Sale at Park's and Wayside

I've never seen prices that low! I managed to grab a couple of roses that were left, $2.50 and $2.75 each. Received an e-mail stating they will ship until June 30, so I might get them this month.

Joan, I wanted the tradescantia & angelica gigas too... they both sold out as I was placing my order (8-(( .

I havent recd either one from Wayside yet, but not anxious because of the dates they gave me for estimated arrival. But I have always been pleased in the past with my orders from them.

I see you are now being sucked into the rose thang, I hppe you will love them as much as I do and never look back! Also hoping my bare-roots are as nice as yours.

ps So did anyone get a new sale from Park's? I noticed in the regular site (not clearance) that they have a clematis texensis I sure would love but atclearance only!

Went crazy at wayside myself! 11 roses and 2 clematis, DH still doesn't know the extent of the damage! Tracy

I got my order from Wayside today. Everything looks great. I only opened one of the bare root clematis, it has some growth on it. I can't plant them yet because it's raining, again. My Parks order shipped today.

I received both my orders from Parks and Waysides. Looking pretty good. I am very satisfied. Tomorrow is planting day. They will both get good marks from me.

Mine came in today. They are impressive, much better than I expected - with a healthy root system.

The Butterfly Bush is a bit leggy, and the Ninebark is a bit tatty, but for the pittance I paid, I can't get too worked up over them - a bit of babying, and they should be fine. One of the three Aconitum is pretty mushy; I treated it to a nice dose of hydrogen peroxide (plan to repeat the treatment a few more times) to see if I can pull it through. But the Tiarella 'Iron Butterfly' is a beautiful specimen, and a steal for what I paid for it; ditto the Chionanthus and variegated Virginia Creeper :)

I got all my stuff from both places and am VERY pleased with it all.....

My Park's order came yesterday. I'm tickled pink. I got three blueberry bushes that are about 8 inches tall.

ONe of the clematis I got from Wayside is a little slimy and has not growth, the others do - any suggestions.

All in all I'm very please with both orders.

Got my order in last Thursday. For the most part, all plants looked pretty good. Given the time of year for shipping, they arrived in pretty darned good condition, particularly for the price paid. Now for a way to figure out how to get them to cut their regular prices by about half........

I'm sooo happy with both my wayside orders they came today and i got all roses except for two clematis and all look great much better than expected. Tracy

i got all my roses planted yesterday B4 it rained!!! :)

My second box (with what I ordered onthe second g-round came last nite. Beautiful stuff!
