Forgot to post the following...

Was so very upset last night, was on an ornament exchange and one of the 'like's' was hummingbirds, another crystal type glass ornaments..so went shopping and found a hand blown hummingbird..it was in a hard plastic box, secured insde..was going to open it and stuff it with something to secure it more but had difficulties opening the box so thought better leave well enough alone..at post office we put box in bubble wrap, folded the envelop so it would double it's strength and put fragil ticket on it..well it took forever to arrive, and you guessed it, all broken...so, will go out over the next few days and look for another ornament..something that cannot break..should learn a lesson-right...parcels must take an awful beating when in transit...discourages one from participating again...feel just terrible about it..everyone else were posting lovely photo's of their new treasures, and my recipient, well, she gets to post pieces of glass...so guess that was my worse of yesterday....

Off to cut sleighs..talk later today...hope you've something exciting planned..if you do please share, if you haven't, then please keep me company..boring day at work yesterday..no one to play with..whine/whine/whine..lol

good morning Betty, I can't sleep

for today I'm planning on getting things rearranged in my greenhouse. I love it in there, so peaceful. and then I'm gonna pretend like I'm gonna clean the house for my parents, sister, and nephew to come visit. The place is a disaster and I know they don't care, anyway

and I'm trying to resist buying any more plants...until the real sdales go on after Thanksgiving anyway. You know I still haven't found that sketch

Trop..must be something going around..think it's excitement re Thanksgiving and Christmas and everything that must be done, mind is going a mile a minute..that's it..sit yourself down, write out your 'today's plan, have a coffee and do what you can in your leisure...if it works..lol..let me know and will do same...accomplished much this morning..cut out 4 sleighs, did some cleaning, bath/hair done, playing on computer, have the gold to put on my Christmas balls and by then 7 should be here so I can start out to work..then, my day really starts...I would absolutely love a greenhouse..so cold here in winter though that I doubt it would be beneficial..can dream though..lucky you!

I do look forward to having all the girls come to paint on Wednesday night..but, it just makes for such a long day..today I'll have started my day at 4am and won't finish much before 11:30 - 19 1/2 hr. day..does that seem possible..guess it is...

I am so amazed at how productive you are, I have tons of enerrgy and run around all the time, but it really takes an effort to complete anything. yeah...a list....lol....not laughing because it's a bad idea, it's just that then I feel bad when I don't get to mark things off.

I'm up ..woke up at 6 am..better than the 4 am for you Betty..Once I am awake I can't go back to sleep. Betty you must be the same..
Seems when one gets a bit more "mature" we are early to bed early to rise..Except for you Betty and nights like tonight for you. Still the excitement for you will keep you going.
I haven't cut the runners for the sleigh yet..nor have I painted the base. Maybe I will try to get that done today.
I am wondering what the dap is for? I did put it in a container. I cut the Santa out with small nail scissors.

dawn, glad you had a good time was it warm there? i saw those at home depot to, the color got my attention by the time i really looked at it i got the supervisor on my back saying oh h--- no lol guess he thought i was going to buy one ,i wasn't i think next time i go to hd i'll leave him at home.

you have acomplished a awful lot already this morning im tired already now if i didnt do the stupidest thing two days ago i was using the jig saw to cut something out and i guess the way i was holding it, at the top of the saw was pushing in the lower palm quite hard i guess the vibration from the saw got me, my goodness my hand is just sore as can be actually feels bruised and i know in a hurry yep thats me lol

did you guys start this project yet? I have not cut it out yet, debating on how since our garage is packed with stuff from Greg's mom dieing and we are afraid that there are still black widdows in there. We bombed it two times but one does not want to go digging in the dark in a packed garage. Direct tv killed our garage power too so there is no light...MORE DANGER. I NEED TO BOMB AGAIN, before I try to find Greg's jig saw.

I am using a piece of wood that I had bought years ago when I used to play around with crafts. It already had a bit of curved edge
Do you have anything you could use at the house? I'm making it a hanging wall decoration.
