This is an old style Gerbera .
Flower stems are up to 2 ft long .

Kell, just a Kodak Easyshare Z740, the key word here is 'Easy". LOL That photo was taken through a window yesterday, when it was -8 I was warm and toasty inside. I felt bad for the little guy, but I make sure the feeder is always full.
This is what I call some pretty nice blues.

Blue is my all times favorite colour ,
Except for Yellow and Green and Red and and
Well you know what I mean .

Kell, No one should ever bail. Just say you can't load the page. I'm on dial up and very slow when it's full too. Someone is always kind enough to link for us. I love Gerberas!! (Loved your other link.)

Kell, I totally agree with the colors. To me, the sky has the most beautiful blues, so it comes to the top of the list.

Can you tell she's a two way angel? Face forward with outstretched wings, or upright, wings high and sort of air skiing.

It's always fun to goof off on a thread while we are waiting for spring. I think gardeners have a good sense of humor. Just look at us on this thread! :))

I have one for you Kell. Which way do you stir? So far I'm the only one of friends and relatives who stir counter clockwise.

I`m Absolutely a counter clockwise.
Hardly makes a sound .
Where as Mother Out Law just rattles spoon from side to side.
All that jingling and the sugar is always sitting there on the bottom
at the end of Every cup .
I just can`t understand why she does it .Start a Thread Billy .

I'll think about it. Don't know how interested anyone else would be. I swirl liquids counter too.

It was an accident.
Toms were in a small pot getting gerberas Watering spray .
Then roots got away on me in less than 3 days.
To late to shift them then .

I got my biggest bonus ever, today. I finished a 'water pipe break' repair job for an old customer, today. She was so pleased with the job she wrote the check for double my bill. 3 days work of patch & match a textured ceiling, water stain block and paint 5 ceilings. She didn't even know it's my birthday.

My second Amaryllis bulb is blooming, now. Here it is with the first (taller) that still looks good. They both have a second flower stalk coming. The larger parent bulbs are a few weeks away from blooming.
