LindaKay, thanks, need a coffee
Lucky you, out on back porch
I took a lot of what I had purged to back fire pit and burnt it..few more things to of out but can do that later..a chore seeing as we have about 4" of fresh snow..sun is shinning through the window here as I sit having my coffee..not sure why but I'm uneasy, unsettling feeling these past few days..not sure what I want to do.
Took all the fixings for the frame out of the box, I know I said I'd leave until I return, not sure how many of you believed I could?? Lol
Not going to work myself into a tizzy, looking at all the parts I'm shaking my head and not so sure I can put it together on my own, Lord hates a coward so I'll read step one and see how that goes.
Instructions say 2-4 hrs to do so, I figure if I could put most of it together in 8 or so hours I'd be doing ok.
Trying to think where I may have put my camera, wanted to post photo's of the kids having their sew day yesterday..maybe I left it in the car, will go check.
Hope weather is nice enough for you all to be watching hummers, or butterflies and simply sunning yourselves. Msome of course will enjoy sunshine and gardening.
Best/Worse/What did I learn today?Chat with friends
Found the camera..
few photo's of the little ones sewing, and what projects..some a quilt, some rag quilts and some carry bags..now that is something I could do when I retire..love working with kids.
Next, all these pieces need to be put together
last photo..and all these screws have to fit somewhere..
maybe I'm taking on too much..let's see it's 10am and I'm off to look at the instructions..wish you were all here lol
Happy St Paartick's Day everyone! No green beer here. Heavens, even if I drank beer I don't think I could get the green liquid passed my lips.
Sending positive thoughts for Shannon, Paul and Debbie. Strong is an excellent hospital so Shannon is in good hands.
Cold turned into full blown bronchitis but my fever is down to 100 and I actually feel like I am coming back into the land of the living. Diesel is not too happy with me as we have not had as many walks in a day as he is accustomed to having. In fact he is being down right naughty. The one thing is I am really tired and have been sleeping, napping. resting a awful lot. I'm not complaining about that!
Thank you, thank you Jean for the link. You gave me a little bit of heaven! No I had never heard any of Joe Bonamassa's tunes. I ordered a CD from Amazon I liked him so much. I am a big Clapton, BB King , Billy Vera fan but am always looking and listening for new to me talent. What a marvelous experience you have had at the Blues Festival over the years.
Betty, there must be something in the air. I have been on edge for a couple of weeks. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop ......... I never lock the doors but have this last while. I can't settle at anything and flitted around the house and outside completing absolutely nothing. At least you can say you have completed some tasks and projects. Liked the idea of your outside fire. If the wind slows down I will have one too. Major snowstorm forecasted here for tomorrow how about you? Hope it is the last kick at the cat.Oh loved the glass for Paul's lamp. No, people have no idea how expensive it is to complete a SG project. In all honestly in order to make a living you charge a pittance if anything for your labour.Because we bought such huge quantities of glass we bought our glass at wholesale prices which gave us some wiggle room for profit. SG is such a labour intensive hobby/job and people just don't realize it until the decide 'Oh I can do that', start to take a course and their first project is still unfinished after 5 years. lol
Time for breakfast. BBL

Glad to you there is some improvement Dianne..maybe it's just that time of year, don't know..you better described it 'waiting for the other shoe to drop'! Maybe once we can get outside, breath in the fresh air and start gardening it will be the end of it.
Find most hobbies are expensive but on a whole, would say it's stained glass hands down take takes up most $$$..set up likely cost me more (well perhaps not as the saw and a few stained glass tools were Mother's Day and birthday gifts a few years ago).
Love it though..might take a break from putting the frame together and cut a few more pieces so I can take to work tomorrow and foil. Using old foil that was in the dark and it a ziplock bag..seems to have a lot of adhesive on it though smells tarnished a bit..hate to throw it away..your thoughts?
