Thanks for the move Betty ..
HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY :-)
Hope all of you in the US have a wonderful weekend ..
Rainy/damp one here so far .. but, that's not a bad thing .. AND, the first wave of this years Mosquitoes/black flies is ready to drill :-(
Lilly is doing seriously well thanks .. she's a trooper:-)
Lorna is sucking up having to spend the weekend in her wheelchair .. icing her stump, but, it HAS to be done ..
Kerry is qute concerned, as well he should be .. I just feel so bad for her as she takes things like this to heart .. where she heard the 'firing' word is beyond me .. there is gov't legislation that will see to it she will NOT be let go ..
Susan .. my DS (estranged) birthday is May 31 .. have always thought it a good day .. I wish you well ..
Betty did you get Mel the planters ? Happy birthday to her :-)
A/c .. love it .. Lorna's folks won't put theirs on :-( Trying to impress upon them it actually will help with the air quality in the house ..
Talk to the hand !!
Looks like Lorna and I will be driving down east at the end of October .. her brother is getting married in Orangeville .. I think either the 28 or 29thof Oct.
It'll be an adventure for sure .. I guess we'll be taking 10 days .. 2 down and 2 back leaves us 6 days to visit with her parents .. just now starting to look for accomodations that are handicap friendly, and, there aren't many .. definition of handicap friendly is a bar to help you up off the toilet .. but there are lots of other amenities that are needed .. wider doors for a wchair, raised toilet, shower chair .. gonna be an adventure that's for sure ..
Not much happening .. have stuff to plant, but not today .. DH might plant some cabbage or his tomato plants
So .. ENJOY everyone, take care .. lotsa hugs to everyone
~M~
I was wondering about the firing "M". She is spectacular at her job, look at the award won last year, goes to prove how capable she is...as you say, just hit a snag..ohh a trip my way, somehow, somewhere we will have to meet up.
Never thought about all the needs Lorna would need that aren't readily available in motels/ hotels.october is a wonderful time to travel, the colours should be outstanding..can Lorna help with driving?
No didn't get to town yet, got my weeder started, did half the ditch..ill give it a bit then finish other half then might just keep the other one until tomorrow..Lordy grass in ditches have to be 2' tall..was too wet to do before now.
Maybe I will head to town then have a rest
Thank you for your good thoughts, ladies - I wish I could have you all here when we move in, and when we go to court (yet again!)
What is the court for Susan, the security deposit?
Afternoon everyone.
Hate to say it but I have fallen in love with my new battery fueled weed whacker. Steve came this morning to put together the last part that I couldn't see well enough to do. Well of course he had to try it. He was having a blast and finally looked at me and asked "do you want to try it ?"
AC is on here. I work outside a bit then come in for awhile. The TH prefers the AC to the outside temp.
Think I am doing the overnight shift for my friends Ron and Maryl. Ron was taken by ambulance yesterday to the hospital and is in ICU. They had him stablized by last night so that is a good thing.I went up and spent a couple of hours with Maryl this morning. She is lucky she has 2 adult children close by and several of her grandkids not too far away.
Went into the village to the Rx store and the village is just hopping. Stopped at the farmer's market and it was blistering hot there. It is on pavement with no shade.
LK are all of these storms missing you? It sure looks scary.
Oh M Lorna is so blessed to have you. I am sure she is not taken kindly to having to rest this weekend.
Hope you are getting all your packing done Susan. Is Bob home to help you ?
Dianne and her TH
Dianne, is it a light unit you bought? Where did you get it..my weeder is gas, works well but starting to be a little heavy for me to use..just the small ditch left to fo
Yowzers, don't know what we would do with Linda Kay's weather, sissies are complaining at 80 and humidity of about same..
Went into town and flowers are looking pretty sad so think I will put $$$ into envelope and let Mel pick out something she likes.
Will have to push myself off the couch because the one think I have to do is replant what was dug up this morning from side of pond..
