The bell in Kai's tummy went off!!

Susan, I am glad that you have some help from an understanding plumber!

Victoria Harbour, ON

He will be some size doggie Dianne..you must train them well as both are big dogs, if you want to go one way and they the other you wouldn’t have them strength.

Ran the bath, Sharon needs my car tomorrow, trying to decide if I want to drive over now so I don’t have to go in morning?? Guess once I have my tea and gravel I take a quick ride over... might do me good, haven’t been outside yet.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Announced emergency stay at home is one TIL June 2nd
Likely they will extend it beyond the 2nd as we get closer to that date..

Victoria Harbour, ON

Morning, high of 66 today, do hope I can spend some time outside.
Ann needed those pillows for tomorrow, off downstairs to hopefully finish them.
SHARON needed a ride to midland yesterday, she only had 2 quick stops so wanted me to bring her rather than her take my car..this morning she messaged me she was vomiting. For a few hours during the night, likely caught what I have

Charlie, a friend of messaged me last night, said he got a cutting and grew into an angel trumpeter plant..will drop it off tomorrow..not sure but think
The 3 rose bushes will survive their move

Hope you all enjoy your day..

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

See my post on the Craft thread, Sharon being sick is ANOTHER good reason to give a pass to the pillows right now. You got a bug that appears to be contagious.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Feeling better and did get them done, I have two hug pieces done and some of mike’s joggers so I will make 2 little pillows for the twins

Just had jello

Sharon is ok today, she was going to barrie nursery but I passed..
seems once I eat the nausea starts

Ann should be here shortly, hope she is pleased with what I created, even put domes pocked inside for her memory piece she wants to give the 2 girls

Beautiful pillows Betty.
Sure hope you are feeling better soon.

Las Vegas, NV(Zone 9a)

So pleased you are feeling better Betty. Hot and breezy here but I see Canada weather is also warming up. I worked in my garden for two solid days and just about have everything ready for the summer here. One type of flower I grow is not in the nurseries yet so I may have to wait a few weeks. My sister gets here Tuesday so the next week will be busy anyway.

I did not plant any tomatoes but I have 4 coming up voluntarily in several spot in the garden from spreading my compost. So I am just going to put tomato cages around each on and hope for the best. I have always had better luck with a self sown tomatoes. But these are probably cherry type tomatoes. I am going to pull a turnip tomorrow and see how thy are doing. Not going to mention them to my brothers or they will clean me out. Thy ill be taking with them my blue spruce trees i purchased at Christmas. They have grown into beautiful trees. Too bad thy cannot grow here.

Linda, still waiting for the plumeria cuttings to root. The mother plants are finally leafing out and they are way late.

It just got cloudy. Strange.

Our whole city is opened up. I am just going to hide and watch. The majority of the individuals I know are vaccinated.

Betty those pillows are wonderful.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

No hurry on the plants Sharon. Things are behind here too. Because of the snow and hard freeze we had Valentines day.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Morning, looks like a beautiful sunshine day nearing the 70’s today..look forward to that!

I’m feeling much better today, of course I haven’t eaten anything as yet bit again l8ke yesterday it will be liquids and jello.

Ann picked up the memory pills and was thrilled with end result, I was happy about that. In the morning I made my weekend to do plan, came up with a few things I wanted done as well as during the week..one was to edge 1 tile a day for 18 days, well that didn’t work did them all but 6, would have completed all but got a call from Cathy that her mom who has Alzheimer’s got in a snit and ran away, cathy’s Legs and her breathing didn’t allow her to follow, she has done this before and returns after a short walk..I’d was 2 hrs she had been gone when Cathy called, frantic..police had been so I got in the ca and drove around a few hours..when I got to the walk/bike trail a man was telling police he thought he had seen a woman fitting her description about an hour before..I continued driving the street asking anyone I saw to call police if they saw her...went to cathy’s To check 8n when she got the call from the police that they had found her in waubaushene, quite a distance walking but on a sunny day, beautiful trails and she loves walking guess she didn’t notice..was quite a relief with all our concessions leading to the lake..

This morning I did my garden walk, one of the side trees on far side of house that I don’t even see is in fool bloom..I had planted all along the side same trees in different colour, only 3 survived, others are dark burgundy so colours aren’t as striking..

