The sun was hitting the top of the trees last night around 5-6pm and it just lit up the colors.

For those of you who didn't get to meet me at the RU, and hear my story of my second job this summer, in brief: I work full time night shift at a nursing home as a CNA, and I do have a very compulsive spending habit(addiction) especially when it comes to plants, and christmas decorating...This spring I was at one of my favorite garden centers, Greystone Garden Center, and asked them if they needed help for the summer, the answer was yes. I told them I would work for plants, no pay, no nothing. Essentially, that's what I did...so, I have shrubs, sm trees, and perennials I would normally not have bought, and one is absolutely stunning, Itea...here's a pic...