Where are those young kids of yesteryear that wanted to earn $$$ by doing yard work?? They are no longer
One of my grandsons who is here this weekend also has May 31st as his birthday. This is his18th. Hard to believe it was that long ago, it worked out that I was there when he was born, saw him first, cut his cord and even named him...Brendan We'll have a bit of a celebration while he's here, got cake & ice cream.
How blessed you were Karen....weather cooperating for you? Is the water warm enough to swim in yet?
Was surprised, Ann's grandchildren were up last weekend and played in the cove at her house..I wouldn't have thought the water would be warm enough..
Got the 2nd ditch done, tools put away, have the chicken souvlaki that I didn't eat last night for supper but not hungry, thought of a big meal just doesn't appeal..lost 4 lbs this week
Had bath, looking at the clock, drats it's only 5pm cant go to bed yet, tired of playing games on my iPad, no energy to do much...big sigh
Betty I got the new weed whacker at Canadian Tire. It was on sale for 4 days only. Tomorrow is the last day. It is on the front page of the CT flyer. I threw mine out so I can't give you the # to look up. It is a Worxx - orange in colour. In Aisle 2. You can look up your local store online and it will tell you how many they have in stock. I will buy a couple of extra batteries so I don't have to wait to recharge the 1 I have. didn't want to buy them when I was there in case there was a problem with the machine and I have to take it back. It was $88 and change. It is very light and easy to handle.
Oh Karen I can just see your smile with all your family around you.
Do you like to do crossword puzzles Betty ? That helps fill in the time plus it is good for your brain. What about the adult colouring books ? There is 1 that the TO Star has that features different spots in TO ... like Kensington Market.
Guess I haad better find something to eat - like you Betty I don't really fancy anything but know I need something.
No rain here M just blistering hot and humid.
Dianne and her TH
Karen .. funny thing, I was there when Murray was born .. LMAO .. 3 days of labour, almost had a section, but, he decided to make an entrance at shift change .. 4pm .. that was 42 years ago, and, he is now lost to me .. us .. saddens me to the core ..
Happy BDay to your DGS ..
Dianne, I bought a Black n Decker battery weed whacker when Lorna went back work .. love it, not too heavy ..only thing I find is that I only get about 45 minutes out of the battery before re charging ..
I think you'd like it Betty ..nice to be portable ..
Lorna and I went for a wee ride around .. went to the cemetery .. all her plantings look good .. she drives almost all the time .. I sit back and relax LoL ..
Dianne, good luck if you end up doing the night shift at the hosp ..
Just WAITING to go to bed here ..

Betty - they said that we stole their property.
The only time I can think of is when they required us to replace a window in the den with a larger one (for egress). At the tame time Bob went into OUR sheds (as per the lease, they remain in our possession) and Bob took out boxes of our Christmas decorations to bring here so we could celebrate Christmas In March. If anyone reported to them that Bob was carrying out boxes, then I suppose that's the only time they could be referring to.
They want compensation for theft.
Also, they sent an email saying that they aren't paying May rent and are keeping the damage deposit "in lieu" which is something you Cannot do... Rent and Damage Deposit are two different things.
He sent an email last night saying that they will not be there until 7pm on Tues for the walk through as they haven't moved out yet, when the law clearly states that they are to vacate by noon on the last day of tenancy (May 31st.
Where in heaven's name did you find these tenants Susan ? I know you have told us but my foggy brain can't remember. We'll all be very happy for you and Bob when you see the rear end of these people. Do you think he took a course in how to yank the chain of people he has to deal with ? There is a woman in Toronto who has an atrocious record as a tenant but she still finds way to rent new homes . Most of much are in pricey areas and leave the owners out thousands each much. She has been taken to court I don't know how many times yet still owes much in late rent. She just ignores the court order and the owners are so glad to have her gone they don't press for the back rent.
Susan you did mention you were having someone come in and be with you during the walk through, right ? I would make sure they video the whole thing or better yet have 1 of Calgary's finest be there during this procedure. Our hearts are heavy for you and Bob Susan and we all hope June 1 is the start of a new and happy life for you both.