Jamie my next door neighbour had a white bleeding heart coming out of gravel, every year I admire it, asked him if I could have it and he said yes, said didn’t you ask me this last year?? It didn’t come out in one piece so I’ve transplanted 3, watered them, hoping they survive seeing they were ready to bloom.

This morning my sister in law Charlene is coming over to pick up w water fall init I had in my secondary pond, took that pond out a few years ago, she is all gung Ho to make a water feature, better she use it than me storing it, she should be here around eight..Sharon and I will go to a nursery, she wants to go to the one that has a lot of metal art..I’ll have to close my eyes..then Charlie said he would drop me a plant he got from his angel trumpet he brought back from Portugal 5 years ago that I so admired sooo a busy day.

Rest of my time I can play in the gardens.saw a few weeds lol

Enjoy your day

SHARON you were asking about the neighbour ps garden..she and her hubby live in an apartment at the end of the pizza and Rooted Cafe, not very nice to look at..I put 2 chairs and a little side table for her to have coffee and she made herself a little garden and hung planters on each tree..sure did make her happy

There are no bananas at Foodland. Guess there is a shortage as the Produce people stocked the place up with oranges.

What a worry for Cathy and for you too Betty. It was kind of you to go look for Cathy's mom. But that's what a small town/village does don't they ?

Your neighbour made a lovely spot to sit once you set out the chairs and table. Good for her.

We're just back from a walk. Kai is full of P&V this morning. He swam with the otters earlier this morning. My gosh that was a cute sight.

Betty did you get an Emergency Alert on your cell ? I did - just telling me to stay inside and only go out if needed.

Sharon I have found in the past that my volunteer tomato plants give me nicer tomatoes than the ones I plant.

Stay safe and well.

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

Fun day yesterday. Grandson came from MI with his daughter. We spent yesterday by the rivers. The kids all went wading even though the water was like ice. Best time was at the park in Cades Cove. Had no idea it was so nice there. It will be our first choice now. Awesome restaurant in Townsend called Steak and Trout. Grandson treated us to dinner and even though there was a wait...big Jeep event going on, and they were short staffed, it was very worth waiting. One woman was griping the whole time, because of the wait and she just knew they wouldn't get their favorite table. The rest of us chatted and had a good time. It was a great end to a fun filled day.

Betty do be careful with the Angel Trumpet, All parts of it are poisonous to people and animals. They are so very pretty though. I had one in MI when we were down state. It came back every year for several years and then on year it didn't. My daughter has some in the house, they get giant sized.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Charlene came at 9, I willed her car with perennial and the water fountain, she left a happy camper

Not a seating area for me.., set it up so her and hubby could sit in shade, he cut more limbs, he was toting his shears, told him to cut the sucker branches from my trees which he did lol. Next I will mention to him that he is sleeping on job, the 3 maples out front need same done to them..

Rumbling here Dianne, just started to rain, it’s ok Sharon tired me out, went the 3 nurseries, looked at for her, red maple $225, the place we wanted to near barrie was closed so guess we are going back in the morning..the line ups to pay at other 2 were so long we set the plants back.

Took gravol, Cathy was here for an hour, just left,p, I was virtually fighting to keep my eyes open.they I get their Covid shot this afternoon, if mom is still in a snit so they have their brother come.. if she puts up a fuss they will go and not fight her to get her shot but get theirs.

Amber alert must have been while I was out working Gardens..

You get so much enjoyment from those dogs..ladies bestbfriends

Nap time

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Yesterday I messed up and turned the water on, I forgot that I had one faucet set REALLY low to water the dogwood tree. Well.... after hours and hours of watering my one flower garden with the drip system, I went out to shut off the water. I discovered the dogwood area had overwatered so much it had FLOATED the empty the pond right out of the hole!!! Ooops. No harm, no foul. Water absorbed and the pond liner returned to it's position in the ground.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Yikes, not good..when I was looking for cathy’s Mom yesterday I couldn’t remember if I had forgotten hose in the pond so had to make a stop..wasn’t on but had I not come home to check bet it would have.

