Does anyone LIKE daylight savings time?

Brisbane, Australia(Zone 10b)

Candyce: My family lives in Montabaur, which is near frankfurt! Closer to Koblenz though. Thats on my fathers side. My Mothers family is in Hamburg. My parents immigrated to NZ when my sister and I were small children. Im supposed to be going for a month long visit in Jan/Feb anyway to be there for Grans 90th birthday, my uncle is asking if I want to come over a bit earlier thats all. So theres the Germany connection. Last time I was there in winter was over 10 years ago. Usually go over in summertime.

Yes, Fjordland is stunning. The south is very differen to the north. I visited Milford sound when I was 12 and its left a lasting impression on me. Countless waterfalls.
Palmy where I live now (where my university is) is not that exciting, farmland backed by a mountain range. Inland as well. I miss the sea. Its only a 40min drive to the cold windy west coast, but somehow I dont do it that often.
Here is Palmys most scenic attraction: The mighty Manawatu Gorge. Oooooohhh.......

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

Leana:

I know that region of Germany pretty well. I loved living in Germany, and I learned a lot about the people and got to know several who were the salt of the earth.

I wouldn't trade my experiences in Germany for anything.
