Praise God that Linda has perfect eyesight!! Meantime, Mr. Linda can't wait to get his hands in some dirt!!!
Susan, wait for a few minutes for the ad to play,. then the opening episode will play but just for a tease. Look out for full episode, which might be featured later.
Rm 302 "Sweet Interruptions" Hotel
yeah, that's the 2 min (or so) trailer that Cindy found for me. It's not the entire show.
Thing is though, this is more about Sue & Jessica, than me.
Sue - thank you for sharing this with us - remembering what you went through for the weeks leading up (yes I was here then......) was terrible for you at the time. Re-living it must be torture for you.
Bless you.
Just a tease you say - yeah, it will likely be available full version later.

Sue, my newly repaired heart is aching for you. I cannot imagine. What a strong woman you are(((((((((((((Sue))))))))))))).
Sending my (((((((HUGS )))))))) as well.
Ernie, I am glad to hear about Linda's eye doing well.
I was not able to watch it last night but I did record it. I will watch later today. Sending prayrs Sue for understanding from those who didn't......
(((Sue)))
I just spoke with Sue. She's not quite ready to come here yet. It was really hard on her to relive it. She did ask that I thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.
Tom was with her last night when the show aired. She was so glad to have someone comforting her through the misery. She didn't have that with Tim when it was actually happening.
It's o dark thirty and I have been awake since 4am. I need to decide what to do next. I could go to the green house and plant some more tomato seeds or go clean up my shop or recline or go to the couch and take a nap. It was a tough decision but zzzz lol .
Just for giggles I think I will plant some pepper seeds some one in this house never uses the peppers I grow so why grow them?
ha ha I had the nap before I hit send so here you all are waiting for me to wake up
So glad Tom was with her. Totally understand where she's at now. Bless your heart Sue!!! We LOVE you!
Getting everything ready for the big rain storm that is to hit us tomorrow afternoon, got wood stacked, everything batten downed, candles lol LOTS of candles :) Marysville will get hit harder than Auburn and I'm a little worried about some of my plants that are on the front porch because of the high winds. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now :(
Things are moving along with the house. I've been talking to the loan guy and it looks as if we will qualify thus far. He has not run a credit check on me yet, but I've been really good about keeping things paid on time. I'm just worried about the bankruptcy charge off I had 4 1/2 yrs ago if that will affect us :( However Doug screwed himself by not getting rent money from his room mate the first of Jan and some of the bills did not get paid. His own fault for NOT listening to me!!! I tell him what's what and write things down for him and he just tosses it aside, so his credit score went way down!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Starting to feel a lot better but still a little dizzy now and then and I'm thinking that could be due to my glasses. I have not had my eyes checked in about 5 yrs, but I can't do anything about getting new glasses until May sometime (long story there) lol
Hope you all have a blessed day!!
Wishing you all the best in getting the house Cindy! Good luck with the rain too, I heard it will really rain in Northern California.
Yes, it's going to be a doozy LOL said we could get up 3 inches of rain in some parts of CA
really glad that Tom was able to be there with her for the airing. She needed someone to be there for her.
Tomorrow & Saturday are sad days for me.............. I have to be at Renfrew Church at 9:30 to help make sandwiches for funerals of 2 of my friends...... Anne's is at 2pm at Renfrew (lunch at 3pm) and Wilma's is Saturday at 10am at a funeral home with the lunch at the community center I go to.
Anne was the lady I helped pack & move to her new place...... she only lived there 13 days.
Wilma is another friend - her daughter (Marlene) is a bit older than me and also a friend - Marlene's the one that gave me my loom
Sorry to hear you have two funerals this week end. Sending prayers of comfort for all!
yeah, good friends......
My daughter says "Mom, you have older friends - this is going to happen". Doesn't make it any easier..........
Hugs Susan. No it doesn't get any easier.
My best friend's husband died, just before Christmas, she didn't tell any one!! Other than the two places he worked at from time to time.
she didn't want to ruin anyone's holidays!!
She came to see me at work about two weeks ago. Wanted to tell me in person. The minute I saw her, I knew something was wrong.