Charlie anted Allen just dropped in and planted the Angel Trumpet..will come and bring it in of thanksgiving and do a few cuttings..they think it will be yellow

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Betty - you're sounding better. Glad to hear it.
Sharon - the whole city? Wish some things would open up here - everything is totally shut down. We can shop, but that's about it.

Yesterday I planted 5 tomato plants, then today I planted beets, cabbage, carrots, green onions, lettuce, pumpkins, white onions - all from seed. I thought I had zucchini seed but don't, and the seed potatoes I'll set from a friend. Another friend is going into Red Deer tomorrow & I asked her to see if she can find zucchini seeds. She hadn't been able to find them closer to home.
I heard several months ago to expect seeds to be in short supply this year.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

So glad you found Cathy's mom. So many that wander off, never return.

Betty, your gardens are so pretty. So is your neighbors with the chairs for them to sit.

Susan, sounds like you will have a nice veggie garden growing soon.

Karen, glad to hear you had a nice day with your grandson.

Las Vegas, NV(Zone 9a)

Betty, you truly are an angel. Getting someone an area that they can sit and enjoy nature is so kind. I have a bench in my front garden and when anyone comes by and complements me on the area, I always tell them where the bench is and they are welcome to sit there anytime they want.

We have rain, don't believe it, moving in.

Susan, sound like you will have a nice garden. Need to set up a stand up front. My mother always traded zucchini for green bean. She always canned green beans for the total winter and never had enough but had zucchini galore.

Karen, so pleased you had a great visit with your family. Wonderful you found a new spot. Everyone on here is a half cup full type of individuals. That lady in the restaurant is a half cup empty.

Dianne, you could not exist without your dogs. I could not either but each of my dogs weigh 20 lbs. I do not know how you handle such large dogs. You must be a dog whisperer.

Linda, how are things in Texas? Are you close to the border?

Betty, Dianne, would you two please explain why you are totally shut down and we are wide open. Betty, Cathy needs to put a tracker on her mother so they can find her. A cell phone would work if she didn't lose it.

Those stepping stones you put in look great but do you trim them by hand or by weed eater. I have a battery operated weed eater that would work great.

Pat, I have done that so many times with a hose, I can't even count how many times. When I set a hose don now, I set an alarm on my watch or phone. At least that works the majority of the time.

You all have a wonderful Monday. My sister gets here Tuesday for a full week visit and two brothers are coming this weekend. First time we have been together since Vern died two years ago. Hugs, Sharon

Victoria Harbour, ON

Lindakay, those are not my gardens, it’s a piece of land I let Marie have and I set the sitting area next to it, it you look in the photo of the mall she has a bench, uncomfortable to sit on..she is proud of her area, again they were cutting limbs from the trees that needed cutting to open area up..it pleases me to see how happy she is with her gardens.

Susan you are right about the seeds, hard to come by..hope your friend can find zucchini seeds

Sharon, wonderful that you are going to have your sister and brothers together, 2 years has been a long time to not have seen each other.
As for Cathy’s mom, I mentioned the gps unit you can subscribe to but Cathy said her mom would never wear it...she doesn’t wants a phone..this was first time that she didn’t come back after 1/2 hr or so, police will only come looking for her a few times, after that they will suggest she be placed where she is confined.

Is a big difference from most of you, here our borders are closed between Manitoba, Quebec and USA..you can go in food stores, any item not deemed essential by government cannot be sold..I wanted shoes and undies but no go..and yet, the nurseries are open..how does that make sense.

Greg called to see how I was doing, he had been out on his spider..it’s a wonder they don’t stop that. They were going to a campground for the long weekend, can’t do that..they have a place near midland for month of June, doubtful that will happen..the emergency lockdown was suppose to end thursday but now June 2nd and then still be extended..see some not obeying rules, neighbour across the road had a bbq last night with about 12 people..I just go with the law, few friends come over but we are outside but really shouldn’t be conversing..Greg, Mel and Kyle are ok to come seeing I live alone I can pick one more household..Sharon is on her own so I do see her..what gets me is I can go get groceries with 100 people at Walmart though..off my rant.

Just went out and checked my angel trumpet to see if it was in shock since being transplanted..likes water so I will make sure I water twice a day. Do any of you have one?

