Made my day Barb seeing another come to life..he is adorable

Many haven't posted as to how theirs are going, disappointed as I always feel when that happens that I didn't fulfill my part in the teaching!!

Mine is finished, just need to get a picture. Been busy running doing last minute shopping, and cleaning house!
Picture coming soon!

Hang in there Betty, not all of us are as ready for Christmas as you. We are more scatter headed.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Lol, kind of lonesome here, just sitting and waiting for Santa

Shovelled ice/snow and thought while I was ur I'd brave going to the grocery store

Only thing not n the house was a roast, what do I crave today, roast

Still freezing rain, poor ndividuals who took Monday/Tuesday off work to travel this weekend to family..if they did go they were taking their lives in their hands

Looked at my blackboard in the craft room where I kept all year a running tab of Newhart had to be done, what got done and do you believe, of course you would, I've just put 2014

Had toooo many gifts so carrying some over to 2014

I did buy some frosted glass, was going to hand paint with heat set oils and make into a stained glass hanging..thought that might be just the thing to keep me busy this week. Now I could really do the 8 kits of snowman if I really get bored!! Big grin

So praying I can venture to the city tomorrow so my sister can get groceries and Christmas gifts for her family..

She gave a lot of herself looking after stepfather of 43 years and I was to help these past three days, weather had other ideas..can only hope tomorrow roads will be clear enough for me to go

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

Only thing we can't control is the weather Betty, If you do get out be sure and stay safe. Don't take any chances though, better to have a delayed holiday than to get hurt out there.

Betty, I am planning on painting my snowman on Christmas Day.

there will be no one here. just Dave and I. we are not doing a big dinner. I am going to paint and sew. I have strips all ready to make skirts for Malena and Ryleigh. Dr Seuss The Lorax fabric. paint, sew, paint, sew...that is my plan. hubs will be watching tv...I will play !!

the 27th we will go to NC and have a big dinner the 29th. Kyle will be joining us there. :)

stay warm and safe every one !!!

I will be doing mine this week with Goober and Gryphon. They are giving it to thier mom for Christmas.

Well here is my snowman. Repainted too many times so this is what it is. Thanks Betty for another great workshop. Sorry it is sideways. My phone turns it for some reason.

Evening all

Judy got your envelope today, thank you!

Meant to ask, how many of you gave the snowman away as Christmas gifts..we're there some ohhh's and ahhh's or did you keep him for yourself and did he bring a smile or two. Lol

(Barb) Manchester, NH(Zone 5a)

I kept mine. Intended to give it to my son and his family but couldn't get out due to weather. Then I packed it up so nothing would happen to it. Maybe next year....

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

Gave mine to newlywed grand & his lovely wife.

Smilling, I always enjoy hearing what becomes of these little creatures!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I kept mine. I made a pattern so I can make more.

I gave mine to Gryphon and Goober. But I did make patterns before doing so. I need to find the pictures I took.
