Hi - had searched for Marcel's profile, but all I found was a LinkedIn profile (he, like me, has a professional worker's page, and had previously asked to "join" my LinkedIn page. I refused, of course.
Otherwise, he has a FB page, and we were "friends" until I removed him as my FB friend........

We're not getting any more phone calls or email from him, since we served on Filing package for the Hearing........

"m" that is quite a week you are putting in, perhaps you ought to schedule a day for YOU just like an appointment so that you can re-energize and have time for thought..how has Murray and family been taking the news or did you tell them?

Dianne, how wonderful you are back on line, we were concerned as always when you don't post..remember the lice episodes with the kids school..thank goodness you seldom here of it anymore..odd that the ticks are an issue or do they try and find a home in the winter.

I mailed my Santa Warren box, should arrive tomorrow if it hasn't already

He's from London (UK, via Wales), and she's from here - Alberta born. They've been together since 1 year ago (daughter born August 2014, before they met, I guess..........?!?! Turned 1 year old in August, and they've been together since Oct 2014).
I'm frankly not giving him my valuable time, nor the time of day to him or anyone associated with him.

I'm trying to get past this as best we can.

Murray is conspicuous by his absence right now, and, I am FURIOUS with him .. our ONLY child and he appears to be too caught up in his life to even bother with us .. very disappointing ..

It's 48F outside right now .. I'm not complaining, but, it's just not right .. am thinking that El Nino is a fact for us this winter ..

Almost afraid to look at the news .. what I feared might happen 'over there', just might ... Russia is meeting with France .. my nephew working with NATO in Belgium says 'things' are heating up .. just incredible!

High of 55 expected..will make for a shorter winter for sure, we just knocked November off our list.

Well "M" his day (DS) will come, he has kids of his own, one day when they too forget about hoping he will realize the hurt he caused, doesn't help ease the pain right now though! Hugs

Have avoided the news all week, enough to put one into a depression. Feel for parents of servicemen as they must be fretting their loved ones will yet be deployed into this hellish region.

Ladies will be here today, Linda wants to work on 3 picture pillows for her sil in Missouri who lost her hubby in August..have to hurry to get them in the mail to get them in time..Linda said she would be here before 9 and the gals get her at 9 so busy day ahead..I wanted to put my snowflake quilt on the frame so hopefully I have time before they get here

Betty, I'm so sorry I didn't check the mail last night. It usually comes a couple hours after I get home. Going out the door this morning, I almost tripped on a box!! Thank you so much!! I opened it quickly, I just love everything! When I signed up, I hoped that Dianne's boys would chose my name for you, because I just love the crafts that you do. As I said I was on my way out the door to work, so just looked quickly through it, I'll take pictures and post more details when I get home. I love that print with the Scottie dogs!

Morning everyone. Going back to bed for a bit... very little sleep and a migraine starting.

I have spent a great deal of time this morning tearing through every drawer, filing cabinet and storage areas for my Bell Internet folder. Bell is my ISP. The folder had all of my passwords in it for every site I visit. DG sticks in my mind so I am thankful for that.I called my cleaning lady in desperation and she thinks she might have thrown it out as it was on a corner of my desk that I told her she could throw out whatever was there. I can't imagine I put it there but I can get distracted quite easily

Just to mirror the way my morning has been I hit the backspace on this new computer and erased my whole post

Darn!

Going back to bed, have a migraine coming. I am hoping I can sleep through the beginning of it - that sometimes help the severity of it.


The TH must know as they are on all on the bed in their time to go to sleep spots.

How frustrating that you'e lost your passwords....... I know how that can be........

Dianne - fortunately most sites have a "lost your password" option. If your email is working, you can recover and/or set up new passwords. A nuisance,, but a recoverable situation. Of course, right after you do all this (if you are like most of us, you had many passwords), you will then find the folder!

I can't access my email and I have such a headache I will leave conquering that until tomorrow. Have DG, FB and my online banking up and running so I am happy with that for now. Still haven't plugged in the laser printer - that too can wait until tomorrow. When I asked if the manual was in the box Chad laughed at me. No manual, one has to go online to find out all the info you need. I hate that... like having that booklet in my hands.