Didn't have to go to Ktown last night. Tom who is Ron's son texted me just as I was leaving the village last night and said he was taking the night off of work.Had my mind all primed for the overnight so was up and down all night. Walked the TH about 4 am and the skeeters were the size of jumbo jets. They really hurt when they bite this year. Usually right at the time when they bite it doesn't hurt but the itching does start. I need to get some Afterbite unless one of you knows a good home remedy for the itchies. Even Benadryl isn't helping.
Enjoy your day everyone. Just think all of you who are American friends and family have 1 more day off tomorrow. Do you have services/ parades at some point this weekend ? I lost 2 good friends during Vietnam and my heart always aches a little bit more on this weekend. One of the fellow's mothers is still alive so I have continued my calling her this weekend. Not sure at this point if she even remembers who I am but I will keep calling until she passes.
Going to read for a bit and maybe even see then if I can grab a bit more sleep. Then I will be off with my new weed whacker on another part of the lake side of the property,
Dianne
Good Sunday morning to everyone ..
Have to agree with Dianne re Susan;s tenants .. just outrageously bold and dastardly folk .. I hope and pray the 31st is a good day .. but, all you can do is HOPE for the best, but, PREPARE for the worst.
Did you say that your landlords now have someone moving in as you move out? Perhaps I have that wrong ..
I think DH and I are going to the Reserve for gas .. Lorna will stay home and ice that stump .. she did put her leg on yesterday, and after an hour of working it in, she said it felt not too bad ... I can't imagine !
Hope everyone has a good day .. overcast and buggy here ..

Morning all,
Not much I can say Susan, all to bizarre.
I hope there is nothing in this world that can stop you from moving in.
Don't think you answered our query re having to relocate the mobile, is that still a possibility??
Dianne even though you think the mother of your friend doesn't recognize you YOU know you've honoured him with your visit.
"m" likely will take mega time for Lorna's stub to heal enough for her to go to work..she had best not rush it or there will be another fall
Calling for thunderstorms here today but they've called for same Friday and Saturday and they've missed us, maybe the same for today. It hit 88 feeling like 99 yesterday, not so warm today I hope..need to spend time raking where the pond was a d who knows might get some stone down for the patio...work/rest work/rest, won't do anything for any long amount of time.
Whatever your plans are for the day hope you enjoy
Waiting for a decent hour to get out there with my new toy. I like to wait until about 9:30 as some on the lane like to sleep late. Warren used to say tough and he would be out there at 7 am with the chain saw going.
Need to go and pick some aspargrus at a neighbour's, Can't spell it but love to eat it. Sometimes my mother used to make creamed asparagrus on toast with the ends. Yum.
Same weather report here as Betty's. Hopefully some rain will break this wicked heat and humidity.
The TH was up and down all night. Another turtle came up to lay her eggs plus there were 2 young deer lurking on the south side of the house. They will just go bananas when the snappers start coming up.
Need to call the guy who resurfaces our road. I want to gravel in an area where there is a patch of grass and need more on the drive way. Can't call today as it is Sunday. He and his family usually go out for the day just so they don't have to listen to the phone ring.
How did you make out Betty with your apparatus on ? Warren said his was itchy.
Off I go!
Dianne and her TH
Morning everyone. Not too much rain here. It rained here last night, but maybe an inch. Nice and cool this morning, but will warm up this afternoon.
Susan, we keep praying you get to move back home with no more problems.
"M", glad to here that Lily is doing well. I hope Lorna gets her new leg soon.

So sorry to read about her Dad, hope and pray he gets well. Ohwah...how cool you have a robins nest just outside your window! by time you get back they will have hatched!! maybe you can get a picture? Oh and sure hope you get your mower fixed.