You just keep telling Diesel that many walks are ahead. Hadn't heard of major storm coming through, will check the weather station..we did get about 4" of soft snow last night..wasn't really cold though when I went out to shovel walkways.
step 1 went fine.. now for step 2
Good for you Betty on tackling the frame. I knew it wouldn't stay in the box until you got back from Florida. lol Foil should be fine, especially since you are finding it quite adhesive. Will you need a third hand when you get to a certain point in the frame building?
not sure if I will, guess it would go better if I did though..can't you just see me going to variety store next door until a strong man comes in and ask if he has a few free minutes (done that before when I put up gazebo one year) lol
thanks for confirming it should be ok to use..at the price of it just hate throwing it away..would assume when I start soldering that if there isn't enough adhesive the heat would cause it to pull away from the glass?
Good to hear you are feeling a bit better Dianne. I am so pleased you liked the link. Being a Clapton /BB King fan, I am sure you have heard the Riding with the King tracks.

I am very fortunate to live in an area that has a great appreciation for the Blues....many of the old Mississippi Delta blues men were born within a 100 or so miles of here. While I enjoy a lot of the newer music/musicians, I will always love the likes of Muddy Waters, Lightnin Hopkins, John Lee Hooker, Elmore James and of course Robert Johnson.

On next break Jean, going to visit your links..think I was born in the wrong part of the world..I'd have done so well in your region..my favorite!!
Step 2 done..
might be boring you all, am hoping by posting if I run into a glitch guess who will be there to help me out..know you don't mind helping if not physically then with 'might be this way'
off to read step 3..guess they get harder as you go??
Any time Betty. And ya know you can always retire down here...GRIN
If you take it one step at a time, but read the next step ahead beforehand, you should be okay. So many times you do a step and then the next one says to finish step 4 before you assemble step 3....SHEESH, why don't they just make step 4 step 3???
are Y'all wearin some green??? St Patty's day is one of my sisters birthday. we did some crazy green things when we were young...green potatoes, green ice cream, we all died our hair green on year!! of course when we were older it was green beer, or some other type of drinks......
many many hugs going out to Debbie and family ♥♥♥
Betty be careful working on that frame, not heavy in pieces, but could be some awkward movements to get pieces together!!!!
Hello To All;
Betty we knew that would not stay in the box ! Those girls look like they are having so much fun. That blue piece is beautiful....I would never be able to do something like that. I look at my beautiful stained glass pieces from Dianne and Betty in my kitchen and think of you always....
will have new appreciation for those pieces....
I want to send Diesel a toy...seems like when Belle was a little puppy and we couldn't walk her ...that would almost be enough to occupy her as long as it lasted....they have those new puzzle type toys that are sturdy...
LOL Thunder on the green...
Happy St. Patty's day everyone! Wish I had taken pics yesterday Betty but never got around to it...
Surely Jean we have a mutual acquaintance in Jim Hogg LOL....
Hugs
Mary
Diesel would be delighted with a new toy especially from his Aunt Mary but you don't have to do that. The little snot is so spoiled as it is!! He loves his rope that we play tug with. I swear my arms will be all pumped up come summer so it won't look like I have bingo arms. We just came in from a walk and of course he brought his very favourite toy in the whole world inside - a stick.
Betty I would suggest before you go too far with that foil you take 2 or 3 randomn pieces that have nothing to do with anything and prepare them as you would any piece. Solder them together and you will know whether the foil is good enough to use. That will save you a boat load of trouble and time down the line if the foil won't hold.
Funny you should mention it Jean I just played Riding with the King early like crack of dawn this morning. Lowell Fulson and Duke Robillard are favourites of mine too.The 1 Lowell Fulson CD I have has an interview with him talking about travelling with Texas Alexander in the 30's and his working with Ray Charles, Percy Mayfield, T-Bone Walker and even Elvis. You know this is one of the things I love about DG - it is not just about gardening even though that was the love and interest that brought us all together in the first place. Like Betty I think Louisana should have been my birthplace. DH and I had planned to take an extended holiday there last year, driving so we could stay longer and take the dogs. Now I just have 1 dog the travelling would be much easier but I sure would miss seeing all the wonderful things without my guy.
