I do! But something weird is going on or either my DH has played with my computer again without asking me lol....everytime I use the apostrophe, I get a line on the bottom that says Find next/Find previous/Highlight/and a box that says match case...now it's also the slash too that's doing it and when I press the space bar it takes me out of the box I'm typing in...Dave I think there is a glitch here. I am going nutz now and getting a bit agravated lol....what is up with this? Still working out the bugs I hope. I just asked my DH and he said he didn't ( IT DID IT AGAIN ) mess with my computer lol.

Julie, it sounds like you have a virus. Post your report to the computer talk forum, and someone (probably gardenwife) will tell you what to do.

No it's not a virus Dave. I have virus protection. *sigh* let me see what I can find out.

Sounds like find-as-you-type is activating, assuming you're using Firefox. Try restarting Firefox, and if that doesn't help try going to tools > preferences, then go to "Advanced" then under "Accessibility" and un-check "Begin finding when you begin typing".

Also, I'm afraid "Virus Protection" doesn't make your computer invulnerable to viruses (on windows). So Dave could certainly be right.

Thanks Terry, I just tried that and it worked :) Not to be critical, but is Dave's Garden a little off kilter? It doesn't look straight to me.....sort of like fingernails on a chalkboard. ha, ha....Love the picture, so picturesque.

Yeah, that's what I did but you know old habits and creatures of habit and such.........lol

Kathy, it looks off-kilter to me, too. Not sure I like the 2 different fonts but I DO like the bright color!

Well it's most definetely Firefox, I do know that for sure Paul. Heyyyyyyyyyyyyy it's not doing it anymore!!!!!!! Yipppeeeeeeee, and I didn't do anything at all!