Dianne, you are the Queen of the lane!! Got to tell ya, We have a turtle in the lake! Just saw it last weekend when we/Jake put the pier in. Love to read the TH antics, yikes so sorry you had to worry about lime desease but glad the outcome was not. Oh goodness I guess Chaos will stay out of the dishwasher from now on, poor pup, what a fright, oh no about Duke have a turkey encounter!! Hope you and your helper got that chore done. Sounds like you are having a ball with your new blower! Yikes, we have 2 and don't know what the heck we did with them...

So smiling at your recovery Linda Kay....Keep working those muscles. I love all your photo's of your Gardens. Just gorgeous. My Carol's love are getting ready to pop, I am just so excited to see what color they come back this season...lol, white, more white!!
Well, I've been typing forever, heheh...going to take a break and I'll be back to fill you in on Jude's world.
In the meantime, Just ALL of you know how much I love you. Enjoy the morning.
Enjoying my company very much. We had Pancakes for breakfast in 4 different flavors.. DGD works at Jiffy mix and employees are allowed to bring home cases of the mixes. Right now about 10 are out fishing on the pontoon boat. 3 are swimming, 4 went to the sports supply store, and 1 is still sleeping, catching upon all he missed yesterday. One DGS brought up a huge prime rib roast, he is doing today's dinner. I love that part, each family takes a meal. And others do the clean up. It's the way it has always been since my kids were little. I just get to enjoy them all.
Hey Judy! How are you doing. WOW! You went all the way to more than a month ago? Glad to hear you have your hummer back. And good luck on the roses. Let us know what color they are?
Karen, so glad to hear all the family helps clean and cook. It sure makes it easier on you!
So smiling Karen. Yep I do love how you all do things! Sounds like your place is exploding with fun...
Hi Linda Kay!! lol yep you know me, once a nosey body always a nosey body, hahaha.
I kept wanting to see why or what was said so kept paging back. Finally I thought Just go back couple threads and catch up! Finally finished reading about 3;00
Waiving Hi to Debbie, was glad to see you pop in.
Also, I was thrilled to see Sharon is well on the way to recovery too.
enjoyed seeing your beautiful flowers.
Betty also wanted to say yippy on Sharon's new puppies!
Awe you are so sweet to remember Tubby each year. had a good giggle and I had a fond memory of waiting for Steve out side Rxall in Canada, when I looked up and saw the TUBBY license plate, still smile about riding to your Gathering!
You betchya Linda Kay! I will let everyone know the color, lol the anticipation is making me insane.
oh ya, also Susan, well how cool you found that little shop/group!
So today I really am relaxing, back and for the outside, inside...playing Catchup here there and everywhere, lol. Speaking of which; the Crane is gone. We removed the Swan planters and they have not been back. They ate all the colorful fish, I think 4 in all. Got to tell you though, with a big cheerful grin, "I" enjoyed seeing them in my yard! Wishing I got better pictures. And yep glad to see my little LK...OMG, did I Tell you what else?? A Scarlet Tanger!! I had to look him up by description. Whoah a stunning bird! Also finally ID the Redwing Blackbird, lol
Ok will load up some pictures because of course I dashed for my camera! He came back several times for 2 days!
Love seeing you post Judy..your life is as busy as always but nice to see you are taking some time for reading and enjoying your gardens..gathering was quite a few years ago, time you took a trip here so I could show you more of our area. Do you have a bird book to identify all the birds that come to visit..yes Sharon's pups are so adorable and no mom has not been staying here, she only stayed while I was in the hospital, wanted to make sure I was ok and someone was with missy.
Went to town, Lordy my car needs a good vacuuming..20 rolls of sod, layer it down and now watering..worked hard today in this heat
Don't want to lose my post by going back and seeing what was last posted on the 1st thread so I will go have my bath, get in my jammies, have some ice cold juice then come back and visit
Yum on the Prime Rib Karen. Have a piece of that roast for me please. Do you do Yorkshires ? My mother's family used to do the same thing when they got together. Or they used to assign certain things to each family. I thought everybody had 40 - 60 people for Christmas dinner. Imagine my surprise when I went to a boy friend's house for Thanksgiving and there were only 8 people.
