Thought I'd make a new room and thank you so much LK for helping me out. I am asking for volunteers to take over this hotel, as I'm still mentally irresponsible and incapable of thinking straight at times.

As for my cold, it's much better, just the coughs persist, and had to postpone again, my dental appt.

Jaye, Cayenne is 11 now. Her arthritis is keeping her from getting on the bed and couch, too. She can still run when she wants to, but then she limps for hours.

well this weekend is a bust for me.
Austin had a game tonight , two games tomorrow and one game on sunday
Tom got a flat tire, so he won't be driving down this weekend. :(
Tim is working saturday and won't be in until late sat night.
I will drive down to see Tom sat night.
Cookie i have peonies and meeting up with Ric. Do you want to hang out sunday ? is Bill doing ok ? how is he ? . Do you know anyone who wants peonies ?

It is supposed to get to 81 today. The gardeners around here have cut everyone's roses way back so I cut mine back too. At least I got that much done. Hoping to get a little productive today and finish pulling the weeds in one flower bed. Still would welcome any rain that comes my way.

Afternoon everyone, I am back home, and tired. I took a hot shower, and got comfy in my jammies!

I went to hobby lobby, and a Hancock fabric, then to Joann's, no one has the 3 shades of brown fabric that I need to make the quilt. So I will go online, and see what I can find.

I went to my Dr. and he told me that I have slight curvature of the spine, just above the surgery I had a few years ago, I also have a small cyst and bone spurs in the same place, causing my pain. He told me there is not much that can be done about the bursitis I have in my right hip and right shoulder, other that injections and a good anti inflammatory, which none have worked so far. He has ordered new meds, I need to pick up Monday.
This is the quilt I want to make, it is called a carpenters star,. I wanted to make it king size, in brown tones. I could not believe no one had a variety of brown fabrics.

Sorry to hear about the curvature of your spine - mine had one, but enough visits to the Chiropractor, and it's fixed! (scoliosis of the spine they called it - curved both ways, front to back and side to side- no spurs though..... ouch! that sounds painful!)

Off to get ready for the Robbie Burns dinner tonight...

OMG!!!! I have never hiked so far in my life lol........... 21/2 hours of up and down hills Lotd of ppl out with their dogs today. It was nice to hang out with my daughter and cousin, but boy I am pooped!!!

This is a real pretty place, to ride bikes, horses or hike. When it first opened 7 yrs ago it was 220 acres, today 1200 acres of trails to ride or walk. 7 "pools" for swimming and lots of waterfalls. We only did a small portion of the trails. One of these days we might do the whole thing~~~~~~

I left Auburn with a heavy heart. :( Got a text that was meant for someone else, saying they hate going places with me!! That I can be unpleasant sometimes!!! I have no clue what I did??? but my heart is shattered big time :( Even though we talked it out, it still hurts At least Doug and Amy are happy I'm here. Sitting in bedrm both dogs on bed with me :)
Told Doug I needed some alone time :( My heart is going to take along time to mend.

Thank GOD I have my flower gardens to work in while I'm here. Voo Doo Lilies are up and I see other lilies peeking out :) Need to fix it to keep cat from using it as a litter box, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I called hospital this morning and have a date of Feb. 11th at 9 AM set up. If I have to have a stent I have to stay over night otherwise I can go home. It is such a long drive (everything seems like a long drive away) and not knowing if I have to stay or not. Haven't talked it over with Tim yet. Will know more later. Plan on staying 5-7 hours, not too thrilled about that, but no other option. Seems like an assembly line.

Just re-potted an orchid my son bought for me. Had orchid moss here and decided to put it in a blue pot with butterfly cut outs on the side. Guess it is an orchid pot. The last one I had died on me, I just hope I can keep this one alive.

Cindy, sorry about your shattered heart, I know how that feels. Working in your gardens is great therapy so that will help you heal.

Thanks, this will take some time but I will get past it. I know it's hurting the person that said it also, and that makes it even harder on me.

Things are pretty good here in Marysville, nobody smoking in the house and ALL dogs go outside to potty. Also a very good chance we can buy the house. The guy that has been here looking at it is trying to sell it for the owner and said he will help us. Property management lied to them and said No we had not signed another lease!!! Doug told them yes we did on the 5th and Ron had not talked to property management until the 9th. So if someone else buys the house and wants to move in we have one year plus property management has to give us $3,000 for deposit on new place. if we can buy this house Ron is going to give us $7,000 for down payment :) there is more to the story, but I can't remember it all. I'll let Doug deal with it, I just sign the checks LOL it's actually boring here for me not having my craft room and no gardening to do, so I don't know how much time I will be spending here.

You all remember my Friend Ray??? he is on his way home!!! he had some stents put in. But then he kept going into A-Fib so they rushed him into surgery put in two devices, one to jump start his heart and one to slow it down...he said he has never felt better! :)
