Our storms weren't as bad as I thought they might be. Lots of rain, thunder and lightening but thank goodness no hail this time.

I heard the tornado warning sirens blaring around 8 or 9 last evening. Since they were also predicting hail, I put my car under the carport and put the porch umbrella down. I'm happy to report that nothing happened. It rained and was still raining a little this morning.

It is official. Bi finally got a daughter-in-law. Joe and Ashlee were married yesterday Their reception will be in 2 years. Now all joy kids are married and they should be able to move into the house by the beginning of the week

I wish someone would start a Summer Chat but not connect it to these old threads. I still have technical problems with the site especially when threads are continued time after time. Maybe this one could somehow be marked as Closed and people directed to a Summer Chat without linking a new thread.
