It is Cat, there's just another defenition for it.
I won't touch this with a ten foot pole.
I'm afraid to look it up!! And pirl don't d-mail me what it is - it was embarrassing enough last time when I didn't know what something was. LOL I want to stay stupid or un-informed and I will just never use the word. I've never heard of it anyway. I know what dung is!! Eleanor
Likewise, Eleanor. One definition is about all I can handle.
Hey - inquiring minds want to know! What the dickens does it mean . . . . well, I guess I will have to look it up myself . . . . hey, wait, Victor already looked it up.
Well, now I know what my mother meant by bung-hole! (She grew up on a farm).
I was going to post but erased it. Hmm, guess I posted any way to let you know I didn't post. Eleanor
LOL
Happy birthday plus, Harper!
Oh, Candyce, you beat me to it! I was hoping to be the first to give Harper a December birthday wish. Oh, well . . .
Happy cold birthday, Harper! I'm sure you'll have plenty of icing for your cakes over the next few months! As Mary Engelbreit would say, "Be warm, inside and out"!
Sorry, Sue.
LOL
Thank you Candyce and Sue! This is so fun.
We got snow today. I still haven't dug up my cannas or dahlias. I think they're gonners. That's a bummer. This season caught me by surprise. I spent all of October painting my room when i should've been in the garden. Guess I could be happy that my room is freshly painted.
This is ridiculous - this thread takes way to long to load. we need another thread.