Not a good situation at all. Unbeknownst to her, he had stopped his life insurance sometime ago. She is gonna have a rough road ahead.
Hugs to y'all.
What a thoughtful, strong, thing for her to do............ wow - absolutely blows my mind to think she was able to keep this to herself. And no life insurance - yikes - she's in a bad situation!!
This now makes 3 friends I've lost in a semi-short time - Oct 12th another friend, Thora, passed away - 2 days after our common date anniversary. Her hubby brought her a dozen roses in the hospital on Oct 10th.
Sorry to hear of these losses. Hugs to you girls.
I haven't talked any more to Sue. I made her promise to call me if she got down or needed to talk. So I'm guessing she's doing ok. She did say that she thought she could put it to bed now.
Good for Sue. I suppose now that she's voiced her concerns to the world, she's feeling better.
This a good warning to other young people to NOT be so trusting of "instant boyfriends/girlfriends" you meet on the internet. There are a lot of people who lay in wait for the innocent, and take advantage of them. Such a sad commentary on our times.
So very true, Susan.
I finally got the border down in the kitchen. Oh my what a job. Now I want to pop off my tile backsplash. Then I'm considering doing "Giani Granite" on my countertops. Paint will be the same chocolate brown of the living room. Or maybe a little lighter. I think I'm going with that glass tile for the backsplash. Not positive yet, but for sure what's there now is GOING!
Talked with Sue today. She's doing okay. It was tough watching that last night but she's glad it's over.
Have some wine with that cookie dough!
((((((((Sue)))))))))
take as long as you need, to process - we will be here when you come back :-) Lots of love to you, dear lady
I took two of the golden horde to the groomers and when I picked them up they said 115.00 please; high price pooches. Oh well only one tomorrow. They smell so pretty right now. It's worth it besides good grooming is something you need to do as well as feed good. If your unable to do both you better give your pet away to someone who can and will.
I planted 22 varieties of tomatoes this afternoon I should be able to buy a few plants to finish it off what . I have pretty much decided not to seed any peppers. Someone in this house refuses to cook them. I will plant a few potatoes and harvest them no bigger than a golf ball.
This is the last garden year for me next year it is all in raised beds.
Oooooh I love the tiny potatoes. My grandfather used to bring me some every year. He also brought me his first and last rose every year. Here's the kicker...he was really my step-grandfather, but we all loved him too much for it to be step.
WOW! 22 varieties of tomatoes?
Ok so I lied more
1st pic is the Golden horde filching a few tomatoes for a snack the brats.
2nd Pic is our dear friend Maria who I will be visiting in Ma in April She has Alzheimer's I call l her 3 times a week trying hard to keep the lights on But I am losing

Those are beautiful tomatoes. Do you can them? Looks like you keep your friends supplied with tomatoes!
God bless you Ernie for calling Maria. She is such a special person. The big "A" is such a horrible disease. Especially for someone like her who had such incredible memories. Her story is an inspiration.....
Ernie, you got me with picture 15, that's my favorite. True that, relationships grow in the heart. I have one DGD, daughter of my former DIL and her 2nd spouse, tells everyone I am her grandma of the heart. Has been a total part of our family since her birth.
Sue, even though you probably thought you were ready for this to air, it ripped a fresh hole in your heart. It will take time to heal a bit, but as when it was new, will always be with you. You are incredibly strong.
Gorgeous tomatoes
I talked to sis Kathy last night. She's in the hospital. She's having stomach problems. She had a biopsy and it came back ok. Today she's having a colonoscopy. Please add her to your prayers.
Sending prayers!
Southern California has lots of sunshine, no rain. Sure could use some, wonder what happened to our winter? Been feeling great the last few days as long as I go slow. Can't get much slower than I have been going or I would be at a stand still.
Prayers for all. Ernie, what a gardener!!
It's been raining since early this morning in some areas, but it just now started here in Auburn. Marysville is getting a good soaking and will get at least 3.28" by Monday, so my gardens are HAPPY :)
