Okay now, reaaaallllly strange!

What a Thread. I hadn't been on computer too much today. Still trying to learn how to use my new Christmas gift camera. Have taken a couple of photos but havn't yet down loaded. Guess since Dave said his surprise would not be ready until Tues. that i don't have to stay on top of this thread for a bit.

Actually I'm to the North and am seeing the moon tonight for the first time in about a month, but it won't be visible long if it is going to snow.

For some reason i can't remember which forum-thread I was watching where several of us were trying to locate our homes Google and other links from space. Couldn't of course find my place too far away from cities, would only show me a map. Kept looking and finally found my area (I think) but not detailed. Was interesting anyway.

mornin_gayle, quit teasing that you not only have Goo Goo Clusters, but they are so cheap! I'm about to stick a $10 bill in an envelope. LOL But I'm still hoping I can find a store around here that still sells them.

Another note... Terry effectively diverted our attention, didn't she? Sneaky gal that she is. Now she has us worrying about CANDY rather than what we were originally worried about. LOL

I solemnly swear on my DG membership! I will go buy some tomorrow and take a pic of the receipt if you want.

I think this is the first time that we have something new coming and that we were alerted before hand. Since Christmas is over, it will be like Christmas again....waiting to open DG on Tuesday morning. lol

Since I don't have a creative side of telling stories or making rhymes with words, I will just sit back and enjoy. :-)) You all are so creative.

Me, I'm just going to search for the Goo Goo Clusters in every store around, and if I find some, buy them to prove that they are still sold here.

And...if I buy a Bing candy bar or two in my search, well...that's just because I can't leave a store empty handed. I feel guilty when I go into a store and don't buy anything. :)

Oh Crap! I had totally forgotten about the Mallo Cups until you posted those links to all the best candy. I just had to go look. :) Those are the absolute best in stickyness and yummyness.

They rate right up there with the Goo Goo Clusters and Bings!

RainGazer, The coffee cups are sold out now I think. They were cute terra cotta colored cups with the Davesgarden logo on them. Maybe some day he will order more. They are really cute.Here is a picture that is not too clear as I enlarged it so you can see the logo.

Well, I really missed something good there! I'd love to have several of those. I take it I've missed quite a stir regarding those cups, from the comments above. Surely there's enough interest for them? I waaaant some of those cups! *pouting*

I've had a lot of trouble finding a supplier for mugs, but I actually (believe it or not!) haven't stopped the process since I began sometime last fall.

I am currently working on a company that was referred to me by a member here. They promised me a quote a couple weeks ago.

Also, the company who originally did the mugs - they are sort-of out of business but I am working them to see if they would run another special order just for us. If they do, I'll buy something like 500 of them so I don't run out again. :)

Oh good! Keep us posted! Being serious for a moment, I really would like to have some of the cups. I'm a coffee addict, and do enjoy having a cup I actually like. Maxine and snowmen are my thing right now, but a DG cup would be the best of all.

I really do want several cups (quantity depends on the final price), and I WILL have some. I've checked out all the people who have posted pictures so I know just where to go to "find" one!

If a cup supplier is ever located, I'd be delighted to pre-order and pay if that would help. Really, really want some!

By the way, all day at work my forums tab was a forums tab. I get home and it is now a garden talk tab. Weird, huh!

Well, actually I have another server that I have installed, and will be activating it within a month.

After about another month, a 4th server will be added. So we'll be up to 4 servers. (Right now we only use 2)

Anyway, I'm still working on the new feature. We should have no trouble making a morning launch. It all depends on how early I get up. :)

Actually, I have Dave's Garden on my computer "twice" at the moment. My AOL shows "forums", whereas Internet Explorer shws "garden talk". I've switched back and forth and it's still like that.

I must admit, however, that I'm a little nervous. I hope everyone likes the additions we're going to be introducing tomorrow. I predict a somewhat mixed bag of reactions, but the majority will be thrilled. (Isn't that always how it is?!?)