Marion how is the knee today? So glad you and Kim got out and about. I always say if I am going to hurt I might as well hurt for a reason and make myself go do things even if the doc shakes her finger at me. Somehow she is not as threatening as my sweet daddy was when he shook his finger at me when I was a kid. Heavens my dad never laid a hand on me but all he had to do was raise that finger and I was a bowl of jelly, swearing I would never do it again even befeore I knew what I had done or said. lol Good memory, really because daddy was so sweet and fair.
Glad you had a good time yesterday Mary. Why was Lance in such a hurry to get home? Don't tell me it was to work on the Model A????
DIanne
brrr, must turn up the heat here, cool downstairs..bet you've the fireplace Dianne just a roaring..wish I was cuddle up there..I so love the heat.
Dianne, when I do something Roger and I had talked about, I feel as though I am completing another adventure on his behalf, he'd have loved that.
Mary, shaking my finger, so wanted to see some photo's
Dianne thanks for the suggestion in trying a piece..will do..wanted to make some butterflies using spoons so might be a good time to try them..first I have to go to the $$$ store and buy some tablespoons lol (not today!)
through step 2 and 3..and part of 4..starting to see the floor, only a few pieces left..hmmm, will the project get harder or easier..hope it's the latter.. don't know who does the manuals for any sold item but they sure don't make it easier..instead of reading the instructions if they just added more pictures it would be less confusing..
1/2 way through what they say it should take time wise..let's see if I can keep on track..lunch though, tummy hungry for stew
Thunder you are right, was half way through #3 when it said if I was putting together the crib size frame..omit doing so..now what if I was doing it, I'd be in a pickle
Just spoke to Greg, about 20 machines were meeting to go up the lakes for a b.b.q.
by snowmobile..didn't have the heart to ask him to drop in and see if I was on the right track..boys are with them as well..as it likely will be one of the last outings hoping they enjoy.
Mary, I met Jim Hogg and The Boys years ago at a festival I was working with Stewart Logan, but have not seen him in ages.
That is a bit of synchronicity Dianne. I was listening to Riding With The King while typing here....grin. Yes, you and Warren would have greatly enjoyed time spent here. I am so sorry he didn't get to, but maybe at some point you may want to enjoy Louisiana for you both. Please know that Mary and I both would welcome you and Diesel with open arms. Which brings up a question...is he named Diesel cuz he is a right hand kinda dog?
ohh ohh can I hitch a ride, I can help with the driving lol
LOL Jean!
Jean so hoping somehow we can meet up in August when I'm visiting your neck of the woods
I have some odd cracks and crevices in my head Dianne....grin
That would be delightful Betty...bring Dianne and Diesel with ya.
Shouldn't have sat down waiting for stew to warm up, feeling lazy..checked instruction book I'm about 1/4 way through the project..drats
Going to post photo's of my sun lovers..taking advantage of the sunshine
Will do so on my next trip downstairs
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!! Corned beef simmering ..smelling so good!!!
Not as warm here today Betty as it was Friday and Saturday. Rain is scattered all around us but so far we haven't had any. I will do my best to "lasso" the warm weather and tie it down until you get here. Fair enough?
Debbie sending hugs and prayers for all at this time.
Knee is doing great. In fact, I worked outside some yesterday so as not to get to stiff from all the walking.......oh my the best present I have had in a while. I could actually do some garden work. All is right with the world now.
Need to make a quick trip to either Home Depot or Lowe's. Cleaned the leaves out of my wheelbarrow yesterday (yardman didn't put up when he finished last) and discovered a gapping hole in the bottom. I can't let it go to waste so I am off to find some type of wire to cover the hole, spray Rust-O-liumn , coconut liner. I see another planter!!!!! I actually can't complain as the former owners left it here when we bought this house 10 years ago....said it was to old to move.