Just like reading a good book eh Judy getting up to date on our thread ? More wedding photos please. We love you too Judy.
Saw my first of the season very large black snake today. This heat is drawing them out. We moved our dock because the black/rat snakes used to hang down from the trees. I finally refused to go to the dock so if DH wanted a fishing partner he had to do something about the dock.
There are 2 deer that seemed to have declared our home theirs too. Debbie cover your eyes but we desperately need to cull the deer population on this lane. There have been a couple of ill deer, one of which had to be shot. And that's what we see. From the lake here the deer have about 20 miles of forest and farm land to romp.
M did you and Gord get to the reserve ? Many people around here go to the reserve to get their smokes. They buy them by the paper bag full.
Oh Barb and M I am sitting here listening to Ed Sheeran and thinking about how much you enjoy his singing too. There's a great clip on You tube where he dances with a partner to Thinking Out Loud. When asked about it by a friend as he is known not to dance he just replied Ed learned to dance.
I really should finish 1 area of the lawn but it is just too hot. Besides I don't want to disturb the deer. lol Yep convinced myself to stay inside with the AC on.
They had cherries from the US at Foodland today. I love cherries. The cashier put them in as grapes. I stopped her and said these are cherries. She argued no they are grapes. Finally I said look at the UPC on the bag - it says 4045. She's new but won't last long if she talks to everyone the way she did to me. Of course she didn't know I worked there for a few years. Initially when we went grocery shopping in Ktown Warren used to get peeved if I told the cashier the code # when they went to look it up. After awhile he had to admit it speeded up the cashing out process.
It's not looking good for my friend Ron. This morning when I talked to Maryl she mentioned his nurse in ICU said he would remain there indefinitely. Maryl and I hope to take a friend of ours out for her 70 th birthday on Tuesday. I told Maryl I would go in any night she wanted but it seems her family is really being supportive. Her grands are all in their 20's and love their grandfather.
Fingers crossed it will rain and then I won't have to water.
Dianne and her TH
Karen, sounds like a good time for all, best you aren't running yourself ragged. Cooking and cleaning..will they head home tomorrow or Tuesday..perhaps some took extended days off work?
Dianne, glad you called it a day as well..missy was sick, she fought coming in, think the heat is just too much for her.
Sorry to hear Ron is doing poorly..difficult time for all. Am sure they will all on you if. Family can't be there, just to know you offered warms their heart.
You've so much wildlife..NOT crazy about the snake, have been alert when working near the pond, know they like rock
Thank you for your thoughts re: our move
1. the Police will not come to a landlord/tenant issue, unless we feel in danger.
2. Got the tenants through an online site much like CraigsList (it's called kijiji.com).
3. We don't have the walk through until Tuesday noon, so another 2 sleeps
4. Yes, we have a friend coming on the walk through. She's a friend who's known us and our home for 9 years - been there for all the big dinners we've had - Christmas, Anniversary, Easter, and Thanksgiving. She knows us through & through
5. We plan on taking a camera to take pictures - some to compare with the ones we took in October
6. He says that Noon Tues isn't acceptable for the walk through and I say TOUGH - the law says the tenants have to be out by noon on the last day of the tenancy. She agreed to noon May 31st on May 3rd, so trying to change it at this late date is unacceptable to US!!
I truly hope that he doesn't show up for the noon walk through - he's supposed to be working that day, and takes the car to work. They don't have a 2nd car.
If he comes at 7pm he'll find we have a security system in place and I will press the Panic Button and call the police re: their trespassing!! I'll do whatever is necessary to protect us.
We're changing the locks for sure, and will put a bolt on the gate if necessary, too. He may have left the bolt on the gate, I don't know.
Judy you mentioned a red wing black bird and it reminded me of a funny story.
