Wow! So many colours of four o'clock Debra. I have never tried them

They fill the air with perfume. Yellow is the most fragrant. It blends well with Lavender moon vine, Datura Inoxia, and white ALBA moon-vine. Oh yeal - in Fall when Brugs are blooming, heaven on The Patio . The Jasmine has bloomed all summer, and Centrum Nocturnus sp? and milkweeds have a fragrance. Definitely good for me to concentrate on each flower just hoping I get a whiff of their different perfumes.,

Nice flowers you have also Debra , I will save you a few seeds of most everything .
That paintbrush needing the host plant to grow with ,,I too took a lot of seeds to get that growing I think there is a small one growing on a perennial rye grass root the one I show is using the Zebra grass as it's host root , I will try a few new seeds next to a couple grasses growing .
Zebra grass
Tomatoes

Keith Those are beautiful , I imagine Hummingbirds visit there often also I am digging and moving Daylily today ,

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Frost?? Oh No! Those are gorgeous Keith. Ju, you grew that zebra grass?

Anderson, IN(Zone 6a)

Debra , yes These are from a root start of a plant that failed to grow It is growing nice now , as to if such seeds true or not , I have no idea

One of my arms is tired tonight I had the power hoe on the trimmer ,
I should have a nice blooming Daylily bed next season , it is first I nearly have back in order ,
I have a few daylily seeds in the fridge and some lupine seeds are swelled up . I hope they germinate soon , Fall planted for blooms next year ,
My older white swan Coneflower died this season and two blooms from a last years seed start was all I got , So I am about to start several seeds from the large medium bloom this years plant had , Seeds are better from a slightly older plant though
I am hoping the bloom stem plantlets of the Red Gaillardia root also
Everything ate my Hollyhock starts so I can only hope the seeds in the ground sprout when their ready ,

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Ju, I also planted a lot of holly hocks, all the plants are doing fine, except for some yellow spots, and some slug holes. The slugs have been wreaking havoc on a lot of my stuff, time to put some sluggo out again. I bagged up the blue baptisia seeds already, and also some purple phlox, now all my patio morning glorys ( i nils) are bagged up at the pods to keep those nasty worms from getting in to them. White marigold surprised me, thought I ad lost all the seeds, but I must have found the one seed head from years past, as I grow them every year. False boneset is exploding it's fairy like foliage and bloom buds..It's so pretty with the cutleaf coneflowerand the royal catch fly in the corner fence.