Betty, I knew you would not leave that frame in the box! How well do we know you??? ^_^
Sounds like Betty and Dianne are planning a trip for this summer. Is it hard to get animals through the border?
Oh LK you are a bit ahead of yourself...... no trip on my part this August. But our Betty is planning on going south.
Turned into a gorgeous sunny day. Starting to warm up but still -12* on the lake side deck.
When my DH retired from teaching Marion as a retirement gift I bought him a construction quality wheelbarrow. At the time I think he was a tad slighted but he grew to love that thing. I use it literally every day of the year.Funny how attached one can come to a wheelbarrow!!
Dianne
Hello from the land of crazy!!
I sure am missing you all. Thought i am going to try and get this post through before system goes haywire again.
New systm is a bust so far, so having to try and rely on tablet and old system until i get aggetated with it.
Anyway...waiving to eveyone and sending los of armraps and prayers continue too.
Welcome home Crissy (if your still reading) It was really good to ssee you post. O glad things seem to be working out, weve missed ya and hope yoou can check in often.
A Big welcome to Depsi...cute name, so nice to see youve come in to visit. Will be nice to get to know you. I like yoour craft room.
Im Judy/Seedtosser from Glenview Illinois. Missing due to major technical issues.
Debbie Debbie, big tight armwraps!! Been thining about you daily.
Lots going on for you. Sure hope prayers are answered and you get some much needed answers and issues get resolved.
"Marion" sounds to me like you are getting a tad more energetic than you should..not listening to 'little steps' are you..know the minute nice weather comes my way I'll be doing the same..Figure I've about 4 days of raking..not looking forward to it..
What are you putting in your planters? and yes, always nice to revive an old piece of garden art/basket..
LindaKay, I likely have total of 4 hrs into it, been taking breaks, reading instructions but think it's coming to the part that you need a head on your shoulders as the entire quilting unit won't fit properly..did manage to put the long tubes together, that was an easy part..now looking at the few pieces of wood that is left and am tempted to go on..love a challenge but I'd also love to say I did it on my own, didn't need a man around the house,(would have liked one though) lol
last picture is all the wood that is left??? what to do, what to do??
got the main table together but see that 4 screw holes don't line up, changed the pieces around and still no holes..lordy could that mean they made the mistake and I'm suppose to drill, hmmm doubt it..sure is a biggy!
Went back an read and lo and behold they said because holes are drilled for different size of frame there will be a few NOT drilled..big sigh..
Glad that is where I decided to put it..might have to use the other door into the laundry room/woodworking room but that is ok..would only be when a quilt is on the frame and quilting from backside of frame
have to take another break and think about that one..
Waving big time Judy..drats with the new system..is it the system or is it Steve putting it together??? don't tell him I said that or he'll not think I'm special (so laughing) what did you ever do with his SANTA that needed repair???
You'll have to go to the library Judy and use their computers..we miss you terribly!
Bummer, upon further checking out the wheelbarrow, I discovered it to far gone to refurbish as a planter. Glad I didn't make it to Home Depot for materials now. Besides it has started to rain.
Dianne, I know what you mean about a construction type wheelbarrow. When I first moved in I was having some trees removed, the wheelbarrow they were using broke from the base and they were going to throw it away. I asked for it and my son helped me secure it to the frame well enough that is a planter now. Betty, I usually have coleus, varigated Aztec grass and some annual that tolerates part shade. Yes, I am doing things in "baby steps".......NOT! :-) Seriously I am not overdoing it as I don't want to go back to where I was with this knee.
Greetings Judy!!!!!
Need to finish my dinner...................
Marion, could you not put it on its side or lean against a tree and pile soil in front of it and plant, making it look as though the wheel barrel dropped a load of flowers right where you wanted it?