I’m already in bed, was laying on caught, uncomfortable so thought I might as well snuggle with Ziggy in my bed..just realized I did put the foot support at end of bed and already my feet are paining so best get up and get it or I'll pay for it

How are you feeling lindakay, are you still having health issues

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Betty, I am feeling 100% better. Thanks for asking.
I have angel trumpets. They do like water and fertilizer. I use miracle grow once a week. Don't over water them. Thry don't like sitting in water for too long. If you have them in the ground, make sure it drains well.
I have mine in large pots, as our soil is hard clay. Some like full sun, some like a little shade. If they are in pots, it's easier to find them a happy spot. When it gets cold, I take cuttings from them. About 10 to 12 inches. I keep them in water inside till it warms up in the spring. The water needs to be changed about every week, or it will get stagnant.
Sure hope you can get comfy and get a good night's sleep.
Sharon, I like tight on a border town of Mexico. Our house is 6 miles from the border. The crime and drug rate has soared here. Hardly anyone leaves the house without carrying a gun. Our local sheriff has written to the president many times, asking him to put a stop to the illegal crossings, and nothing has been done. Just our little town has 600 to 1000 immigrants a day.

Linda, I tried and failed again to get you a banana started. Sorry, I'm just not good at growing things.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Don't worry Karen. Thanks for trying. I have done that too. Some things I can grow, or start with no problems. Others, I am good at killing the plants very quickly.

Sunshine morning..high of 70 once again..

As soon as I got up Lindakay I was feeding my angel, seems she survived the night lol..Charlie said the are easy to propagate, come fall he will take it out of the ground, slice off a few starter branches..if mine is pink he will grow pink for next year vice/versus...hope you will be able to offer suggestions as I baby the angel. Great news you are feeling better..

Sharon will be here at 8:30 am so we are at the nursery for 9:00am

Susan, your talk of your Effie gardens encouraged me to buy 2 tomato plants..I’ll grow them in strainers, who knows, maybe I will find a few cucumber plants today as well.

Ann called last night, she drove to both daughters and delivered the pillows, they were touched she said, glad I got them done.

Our municipal office closing the boat ramp at main dock down near foodland, again, can you tell me if you and your family want to go boating/fishing in the middle of a lake what dangers of catching Covid in comparison to Walmart..grrr
I had almost told Greg to put my Foxy Lady in so I could go out a few days this summer but that will not happen

Best I comb my hair..SHARON will be here shortly
One of my trees almost in full bloom

Good morning. Another glorious day waiting for me outside. Woo Hoo.

Kai actually let me sleep in until 6 am but he couldn't stand waiting any longer for me to get up and moving. Sometime during the night he hid the bottle containing water and vinegar that I spray him with for unwanted behaviours. He truly is a little stinker.

Some of the white trilliums have started to turn a mauvy/pink - they are beautiful.

LK it must be nerve wracking to live so close to such dangerous events. DO you have a garage to lock up your vehicles ? I'm assuming you have security cameras and a very good alarm system.

Karen your dinner out sounded wonderful. You still can't eat out here only take out.

Our Premier has called for a complete shut down as cases of covid were rising drastically. Many places can have 25% of the regular customers in their store at 1 time. So convenience, grocery stores and pharmacies are open but limited to the amount of people at 1 time. That doesn't really have an effect here in the village as they are never over run with people.

When I go to pick up the TH's supplies I have to call the order in, pay by CC and have to pick up the order from their back door

Need to get the weed whacker out today and tidy up the yard. The TH will go whip as it will be new to them. I'll put them on their outside 20 ft leashes while I do that.

Enjoy your day - make sure you do something just for you today.

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Betty - tomato plants should have 2 things in the hole they're planted in - an aspirin, and crushed egg shells 😊
Trying an experiment this year, with potatoes. Putting the outer dry skin in the hole. Not the fleshy part, just the dry yellow stuff you find in the bottom of your veggie crisper.

