Go RED SOX!!!!! They are doing great but I knew they would once they got to play at home!
I have mentioned having six baby bunnies born awhile back, 4 white, a gray and one brown. Now we are down to one white and the brown one. We have had cats hunting them at night, a fox has been up by the house and also a large skunk all of which will eat baby bunnies. When I went to look for the rabbits yesterday morning they were no where to be seen. We also have several adult bunnies running around too, so not seeing any was odd. Then I spotted the reason no rabbbits were around.....Mr. Hawk was in my big tree!
Water Cooler
Wow - you have the entire predator - prey thing going on there!
That is sad. Nature is cold sometimes.
That's terrible.
Hurray! I am FINALLY U.S. Dept of Labor certified - which means I can FINALLY apply for permanent residency!
I'm so sorry about your bunny. :-( Eleanor
Congrats Michaela! I tried my best to get you kicked out.
Victor!! Your are mean sometimes!!!!!!
Congrats Michaela! I hope the rest of the process goes much smoother for you!
Thanks Eleanor, she was actually born out in the wild and had just come to trust me for the carrott so I got attached. Never should of named her....it happens every time we give them a name.

Candyce - love the shot of the Divine Miss M and Audri......so adorable! I'm sure Morgan is having a ball with her little cousin, and I know that you are really in your element with those little munchkins! I probably won't recognize Morgan by the time I see her in the spring!! I am twirling a bit here trying to get ready to go south in 2 days!!! Yikes!!! You might ask, "Well, then why are you on DG?????" Good question!!! LOL
Michaela- Congrats!!!! That is just great news! I hope the rest of the process goes much more smoothly for you!!!
I am very happy - and don't worry, Victor, I know you are just teasing :-)
Thanks to all of you, I really appreciate your support.
Permanent residency may be contingent on how the terrace comes out!
Congrats Michaela, with or without your terrace garden!
Victor, I love your sense of humor, don't change!

Thanks Deb. If I don't change I get smelly though!
There, you did it again!
Real men sweat.
Real men are sweet.
I agree.....and sensitive and kind too, even when they are sweaty, like Victor. Oh, and they don't need to have hair either......as long as they have a sense of humor.
I try to fake all of those! Except the hair.
Thank goodness!!
Is it only Monday??? It feels like it should be Wednesday!!!
Gosh you guys are a chatty bunch - can't you wait till I get home before all this chit chat goes on - it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep up LOL
I usually feel that way after a day of work, would like to have every day off.
C'mon, Dawn.....quit your job and get with the program!! LOL Har Har Har!!
I do recall Monday being the worst! And also the short weeks.....they were the longest of all! I still get a wave of excitement when I realize that I'm really retired now. No more of that Sunday evening anticipation stress.......whew. I would wake up in the middle of the night jump-starting my mind to hit the desk running. Ugh....now I get bent out of shape if I have to schedule an appointment in the morning that messes up my new routine. LOL
True - I don't miss the Sunday night tension.
I used to hate Mondays and would get the Sunday night tension too, but my week now starts on Tuesday, and I don't get Monday night tension.
What about Monday Night Football?
Waiting for the game to start now, only tension when my teams losing. Then I go to bed so I don't have to see it.
Deb - isn't that interesting that you don't get the Monday night tension thing! Who are your football teams?
Hopefully not the Jets. I'm a Jets fan - wish there was something to be tense about.
Patriots, Colts, Green Bay. But I usually watch the Steelers with my DH. I did like all those teams even when they were losers!
Candyce! How did the pumpkin festival go? Did you win? I used to live in Peterborough and we loved going to Keene. Cyndie
Cool! MY DH is a Green Bay fan; My son is an Eagles fanatic and I always liked the Steelers.
Where's the frozen tundra?
On the inside, it has refrigeration coils under the grass.
I got so busy yesterday that I didn't post on DG. Shame on me!! Now I have TONS of reading to do to catch up!! I'll try to make separate posts so that we get a good count for next week's tally.
It's almost time for the school bus, so I'm watching the window as I type.