You can't believe how I've missed you all as well, Thanks Betty. OMG women, what a project to undertake!!
LOL, like Linda Kay, I just knew that would NOT stay in the box for long! hehehe...Oh golly, wondering what quilt you will be starting with, 'cuz you know, your gonna have to test it! LOL, Santa ornament is safely tucked away in the liquor cabinet. ROFLOL, bet your thinking in liquor cabinet, not so safe, but think of 'my" family, one would have to open the door to get at it and since, there is no need for anything in that door, well you get the picture! Rolling in laughter again even if they did, they'ld ask me to get whatever they need, because hands on the hips here, in order to get into that door would require, moving all the junk in front of it, Hence Very, very safe!! My issue is, I can not send it to you for repair until I find something, "I" think will is safe to pack and ship...LOL, I may just have to take another trip to Victoria Harbour!! Geesh, since it's been forever since i could come and visit, want to say, sounds like you are getting much better from being sick....Yikes, as I've been told by a certain "other" pea in the pod I have the worst timing, lol. But it was just good to talk to you for a few minutes...Oh what fun for a last snow mobile trip I hope they have lots of fun and enjoy their bbq in winter, yum & mmy.
So, since my last post, I attempted twice to post and had two very lengthy posts and both times, just brushed the wrong #$$%$@ button and poof and poof again, grrrr. So then I had to wait for Steve to finish his stuff! I absolutely refuse to do work on this computer, so he's been doing it through his email...Oh giggle, giggle, yay for me putting my foot down!
So here goes again...putting hands together and pray this goes through!!
Susan, Happy, Happy belated Birthday! It sure sounded like a beautiful day...I did sing the bday song to you!
I sure hope things work out with your Mumma's living arrangements. You never know this time she may be all for it.
Now, got to say Wowweee! Your 30 year old quilt top is just Amazing!! You did a fantastic job and I just love the whole thing, it so vivid and gorgeous! Also, I thought your Easter Basket cake was just so COOL!!! That was a neat sight on how to make em, hahah, Ill just watch, but I hope the one you are doing /did for the Church turns out just as awesome. Hope you and Bob are doing well.
OMG, speaking of Easter Baskets, Linda Kay...How adorable your Easter basket turned out!! Someone is going to just love it. I also really like the eggs done in yo-yos?? wow a ton of work, but so worth it, sure hope you did a few for yourself too. OH I am so glad Dylan is doing better and also Luna!! Oh and also Happy Birthday Baby D!! know it either past is coming up! Our Lil Brynn's birthday just past, Oh my God!! She is so adorable...just can't believe it's been a whole year. They have moved to Michigan so I don't see her, but they are coming back to visit her Grandma here so we hope to get to see her....LOL, Linda Kay, I need that picture of the 9 patch please, yep got all the materials for both that I owe and finally at the point I can work on them...How's Dad, last we spoke, the foot looked alot better and I sure do hope that is still the case!!...Can't wait for the new set up, I have so many pictures and stories it's mind boggling! So whatchya working on these days?? Ohhh, so glad your getting to watch the hummers again!!
Oh, Oh Oh!!!
Bev, Great Big Happy, Smiling Sighs, it was so, so good to see you posting. Every time I read and saw your pictures.. Smiled with glistening eyes, I am delighted as to how happy you are and how everything is working out!! ROFLOL, I am just so giddy about it, c'here I need to give you one heck of an Armwrap! How I celebrated your sister coming!!! You can't even imagine how bummed I was to not be able to come on join everyone's excitement. Very happy you had a nice visit after so many years. Well, i hope too, she will soon enjoy her new living arrangements. Of course, I always, always love seeing your photos. The winter ones were very pretty and I was bumming about your loss of the tree. So now are you preparing for Spring?
LOL, will be back...ta ta for a few.
We are all home.