My aunt and I were sitting on the patio chatting when one came to the feeder. My aunt asked me what is that black bird with the red on it's wings? I answered it's a red wing black bird and she looked at me so funny and said "Smart A**". She was convinced I was fooling with her.
LOL ..It was what it was, and, it was a Red Winged Black Bird :-)
Love the sight of them, but, they surely aren't the most musical birds in the forest ..
Of to the eye doc with DH this morning, EARLY .. thinking he has to have a stitch removed .. uggggg ....
These early morning appts are killers, up at 5:30am to get 'things ' in order in the dog dept .. and get Lorna straightened out .. she's u early to get into her leg ..

I'm up but moving very slowly. The TH wanted to go out at 4:30 am which is usually a perfect time for me. Didn't fall asleep until 3 am so am a bit weary. Anyway off we toshed. I look ridiculous when we walk - I wear long pants and long sleeves. Have socks pulled out over the bottom of the pants and work gloves over the end of the sleeves. Plus I wear a hoody to try and keep my neck covered. Skeeters are terrible and unrelenting.
I need to tidy my memory garden. It is the only one I plan to keep. Barb you made me smile when you said Warren's flower was blooming. Just wish he was hear to see it.
The 2 deer who have decided to become part of my TH followed us at a distance when we walked. The TH is used to them now so don't make a fuss. I feel like I should feed them but will refrain from doing so. Years ago when we lived in the farm house a coyote used to follow my Sammies and I at a distance when we walked. On day we came upon a fox and it barked at us which got the coyote howling and them my Sammies howled along.
Sure hope Lorna's leg co-operates for her today.
M how is Lily?
Later,
Dianne and her TH
Morning all,
Special thoughts for you all on this Memorial Day..Bravery abounds with all who serve to keep us safe.
Susan, tomorrow's the big day, you can be sure our thoughts will be with you..I'm sure you've braced yourself mentally for what you will find upon entering your home.
Dianne you will need a nap for sure..deer sense they are safe with you and TH, Today is suppose to be a perfect day weather wise..not too hot and not a lot of humidity.
Andrew just brought me a half a load of topsoil, this week's task is to bring some to the back to make a small garden as Laurel has me thinking veggies, bought a few tomatoe plants, will pick up cucumber plants, few packages of beans and lettuce and try it for this year.
Girls asked if we could do a workshop on a water feature done with cement, as I'm going into town later for plants and seed might as well cost out supplies
No rest for the wicked it seems

Decided not to lay down and went out and finished the yard. I haven't raked yet though.
Going to read for a bit and cool down.
Oh Karen that roast looked so good.
Dianne
Betty and Dianne, sounds like you are both getting an early start in the gardens. Please don't over do it.
Sheesh .. apt over, went for breakfast, now home to mow and back to the hospital for 1:45 .. DH has to have a laser procedure .. remove a stitch .. he just goes with the flow, but, he is beginning to get fed up with all these appts ..
Sleep seems to be not a friend to many of us .. trust me, I will be in bed EARLY tonight ..
Tomorrow I have the dental hygienist to see at noon (YUK) .. then Wednesday, back to the eye doc, but not til 4pm .. I really do prefer earlier as, believe it or else .. TBay DOES have heavy traffic at that time of day ..
I see everyone is keeping busy in their yards, just be careful ..
Dianne .. got out of the car a bit ago .. and literally RAN for the house because of the skeeters ..
Best go

Betty - I'm not so worried about the mess we will find, other than I don't want to have to confront our tenants
I'd rather they don't come there. I can do the Damage Report myself.........
Can't blame you Susan..you will not sleep tonight I'm sure.
"m" was out shovelling the top soil, skitters, skitters everywhere..luckily they are aggravating but don't seem to want to snack on me.
Lordy, you sure have a full schedule with doc's. Did Lorna let you know how Sophie is making out today?
Think I will shut off a/c
Making lunch then off to do the other half of the top soil, think I ought to close car windows, although not called for feels like rain.