Didn't fall sleep but the headache is starting to lessen a bit.Hopefully the sandman will find me tonight.

M sending positive thoughts and prayers for Gord's surgery tomorrow. The TH and I will be there in spirit. What hospital in TO is Gord having his eye surgery?

Sharon I so understand about adapting your schedule around your DH's. I did that when Warren was ill. Initially I tried to work all of his appointments and meds into what I was doing - that was a colossal fail. My hat is off to you... being a caretaker for the one you love is hard.

I hope you get a good nights sleep tonight Dianne. I know those migraines are a real pain.

I went to put the boys out for 1 last play before it got dark. Fortunately I glanced out first and saw a fat ole porkie sauntering up the hill. I managed to bonk it a couple of times with chunks of wood and it just wandered off into the trees between the lake and the house. Oh joy! That means the pups will have to go out 1 at a time tonight on a leash. Its warm enough I will leave the deck door open for them until I go to sleep tonight. The 3 of them were bouncing off the walls with excitement once they got a wiff of the critter.

This new laptop is very touchy as I can see from my posts. I'll have to lighten up my touch.

LK where will you have to go for your surgery? Will you have to go to a Rehab spot or can you do it from home? When I had my knee replacement the Physio guy came to the house 3 times a week. But that was because I lived so far from the hospital. The Ortho put me on warafin so a person came 3 times a week to take blood. They were glad I wanted them to come as early as possible in the am as they had to cover a lot of miles each day.

Headache has lessened a wee bit but will not go away.Early to bed tonight for sure.

As of now, she's ok .. he does think she should consider a knee replacement down the road ..

I love the Christmas bracelet, and the ornament is really pretty, too. I love the "mug rugs" and the mitts are so cute. I love the fabrics. The note card is really special, too.

I got an email from the property manager of the Park, and they're only charging us $68.25 for the removal of the stuff that our tenants ordered taken away. Better than the $250 they originally told us.
And we're getting our mail here now. I can trust our landlords to hold onto any we get here, until we move and get the address changed back to the Park address. Thank goodness for people we can trust!!!!!!

Sunday, we had a big time wind storm. Blew one of my trees to the East, toward the house and then continued to blow a branch on the tree against the roof. Several roof tiles came crashing down on the patio.

Marilyn, so sorry Murray is such a disappointment. Some day he will wake up and regret his actions but it will probably be to late by then. Tell Gord Sharon in Las Vegas is on his side and keeping you all my thought before and after his surgery.

I had my garden helpers here for a half day today and they are coming tomorrow. They are helping me put out Christmas lights and bring Christmas decorations out of my storage room by the laundry room, unpacking and putting it all on the dining room table and floor. Tomorrow, I will determine where I want everything. I am decorating this year because of "the wedding".

Vern is ready to go to bed. I will try to get here earlier tomorrow.

Well I'm still at Apple orchard... Sigh... Good for extra money but emotionally I just can't take it. The young man I work with is a @&$!/$ jerk. Arrogant, pompous and rude. I have tried to make conversation with him, honestly it's always one sided. Always about him. He has never asked once asked "how was your weekend sue , " , never has asked anything about me, kids , dogs, life in general. My boss has also been going to far with comments. He basically told me I'm stupid. Not even in so many words but passive aggressively in comments.
Friday is my last day and good ridence!!!!. I will never work there again.

Betty sound like your weather is like ours here in Ohio. Warm ,cold , snow ,rain then goodness it changes hourly it seems . The last two days have been in the 60.

So very hard Sue going to work with the full agenda you have let alone put up with abuse...sure don't blame you for not wanting to go back next year...have you been putting in time with your business?? Bet kids are starting to make a list for Christmas, always fun to read.

A grand total of 4 hours gone, 20 minutes of which was the surgery .. just local freezing of he operative area .. Gord felt nothing and I plan to ensure it stays that way with drugs ..
2 colleagues were working .. so ..it was kinda nice to touch base ..
I take the dressing off tomorrow and put a transparent one on .. Monday he starts physio .. that will go on for several weeks ..

Getting dinner ready .. glad this surgery is over .. now the wait for January ..
