Does anyone LIKE daylight savings time?

Thanks for the welcome Dave47. I love it here when it gets dark early, flowerjen! We have so much hot sun it is a treat when the early evenings come. It has been so warm here the cardinals are singing like they do in the spring! Please send us some winter, I am getting tired of watering!

Gotta do that Moonlight Savings!! I think you guys generally need water more than Winter.

Victor, the plants need the water and I need the winter to take a break from all the plant care. My yard is small but packed with inground and way to many potted plants. Ofcourse the potted plants need water every day until it really cools off, so no break for me till we get some of that winter!

How often do you have water restrictions? Do you have rain barrels? The polymer crystals really help with the containers. And mulching them on top too.

Yes I have a 32 gal. rain barrel but it does not fill very often. I have not tried the polymers, probably should. I mostly use the miracle gro potting soil. No, we have no water restrictions. The high cost is restriction enough!
