That's sad Eleanor. I have re-connected with my HS English teacher and have become great friends. We visited with them two weeks ago and had lots of fun.
Water Cooler
I found this on TV (at 4 in the morning) and thought it was a fantastic way of showing what you give and care for. People voulenteered their time.

Grammy, I thought Colin was Shrek but just cute is the best description.
Dawn, Victor had to tell lots of people "See you in 20" on his way into Singsing.
Great idea Schicken!
i signed up.
out in 18 for good behavior?
Working on that!
got an e-mail from hope in bloom:
Dear Amy:
Thanks for getting in touch with us. I tried to find the posting you read on Dave's Garden, but I couldn't locate it. Right now our program is only available in Massachusetts. We are working hard to raise money to expand it. I will keep your information on file and give you a call when we're planting in Connecticut.
In the meantime please let all your friends know that they can support Hope in Bloom every time they order flowers for anyone in the U.S. or Canada. All they have to do is order through our web site. We receive 12% of every order.

Incase you haven't seen this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qit3ALTelOo Wallingford highly recommends "The Mean Kitty Song". Not only does that kitty bite like Wallingford (I had to buy another box of bandaids today because I ran out) the kitty looks like him, too - a little - well maybe just the teeth. . .
o - the one i am crazy about is this - someone posted the link on the pets forum. i put it on my myspace page:
http://www.funnieststuff.net/viewmovie.php?ad_key=XRDBYYCOYFBG&tracking_id=890371&id=614
I can relate. Funny.
Cute. That's one reason the bedroom door gets closed.
You can Dmail me the others.
Photos too??
Oh yes - all males are very visual I have read.
Anything wrong with that??
Don't believe what you don't see.
Al read it in a picture book.
shickenlady, what a fantastic idea! Thanks for the link :)
OMG, I love the "kitty" links!! DH was wondering what I was laughing about at 4 in the morning LOL
We missed being #1 but just 200 posts! Oh well! I guess I'll have to tie myself to the computer this week and post forever! That's my self-imposed punishment for not posting at all yesterday!!
Love the cat and bat. Had me rolling. I miss having a cat in the house!
House cats + house plants = sick house cats + really sick house plants.
How's THAT for algebra?
I grow my cats their own pot of wheat grass and they leave my "real" plants alone - at least so far . . .
I have 6 cats and 150 house plants----the only ones they bother are ferns-----but they do knock them over a lot.
Oooo. Cookies.
***sneaks a couple off the plate***
:)))
Does that reduce the calorie content?
You can manage your cookies with any browser.
As far as calories yes. Use the screen saver with the mutiple lines that twirl all around and it would chop the cookies up into small pieces, so smaller portion. Of course I would have to throw the cookie in the monitor.
The browser any cookies - it can not handle the domino's oreo pizza. The computer would take over and would do a dump overrun on that recipe. (Dump overrun is computer lingo, I don't know what it actully means I just know I saw it on the compter that got fried a month ago)
Dump overrun sounds like a plumbing emergency.
hee hee, kind of like weeing.
How many months have 28 days?
**raises hand**
All of them!!
My DH, a prof, said one of the profs asked that on a test - he was surprised I got it right!
Good morning, all. Did anyone other than ME, have internet problems yesterday?
