Kim that would be super if you and Mom were to come up!! Find out what weekend she could make it and vote for that one.
Dallas Fall Plant Swap
Or if she does not know now which week-end she will be off, could she swap with this much advance notice?
So far it looks like most people are for Randol Mill park, I think we would enjoy not having to carry plants so far.
Josephine.
I know your dear Frank would appreciate it Josephine. He has really been a hero to the ladies the last couple of years at the Vet.Pk., helping with plants. Others have helped also, but he has always been the first to offer. We need to give him a break this year. I figure that $5 is cheap for wear and tear on our bodies and his. Also, as someone mentioned earlier we will have more time to visit!
Oh yeah! Randol Mill Park sounds great! Frank and Ted were great help last year, I agree Sheila!
The 28th is good for me.
:-D
The 28th is fantastic! That way I can still go to the Texas Country Reporter Festival on the 27th here in Waxahachie!
i'll vote for the 28th as well.
Either the Sat ,Oct 20 ,Oct 27 or 28 is good for me.
OK so the 28th 12:00 Randol Mills Park
I will start the threads.
Okay, I've been out of town replying. Sorry.
I still think that the 28th is a week or two too late. Just curious--why are we doing it so late? I just remember too many years with snow on the ground on Thanksgiving. For those of us who don't have a greenhouse and can't get things planted right away, it could be a push.
That said, I can come either weekend. As for location, any place where there's less work carrying plants sounds good to me!
