This one came in a mix, but looks like a wild nil. The bloom is fairly small.

Really like this one. It's on the same plant that had my favorite bloom of the year...and it made TONS of seeds.

I have two plants of this type and they are really late bloomers, they just started now.

I just can't get over what you are growing indoors! BEAUTIFUL, Beth!!!!!

I really like that purple one!!

I'm running a humidifier in the grow room this year and they really seem to like it.

Beth, Your unknown bloom is a beauty. The Oreheme is
very pretty and I loved your China Doll blooms. Is C.D. still blooming?

scio, oregon, OR(Zone 8a)

The China Doll that made light seeds is done. I have two other nils that LOOK just like China Doll but they make dark seeds, so they must be different.

Beth-Your blooms are soo beautiful. I think this is my new favorite forum. I think I take more photos of my MG's than anything. The excitement of seeing what is blooming each day is wonderful. They are my two boys favorites as well and they are 15 and 11! You sent me some new varieties last week and I can't wait to see them next season!-Kath

Beth, Lovely blooms

Nelson, NH(Zone 5a)

Beth, Are these all plants that you will move outside in the spring? And when did you start them? And-one more-lol-Were they started outside in the pot or inside?

scio, oregon, OR(Zone 8a)

These were all summer plants that were brought in early october. It seems to work best for me to start them May/June and bring them in October to let the seed pods mature. Of course, I still get blooms until the plant has run it's course. I'll dump the annuals after I harvest the last seedpod and start again in spring.

Nelson, NH(Zone 5a)

Do you plant all of your MG's in pots?

scio, oregon, OR(Zone 8a)

Just the nils went in pots. The purpureas go crazy all summer and don't need to be brought in. They are so big it wouldn't be practical bringing them in the house anyway.

scio, oregon, OR(Zone 8a)

Here is a really nice blue from a nil mix. I'm not sure if it's trying to be feathered or is just split.
I just found the tag on it, and it's supposed to be Seiun so it shouldn't be split. I just bug-bombed the grow room so maybe I'm seeing effects.
