Scattelogical ramblings and desultory humor

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

I watched Seinfeld from the start. There are some total gems. The parking garage, Soup Nazi,Master of your domain-the bet, and the swimming pool incident. Lots more I can't think of now. Kramer's highway and the postal postal worker Newman. LOL

(Zone 4a)

I never got into that show...that guy just annoys me.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I'm with you Dawn. That's my number one complaint. He is just very annoying. The show without him might have been much better. He reminds me of the guys I grew up with. I see him one day a year at my stickball game and after ten minutes, I had enough of him.

Ffld County, CT(Zone 6b)

I LOVE Seinfeld! I was quite upset when they decided to end the show. I don't watch much tv, but that is one show I always watched and still watch in reruns.

I'm a hockey fan. I don't know a lot about baseball. Was raised in a Yankee household (got Joe Pepitone's bat on bat day at Yankee stadium, and almost hit my brother with it when he wouldn't trade me his Mickey Mantle bat!). Now DH (not designated hitter, but dear husband) is a Red Sox fan. Lots of fun at gatherings with my family. I'm so out of touch with baseball, when people say "Dodgers" I think Brooklyn - and the darn team moved years before I was born, lol!

I am the number 1 non-sports fan.

My mom was a Dodger's fan and my dad was for the Yankees. That's as far as I got with football.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

You may have met your match in my wife, Pirl. At least you like gardening though.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

I'm the nut screaming at the tv when the ump or ref makes an obvious error in the officiating. My DH can sit and watch a game without making a sound or jumping up and down or anything, amazing. Ah Pirl mentioned football, can't wait. Go Pats!

(Zone 4a)

Nope I couldn't stand Seinfeld and I am not a sports watcher either ugh! I find it boring! And to boot can you believe how much those players get paid??!!!! Ugh! Just annoys me too - okay everything is annoying me today LOL

Southern, CT(Zone 6a)

It actually was an Oscar Meyer commercial they made when he came to the Yankees. "It's great to be with a weiner" in el tiante's thick accent.

Southern, CT(Zone 6a)

So some people here are very dedicatedly not Seinfeld and Sports fans. No wonder they never caught on.

(Zone 4a)

Doh! LOL

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

ngam, I yell all the time while watching the game. My wife & kids think I'm nuts. I sometimes yell at my plants like that too. 'HOW COULD YOU SELF-SEED LIKE THAT!' or 'COME ON, GROW UP!'

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

The only one I couldn't stand on Seinfeld was George I just wanted to smack him in the head. Now Kramer was hysterical, the one with Raquel Welch was the best.
Go Phillies!
I liked them since 3rd grade. Lost interest when that had that strike a few years ago. We used to go to Vet Stadium(went to every Mets/Phillies game) and get upper deck tickets for $4. I can't even imagine what they are now.

Questa, NM(Zone 5b)

Thanks Pirl... :)

Mork and Mindy's more my style.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Oh how I loved Mork from Ork and the egg that hatched, which was Jonathan Winters. That was a show I wouldn't miss.

Saw my first Seinfeld about four years ago.

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

I was a huge Dharma and Greg fan. Even though I discovered them in reruns. I also love Will and Grace - guess there is a theme going on here . . .

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

Only NASCAR for me.

Victor ~ just so you don't feel all alone ... no DH for me, either.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Does Victor want a DH?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

No I'm a NL kind of guy.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

LOL!!!

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

Goodness gracious!!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Don't be so crabby!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

We're NOT going to stoop to playing games to get the most posts!!

Are we?

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

LOL!

That's all I can think of right now. I must be runny out of steam.

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

How low can we go, Victor?

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Naw, we are above that...on land. ;-)

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

We have pride, morals, principles! All are negotiable though.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

CLOROX LEAGUE!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

You're the Champ, Pirl!! Hands down. Hee hee.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Negotiable, as in bonds? Is there $ involved? Is there a prize if we stay on topic?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Is there a prize if we even stay coherent?

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

CLEAN hands down, Victor. I no longer have fingerprints on four fingers of my right hand. Just a day or two left and I'll be done but 6 hours a day is my limit. I can't even smell garlic anymore!

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Victor - why aren't you the Viburnum League?