Legal Aid hasn't assigned a lawyer to me yet, so today's court date has been adjourned until June 14th at 9am. The Letter Of Undertaking I signed saying I would have NO contact with Bob except through the police has now been extended to the same time. Should be interesting - he'll need more personal items, and I still need stuff from the RV, like fishing poles, etc. Plus stuff I want to sell in a Yard Sale - household stuff

Victoria Harbour, ON

Susan, to bad it was postponed, makes you more on edge for sure. Glad your gardens are keeping you busy..thought of you when I bought some cucumber plants today, think in the bush behind me there is some good topsoil, might just plant them there, kind of shaded though..have to read up on what they need..grandma always let a few bags of potatoes and let grow til there were eyes she would call them, quarter them and plant 2-3 in same hole...Lordy Susan, you will have me making a garden next year.

Dianne, think all the people are in lineups a nurseries..omg I’ve never seen lineups like there are, likely because of How many they are able to accommodate because of gmt restrictions... SHARON spent a mint..I bought a metal 5’ tower, a clematis to put inside so it attaches to tower, 2 clematis and there went $150.

Hungry now so will try eating solids, find where I want the tower and maybe do like Dianne and get my weeded out and trim things up .yesterday morning I cooked eggs for egg salad sandwiches and didn’t make it so that will be today’s lunch..tomorrow I have to be at specialist for 11:40 so that screws up the day..need something for easy supper so decided 9n bbq ribs, baked potatoes, green beans corn and make a pie, that should be simple enough.

Did see what they did at the nursery, they had panel about 4 ft wide and 5’ tall with slays painted bright colour..I’d need about 4 of them to set genre and there along back side of my lot and it would hide the neighbour..spoke to one neighbour who said he could bring me the slats so I would only have to buy 2x4’ and paint or stain sooo that will be the m9nth of june’s Project..would make me happy.

Don’t know about all of you but plants/shrubs/trees have tripled, $3.99 for small perennial, bought Greg a coleus lol things like peonies $29.99. Small Korean lilac $40. Sharons maple trees that did not look the best were $240-$280
Don’t know, people were coming out of there with carts full. Sharon didn’t but the trees yet, will check a few other places but did buy some nice shrubs she can make into globes.. she bought 2 metal art birds, they stand about 31/2 feet one looking up the other down..such nice pieces but too much for me...

Clouding over, good for working outside

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

About a year ago, when covid was bad here, there were restrictions on the amount of people in the stores. There were always lines, and it took a good hour to get into the store. Things are open 100% now, but there are still very few restaurants open for dine in. Most are still to go only.
Dianne, we do have security cameras and alarms, but no garage. I wish we did.

Verona, ON

Betty did you go to Frankie Flowers Family's nursery ?

Victoria Harbour, ON

Usually do but haven’t been this year..I will see how long I’m at the specialist tomorrow, maybe I’ll take a r7n over..Sharon really wants to go, still look8ng for her red maples.so maybe I will wait Saturday morning.

Got my clematis planted and the new metal feature over it..sat and put batteries in all the burning/flickering solar lights..have the solar logs inside, got to find batteries, don’t know if we can buy batteries, likely not seen as essential.

Yes Lindakay, same here, think they are aloud maybe 25% capacity..

Just heard from Debbie that Barb’s Norm (Jenkins) passed away, his memorial service was on his birthday.

I really liked him, he was here that week, would go to timmies in the morning to get us coffee and donuts..even had him doing crafts..he did a painted floormat

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Awe. So sorry to hear that. Sending our condolences and prayers to the family.

Beautiful new feature in your yard. Will be Beautiful with the clematis climbing on it.
Hard to believe how much they want for a tree.

