I am here, hubby is home for the week, and it is hard to get the computer... :)

I am here off and on......trying to get things done as I am headed south, depending on what my eye surgeon says today.

I am having a busy morning, made pancakes and have cleaned off my desk! Do not ask WHY I had to clean off my desk!

I am hoping I can travel also as things are not going well.......she now has aspirate pneumonia with the norovirus. Will open her eyes but basically unresponsive. Sue is allowed in now as the virus is so contiageous(sp?)

OOOOO There is a new "avatar" feature. Click on your own name, scroll down to where it says "avatar" and pic your picture!!!

I don't see it Debbie, I have scrolled through all the options, preferences... No avatar for me.

Linda, click on your name. Scroll down to bottom, and there is a place where you can add your member picture. Click on that....and then there is a spot that says "avatar". And you can add that....not the same as member picture.

OK Betty....your box was TOTALLY empty.

Susan, man, I hate when that happens, loosing documents and such. So, remember to save your documents several times during the typing of long documents.

Linda Kay...Finally yesterday I got my 2 blocks in the mail!! Well sure hope you and Todd enjoy the week together. Loved seeing the Hot Rod photos...lol alot like the Harley fests, people strolling along and dreaming, Oh yeah, so much fun "showing off" the Hot Rod, I am glad you had a great time. Yay, plus, you got to go to fabric store...Uh, is Todd"s HR picture there somewhere? So glad the trailer worked out well!..

Well, I am a little disorientated today! Awoke to a crazy storm. Jake had a late start today, but he wanted to get up at normal time...He and GF were going to breakfast. Thought that was cute, but that was cancelled as it was still pouring rain. So...a bunch of kids came over after rain stopped, all excited the possability of school being cancelled!! LOL, I said well ya better get prepared to leave on time, sure enough got a 411 call school emergency broadcast.Schools cancelled today as the morning storm knocked out some electric at the school!! Cheers and whoops came from the room, lol but it was not official until i came to announce I got the call, lol...So now everyone is gone, whew! House is quiet again. Jacob and GF Olivia, now on the way to the Woodfield shopping mall to look for Prom dresses!! LOL, this Son of mine never ceases to amaze me! Turns out he is quite the romantic!
Last week, 11:30 P.M. the boy wakes me from my nap on the chair to ask if I could sew some letters on his t-shirt...Shake my head awake, Now?? Nope sorry not going to do it, not this time, hands on the hips, you had all day kid...LOL next plan of action, 5 minutes before leaving, Can you find me a button up shirt...okie dokie then...off he goes to school with a bag of Dress clothes...The last 5minutes of school, got permission to leave early, so he can change..Got to laugh, he left the bag in the previous class way on the other side of the school!! So he took off sprinting the halls, where he could, get his bag and is now changing as he he's running back to his class.. His theatrics showing this, had me in stitches, Almost a Superman kind of thing!...Anyway makes it back to class, picks up 5Buddies and goes to Olivia's Class with 2 minute to spare. Knocks on door and and 1 by 1 a buddy walks into class holding a letter to spell out his question Prom? he was the last fully dressed in a full dress suite, shoes and all holding a bouquet of roses and hands them to her. She accepted the bouquet and said yes!!
It's so cute, Remember Freshmen dance? This girl had no date so Jake took her and another girl, now it's just her but i thought, wow, how cool. They have been friends since second grade...

Oops, got to run for a minute! lol what else is new?

OK...Girls, if you do not have a picture in your Profile..Try going into MY Profile, find the add picture to member and then there should be the avatar addition.

if you have a picture in the member file...just go over to your name, (right here in the thread and click it, should give you an edit button, click that and the avatar option should appear...

Thanks for all the kind words. I am trying to get organized to leave tomorrow (sister asked I wait until tomorrow). She called last night to say mom was a little improved since having the IV eat a little but extremely weak and still wants to sleep most of the time. They will be removing the IV today so not sure what happens next.

Took a run to the Fabric shop, was on a mission, those 'brats' that use my house on Tuesdays has started leaving me $$$ for the use of it which doesn't make me happy so I'll teach them a lesson..went and purchased the double rag quilt die for baby blankets (cuts 2 at a time) at the plastic go cuttermat..ended up costing $68 so if they leave money I'll buy more toys for them to play with. watch me get the whatfor

Geesh, been raining here for days, went from 62 or so on Monday to 40, yikes...Ima freezing.

OMG, quite the animated story teller too, ROFLOL, he told a story of a wrestling incident that had Sabrina and I laughing so hard, thought we would pee our pants!
The whole chabang tearing up from heavy laughter till our sides hurt!! Im going to laugh every time i think of it or see his buddy! Even he (buddy) was laughing about it.

Well yesterday was a bust, except for my chat with Barbara, which was so much fun!! I ended up playing mini van tag..whew it all worked out in the end, but the kids ended up going to lunch instead of dress shopping, no time, oh well they can go on the weekend. Well and i got a really important document done...after that exhausted to think about anything else!
couldnt figure out how to fix tabby, but got that taken care of this morning, yaya.
Because it's raining I'll do a little house work, later go shopping for an anniversary card. otherwise, maybe just snuggle up with TV or a book.
