Maas Nursery tour.
I will start doing something.
Tomorrow.
I called Maas nursery this morning and we are set for lunch at Maas on the 15th of Oct. Tables will be set up and each person should bring something. We should get there a bit early, 10 to 10:30 and we eat at 11 AM.
All that can attend please sign in.

Sounds like y'all will have a blast! Maas is a great nursery. I think I wandered around for a couple of hours when I was down there. I wish I could make it, but our Lewisville swap is the same day (followed by a car wash for our marching band).
Just think what you will be missing.

Boy, talk about a bad case of CRS or just anticipation. Got to the store this morning and wrote on the calendar to remind people that I'd not be in on Saturday. Tina, my right hand and foot, questioned me, "What's going on this weekend??".
All day I thought that the Maas tour was this weekend. Oh Well, 1 more week !!!!!!!!!!

These things make me feel like a kid again (Kip, no joke about a second childhood, lol)! I am eagerly awaiting this trip to meet everyone (again & for the 1st time), then I have some out-of-state DG'ers coming the first week of Nov (drdon & Pamtannia, from CA), and then the Central TX RU the second weekend of Nov. Just went to the Dallas swap last Sunday, the Houston Nursery Date two weeks before that!
Gee, if it wasn't for gardening and DG, I wouldn't have a life! :-)
This sounds like so much fun. Wish I could make it, but, like Sandi, I will be at the Lewisville swap.
Wow, just when I thought I had no life outside of gardening and DG, my "other life" comes calling. I won't be able to make this Maas trip after all, will be with the rest of my family in Austin for a very special occasion.
I really hate to miss this trip, but I really can't miss this family event.
Darn it. If I get there I was looking forward to meeting the wonderful woman I have heard so much about.
Have fun tell us about it when you get back.

I think it's supposed to be "Wonder Woman", because I was on steroids for awhile due to my back, then I was doing physical therapy, and I hoped to look like Wonder Woman instead of Elmer Fudd when I was through, lol! I still look more like Elmer Fudd, lol!
I will definitely let you guys know about the trip when I get back.
I still want to go see Maas some day, would you be up to a repeat visit some day trois?
I always figured when I looked in the mirror ole Elmer was my brother. We will fit perfect "Wonder Woman"