Shannon has a blood clot in the surface veins on her left arm. This one is occlusive, meaning blocking blood flow. The bigger one,
in her jugular vein is not blocking blood flow but messing with her pressure. She is on livoxal blood thinner shots in the stomach, at home and also starting
the cumodin tablets.
Will be going twice a week to get blood checked for levels on Monday and Thursday. Follow up with her doctor and also seeing a Hematologist. There is something very wrong with the clotting factors, and they are not sure what.
Was thought to be the Lemierre's disease, but she isn't presenting "sick enough". All the symptoms over the last few months are dead on. Right now,
the testing that needs done, can't be, because of the clots. The blood thinners will throw off all the testing that needs to be done.
Will be leaving very early tomorrow morning for Ohio for my appointments.
Debbie
Betty, is that beautiful room that everyone is quilting in in your home? it's wonderful !!! I wish I was close to you, today I am struggling to square off some blocks and could use a professional's help.....I am learning felting.....right now I'm doing a felt applique wall hanging, I have done some water/soap felting and when the group gets back together again on Wednesdays we will be starting needle felting....but right now it's lambing/kid time so our leaders are taking some time off.....as to my wall hanging, I've got it laid out and am working on getting it cut out then on to stitching.....what I really like is journaling, mixed media sorta thing....and I make dog coats & patchwork fleece blankets for our local humane society.....I write alot, probably goofy stuff to most but to me it's the way I see things, I always hope my kids will read it sometime & say Wow, that was my Mom??? I'm a two time cancer survivor now I am dealing with skin cancer.....I live in a town of 3,000 (and I think that is an exaggeration...I'd guess it's closer to 2,000) which is largely supported by logging & hunting & fishing....we live half way up a mountain with a gravel road and no mail delivery.....deer, cougar, elk, wild turkey, coyote, moose & eagles are our constant companions.....I belong to our local garden club, am very active in it....I am a member & scheduler for NOSDA, and I guess that's my story.....the pics are of my two best friends, Gus, the Boston Terrier & KatieBug, the Chi......
The wheelbarrow on it's side with plantings spilling out of it is a lovely vision !!! we have a person who has a buckboard in their front yard full of wave petunias every summer & it's just stunning !!!!
Ok back to the sewing
Oh Debbie, I posted at the same time as you....
Please know that my prayers remain with you, I'm so sorry, this sounds so scary.....I'm new to this but will go back & read to get the history of these difficult times for you & Shannon....
Betty - we all KNEW it would not stay in the box..... wow - lots of parts to go on now.... good thing you have men in your family!
Marion - take care of that knee! good on ya for a use for the wheelbarrow!
Jean - cracks & crevices in your head? hmmm sounds like mine lol
Judy - I haven't made the Basket cake yet - a project for another day. Thanks for the b-day wishes :-) I haven't finished the 30-year quilt yet. The 30 year one is a Lone Star, and I almost have the top done. Need a bit more on it so it drapes. The vibrant one is a baby quilt I made (with the red & gold, etc.... red background. They're in the process of moving (getting over colds too) so haven't "hooked up" with them yet to get it to them. Maybe I'll mail it, cuz it's been done since March 8th....
Went to the mall today, with Doug, and we had a good "mall walk" and some shopping. Will need to return to that mall again, cuz the cashier didn't know how to enter gift cards for less than the total of the purchase, and tried to withdraw the entire purchase price from it - it wouldn't work, so she said "it's not activated". Yes it is, IF you use it correctly.......
Happy St. Paddy's Day! I dressed in green along with some shamrock earrings I have.... so was appropriately dressed today, for church :-)
Took the repaired printer to the church (repair company charged $20 less, because we're a Church! Wasn't that nice?), and picked up one they have that's not working - big, heavy, jammed with paper, printer....... 2 drawer, tabletop one. Good thing I have Bob around to lift the darned thing! I'm going to see if I can un-jam it, and get it working again.
