What great shirt ideas, everyone! You can count me in for at least two, maybe three of the shirts when we decide on a theme for them.
You are so fantastic to think of this, Victor.
WOW! we NE gardeners are a talkative bunch!
Victor - how about one thread for designs and one for a mini slogan? I'm thinking of that gardening song by John Denver, that's Ralph Snodsmith's theme song.
Since the initial response is positive, I'll start a thread a bit later.
Great ideas for t-shirts guys! Btw, we really did good. :)
I love the wild bunch idea!!!!! we are loopy!!!!
..........and floopy!
Good morning, where is everybody???
I'm here!
Should have checked this thread first - great ideas and on tee-shirts. I put some ideas on the other thread. I think it's goimg to be hard to choose. Eleanor
Morning Pirl and grammy, all out of breath, tried to seperate one hose from another, did not think it would be that hard, just have to water different areas in the garden. Do we ever need some rain but am glad the weather is just perfect to work out there.
Good Morning all, oh yes we could do with a couple inches of rain. A slight chance tomorrow but that seems to be getting smaller by the hour. More watering for me too. Otherwise it is a lovely day.
I'm at work, again. Yuck!
HI!!!!!! GOOD MORNING NE FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!! hope your day is nice and bright!!!!!!
So far it's wonderful, Kassia.
Kassia, your sunshine attitude is catching! Love it!! Thanks for beaming on us this morning.
my pleasure!!!!!!
Every time I get home I scream to all "HELLO Family that Loves me" and they all laugh... my nephews really love it... so fun to make everyone laugh!!!!
Oh my, these cherrie morning people, what are you going to do with them? I can be cheerful and happy peppy too, just not much before noon. Glad some people can inspire us to get with it. Thanks Kassia. :)
I'm at work and my boss isn't!
Sounds like a perfect work day!!
I am at work and my boss is way down is his office... but he doesn't come here to see me... but we are leaving early today!!!!!! I hope to get home and do some gardening...
What a perfect weather weekend for gardening - and a three-day weekend!! Yippee!!
Yes!! Let's all celebrate!
We put three new plants in yesterday. Anna got all three from one of her co-workers.
I am very happy that she got two Jacob's Ladder, as I had been eyeing that one for some time. And she got a lovely tall Lobelia.
But, I am not happy that she got some Gooseneck Loosestrife, which she absolutely loves and I don't! Hopefully, as it spreads, we can 'toss it' onto the back hill, which isn't a garden, but could become a Loosestrife Garden if we toss enough of it!
LOL
Maybe she received a very well behaved one like I have. Victor should be along any second now ..........
Hello my dear DG FRIENDS!!!!!! I missed having a pc yesterday so I could talk to you guys.... I had a fabulous weekend with 5 great friends in Wayne, ME.... my friend Cindy has a dome home and what a fun and gorgeous place to be.... and of course it was a great day... so I did no gardening... tomorrow I hope to garden a lot!!!
Good morning, Kassia and everyone else!!
Isn't it a glorious day in the Northeast???
Hi all!!
Good afternoon, Victor. Were you sleeping in today?
Hi Candyce. No - my parents stayed over and just left and I was working on closing the pool. One of my favorite days of the year!
Well, at least you had excellent weather all weekend to help entertain your parents. Our pool is the kind you lift and dump over! One day - oh my - one day - we'll have a real pool! One that we can swim in when the lake across the street gets funky.
You're welcome to 'take' mine. Too much work in my opinion.
I know, they are a lot of work. But on those rare days of HHH, they make life bearable, IMO.
Yes - and it is good for the kids. Don't have to worry about where they are, etc.
Both my DGD were in swimming last night...lips are purple but they are NOT cold! LOL
Yes - they're shriveled like prunes but they insist they're not cold.
Around our place, shriveled toes are called 'raisin toes'.
We say prunes - same idea!!
We always called our shrivelly fingers and toes "raisins" - or said they were "raisiny". My first thought was to say "pruny" but my kids didn't know what prunes were when they were little.
the weather was great today... such a nice breeze!!!! it was hot but really nice!!!
Did you enjoy your day off, Kassia?
