We got about 1/8" this morning.

That's about what my town got as well.......sunny, chilly, heading to 68 today......

Sunny & 70 today....should be a great day to work in the garden, but I'm so busy, I'll just have to see if I can get rid of a few weeds!

73° follow up to DH eye surgery this morning. since he is the house driver we took the senior citizen van. GPS sure sends them on a convoluted route.

Hope the surgery goes very well!

I've noticed signs of frost color on the upper parts of trees when work takes me to the 495 belt but no signs in the valley inside 128 where I live.

Hope things go well for your DH, Lucy.....yes, the GPS doesn't always go the best route.....No frost here last night.....hoping my son still has tomatoes in his garden as I will be babysitting up there today....

Warming uo to 70 today....heating up to 80 tomorrow.....No wonder everyone has colds!

We got a little rain last night. So glad we insisted to DS that he should close his windows when he stayed over last night. Until you are living in a construction zone, it is easy to forget how much dust and fumes are there, sigh.

It's 53 and overnight 47, a warm night. Earlier this week the low was 37. I'm getting antsy to take in the tender plants. One baby fir tree in a pot is showing burn on the lower branches: perhaps the rain hasn't been sufficient either.

It has been very dry....& cold nights.......should be around 68 today & sunny.....

It's been so dry... I hope we got sprinkles this week, I've been moving tons of plants. I'll have to wait until Sunday to find out how they are.

True here too. Once again the outdoor plants need to be watered. Thank goodness for drought tolerant conifers. I knew there was a reason I wanted them. The cool weather is making it possible to build the swales to plant them, fronted by some native shrubs-- they are intended to be self-sustaining.