Spoke to Residential Tenancy just now, and they say that the tenants have to be given two opportunities for a walk through. We cannot change the locks until they give up possession, but if they refuse to do so (ie: give up the keys), then after the 2nd walkthrough does/doesn't take place we can then change the locks?!?!
Waiting for our lawyer to call us - we have a phone advice lawyer. Too bad we can't afford a lawyer to represent us........
Betty for someone that is supposed be taking it easy the work you're doing would kill a normal person. Moving loads of dirt is one of the things I do not do anymore. I buy my topsoil potting mix, etc. etc. Yeah in the biggest bags I can find. Then it is stred in my garden area of the garage. But I do have a garden helper who has helper that comes once a week we need so anywhere he makes his Magic potion in the wheelbarrow and then spread to wherever. I also have a compost pile that makes compost really quick and it has lots and lots of worms so the compost is mostly worm castings.
Susan, I guarantee you your tenant knows all of these rules and he will be going through two walk-throughs any probably will not make either one but just the way you're moving back in. This guy is a real queen too bad you can put them on Facebook or something as a warning to the world but then he probably sue you. The problem with being sued is you can be totally innocent and still run up a lot of attorney bills.
Marilyn I am so sorry about Lorna's leg problem. It is criminal the way this
guy treats her. Compassion it Is something he does not have.
Very knocked over a lamp with a stained glass shade. Of course, the shade is in total disarray, Broken pieces everywhere and of course there is a matching one by my couch. I have no idea how I knocked it over but he does drive his wheelchair like a bulldozer.
Here and I'm so happy for you having all your family around such a great way you all
Pitch in and help.
Judy glad to see that you're back to earth the wedding list Great and I loved all the hard work you did. I bet you do go big deep breath once it was all over. Probably remember the lot of things you didn't do but nobody noticed. My daughter had the same problem and I said if I didn't notice this nobody noticed.
Barbara how are your curtains coming are you able to get outside and enjoy your weather isn't there yet.
Linda and I are in the same situation. We will be hundred and four by Wednesday and there for three days and then cooling back down to high 90s.
Thank goodness we do not have skeeters cheaters cheddars or whatever you guys call them. Casely will get a fly that'll pester us or a gnat. So I guess we exchange the no bugs.
Diane I'm sending you some more sleep angels because it looks like the ones I sent before took off. So sorry you also have it was the skeeters.
I am doing well I still have my brace I have an x-ray in three weeks and then an appointment for next week with the surgeon to see how the bone graft is taking. That will determine how much longer I wear the brace. Still dealing with her pain in the legs and I have finally given up and I take a pain pill before go to bed and take a pain pill in the morning. I will do that for a week and then not take and see what happens I didn't take it for two nights earlier in the week and suffered all night and that's stupid.
Vernon is up and looking for his coffee and sweet roll so I will go in and round something up. Then I'll go out Dixon photos of a few areas look good and like tomatoes so you could guys and see how great my gardeners are just sorry it's my gardeners not me making all this beautiful.
I will return later. I've decided I need to get on earlier because by the time I get out here at night I'm too tired. I have been lurking and keeping you in my prayers And thoughts. Hugs, Sharon
Susan, make sure if you do the walk through with them not present, that you take a video that you can prove the date. Maybe show the daily newspaper at the beginning to show the date? Otherwise you know they will try to pull something on you. Cover your butt!
Sharon, it sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your sciatica making your legs hurt. Sending prayers for a speedy recovery for you.
Can't wait to see your garden pictures.
Sharon, so nice to see you post..
Sorry about the stained glass piece, is it in complete pieces or several broken, depending on the extent of the damage perhaps it could be repaired..photo??
Guess it would be difficult manoeuvring a wheelchair in the house.
Let's hope in 3 weeks you will no longer need the brace
Glad you are opting to take pain meds..am doing same..whereas I was taking 2 a day I'm down to one at bedtime on the days I overdo..no sense being in pain when there are other options.
