Salesmen should be shot!! My security tech came and replaced battery on garage door and we made sure he was from our security company. Tim asked if a heavy magnet could set it off and he wasn't sure. In fact, the company called to find out if he had showed up while he was here. At least they are checking up on their men out in the field. Too many things going at one time really boggles the mind.

Not looking for summer to come either since it is going to be another dry, dry year. Started reading the 3rd Outlander series book. Just couldn't wait for the library to get the book for me so had to order one for my kindle from Amazon. The more I read the deeper involved I get..,,,

I worked out in my little gardens. First had to wake up all the cat poo, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I sprinkled Preen all around, laid down cardboard boxes then black weed paper. Sat flower pots all around. Now the cats can't use it for a little box anymore, BUT lol my other little flower garden will be the new litter box, grrrrrrrrrrrrrr I don't know what to put on top of mulch to keep them out?? Any suggestions??? It felt good working out there today. I will be going back to Auburn in the morning. Not much for me to do here now. But tons to do at mom's lol.

Yes Ray is quite the fighter boy! he died 3 times, when the doctor told him that he said Yea and I went to H#!L lol he is back to his normal self complaining and whining about how he is going to get to doctor appts, jeez His good friend brought his dog home to him this morning. Haven't heard how things are going though.

Yes, I am finally out of my self imposed exile. Not avoiding any of you, but avoiding myself so I chose to stay away from anything that requires any interaction with the ones I love.. even my biological family. So you all know that I haven't been on FB either.
Though I have doubled my antidepressants, the demons come out, and I don't want to come out angry, confused, and loathing myself. Our Lord don't want that, especially when I have entrusted Him to take care of me.

I want to thank a precious sister who had gifted me with a new EQ (quilting software) program. I had been wanting to update my old EQ but it's so old that an upgrade isn't offered anymore.
Thank you my angel, and it will give me an avenue to occupy my mind gainfully. Thank you, God bless you!!

Again, thank you my DG family for your gift. You all may not believe this, but I sleep well at night after rehashing the moment I went through downy feathers to pick up your precious offerings. You all don't have to do that, for I don't need anything tangible to know that you love me.

Ups & downs........ job is least of it - That's in God's in hands
1. transferred to another church - emotional
2. Friend, Wilma, passed away on Monday (her daughter, also a friend, was the one who gave me the loom) - I didn't find out until Wed.
3. Friend, Anne, whom I helped move from her condo into an Assisted Living apartment just 13 days ago, died Thursday - just tired out, I guess......
4. My sister, Alice, who has lung & liver cancer is having to go on stronger chemo because the version she's on is not working as well as they hoped - liver tumour is growing more than the lung tumour, but they're both growing. AND, her husband has just been diagnosed with some sort of cancer - just waiting to see which. They found a tumour in his rectal area. Two seniors, both with cancer, and now neither can drive - just don't have the strength......
5 Got given 2 tickets to Elvis impersonator concert for tonight, by same friend who helped me get to see my mom last Jan/2014
6. My knee is much better, although I may have overdone it a bit going for a 9 block walk to the local store & back. I'm out of shape, for sure........

My prayers are going out to all my sistah's here, Today I can't seem to get going to do anything. Thinking of so many who are going through crises now and my positive attitude is slipping.

Things aren't going too well for my son. Orthopedic doctor said he was born with scoliosis and it is bad enough to apply for disability, but told him he would probably need an attorney. We figured that out ourselves. If he goes on SSI he can only have assets of $2,000 and he is $15 over their limit. Don't know if I should put the truck in his name now. More decisions to make.

Karen will hopefully be going home Monday.