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

sorry if you saw this on the Cubits site I post at, but here it is........
Today I feel like the stuffing's been kicked out of me.
Yes, having the court date postponed is a good thing. Of course, I emailed the officers so they could tell him. Then a friend dropped by & told me that Bob's gotten a new cell phone (they know, because her husband hired Bob to do some work on their place and as soon as they paid him, he got a new cell phone), so I went onto "our" cell phone service, and took him off the account. She got my fishing rods from him and he gave her the GPS tablet & his phone. Told her, all he had to do was phone the 800# and get his phone reactivated on his own account and keep the same #. The police can't call him to let him know of the court date change so I was thinking he would show up at my door thinking the court date was over & he could "come home". Caused stress.
Went into town with my neighbour, and two businesses I go to told me that they thought she must be my daughter, cuz she's dark haired, and they saw Bob & her holding hands. On the way home, the police phoned me & said they couldn't reach Bob on his cell, and they wouldn't call "her" # to tell him of the new court date. "Luckily" my friend told him, and that the lawyer hadn't been assigned yet. NOW he's worried - wants to know if I'm wanting a divorce because why else would I need a lawyer? Says he loves me.
THEN I come home to find SHE'd called - recognized the ph# - and the MESSAGE she left I shouldn't have listened to, but I did "He loves you, don't get a divorce, I want to see the two of you together again, I know you don't like me, but maybe we can work on this, nothing happened between us - have a paper showing I don't have this infection you got and I am a virgin" etc. I treated my house like a sound-proof primal scream room, and let out a scream that came right up from my toes, then cried, cried, cried and then called my daughter in Winnipeg. I've calmed down some, but SO unhappy. There's more than one way to be unfaithful to one's spouse and he's ticked off all the boxes. I deleted the message and did NOT listen to the rest.
Tomorrow I'm going to a friend's in the afternoon, then the next afternoon I have to be part of a meeting (taking minutes, etc). Thurs afternoon, I was asked to go to another town with the friend I went with today. Friday afternoon I'm to help that friend guide her new shed into place when they deliver it.
Y'know, at the beginning when this started to happen is when I wanted company and things to keep me busy. Now, I just want to stay at home quietly, watch some "When Calls The Heart" on Netflix, do my canvas paint-by-number, some gardening, and be alone with my thoughts. I wish I'd never gone to town today.

By all accounts Barb's Norm was a wonderful man. I wish I could meet so many of my friends here but unlikely as the cost of travel is beyond my means.
Barb, your water area is so beautiful.
Linda, I am sorry to hear your town has become such a dangerous place. That is so sad.

I MIGHT be off the internet for a day or so while changing over routers & new service.

Afternoon, absolutely the most gorgeous day, asked myself why my specialist appointment couldn’t be on a rainy day lol

Susan, dreadful situation, not a wonder you are crying..know you want to be alone but fight that if you can, find a middle, time for you and t8me for others. Hugs

Karen, beautiful photo

Pat, good luck with the changeover, hopefully it will be little time without service..one day maybe we will meet..I was blessed to meet the majority of my dg friend..

Just got in from the specialist appointed..
hungry but seeing the time I’ll try to put off easing as today is Tuesday and will have a big supper at five, knew I wouldn’t have time to bake so bought a blueberry pie, omg $18.00 at the market..best they eat it.

Nothing they can do..result shows that I have damage like anyone working in severe high noise areas, only think I can think of was all the dances I used to run where music was loud and that is way too long ago I’m sure, then cutting grass, weeded etc..

should have sounds, I.e. music system with earplugs to take brain’s concentration off the tinnitus, quietness a bugger he said as my brain/ears pick all sounds up....also try earplugs, to me it contradicts..

He thinks because I told him that when I put pressure on back or side of head when going to bed or when it’s at it’s worse it’s all relates to my shoulder and neck problem and we know that isn’t going to be fixed...told me to make notes daily of when it’s at it’s worse and what I am doing and especially after doctor gives me the needles in the neck, for awhile does it lessen it.

Maybe try acupuncture, go for cognitive behavioural therapy for them to teach me how to re-focus the brain, has been known to help..

Reaffirmed many can’t cope because of constant head noise and that isn’t good..

None of the meds I take should bring it on..

I told him about the new doctor Ho unit that you put sensors on at night and it is suppose to relax you, said worth a try

Few things to do outside, have to have oven on at 4

Bought corn on the cob, just incase bought green/yellow beans

Victoria Harbour, ON

Took a walk to the mail box, jim from Toronto had his wife send me 4 o’clock seeds..had a lot of pots with good starting soil in them so hope I gets some..used 1/2, the others I’ll use if these don’t grow..

Mel just called to confirm they will be here around 5, such a nice night I’ll shoo them home so they can get some things done before long weekend..Greg is so particular about his grass nobody dares try to help while he is so busy by cutting for him

Was a card in my front door, never use it, giving statistics of prices of home in our area and a business car should I want to sell..