Debbie - SO glad it's not Lemierre's disease (or it looks like it's not......). Will keep you and Shannon in my prayers....... sorry also that the blood thinners can't be used......
(((((((((((Debbie & Shannon)))))))))))
Susan, the blood thinners are being used....we just can't do further blood testing to see why she is forming clots because she is on the thinners. It is confusing.
OH, well, the blood thinners will help, of course. Once she's a bit better, then I suppose they'll take her off them and, once system is cleared of them, will do testing......
Depsi, glad to hear your a 2 time cancer survivor, but sorry to hear you have skin cancer. What are the treatments for skin cancer? Hope it is not too painful?
Judy, so glad to see you posting, sorry to hear about your computer problems. Hope tou get it gong soon!
Judy, check your email, I sent you pictures of the D9P block.
Tomorrow Dylan will be 1! Hard to believe the year went so fast.
Luna is doing just fine. So is Dad. He still has a sore on his toe, but they say it is not getting any worse. They are keeping a close eye on it.
Debbie, we will be saying lots of prayers that she does not have Lemieres.

Nope, Taters, really easy....every 3 months I go for a "Panty & Bra" examination and if anything looks suspicious I get the Mohs surgery and I'm good to go 'til the next one.....
Marion! Love that idea with the wheelbarrow. Big Armwraps, so the glad the knee is doing better. I know you will be extra mindful over it, but so clapping you are able to get out and play in the gardens...I am starting to get excited about this too! Has Kim started Spring break? I hope she gets a good rest, woohoo only 3 more month of school!
OH heavens, means my boy is done, well for now...
Where's Thunder? You hoo, what you up to? I hope your feeling better too. How's Dave? sure hope everything is alright.
Dianne, eyeballs exploded open!! LOL in reference to your walking with firearms? Hahah, had to remember you live way out where bears and other wild roam!! Yikes please be careful, I know, duhuh!!! Anyway, so very nice to read about Your and Diesels walks with Mary...Makes me want to get the fire roaring for you. Did you feel my spirit?
Was thinking about you and everyone especially hard the other night, had a real nice fire.
Golly, yesterday I was looking at the puzzle you gave me for Santa Warren swap, haha, was going to break it open too. nice thing is it is right there when i am ready, oh man, this time though...it still waits. Oh my gosh and I was also able to tell our client/friends about my hummingbird and morning glories stained glass. so smiling!
Barbara, waiving hi to you and Norm!! Well i hope you two are shoveled out. Yikes, i dare to complain it might snow tonight! I really hope for all of you Spring is just around the corner...How's your garage sale set up going?
Oh my gosh, since all this computer crapola going on i've been on an organizing frenzy!!!
lol...can't wait for you to see I really really do have floors and open space. ROFLOL. Anyway, so big smiles at your accomplishing your number of kids totes. Keep spreading the love my friend! The children will be delighted.
...In my next post, Im going to see if i can get a pic for you!! Thought I'ld help you out with a thought of Chef boy R Jake!! haha, he switched from wrestling whites to chef whites!
oop better hit send!
wow - that boy of yours is so multi-talented! So, he's definitely given up wrestling for cooking?
That's wonderful, Judy!!
Well that was quite a nap, I will not be happy if it now keeps me up half the night.
Opened this thread and felt I fell asleep on you all sitting in the living room chatting away..had to open my eyes nice and wide to make sure you all werent sitting gazing at me sleeping likely with open mouth...
Debbie, again it concerns me why they don't keep Shannon in the hospital until they are sure of what is ailing her..seems they are not doing enough. I am glad to hear you are going to Ohio tomorrow..you must be totally exhausted, hope you aren't driving..will Paul be able to take another day off..sue glad he has an understanding employer. Who will stay with Shannon? Sure hope weather cooperates.seems like forever since we've met up (wearing sad face)
Deb, a twice survivor of cancer, Lord must walk along with you on your treatments. Your heart must sto each time you wait for your skin cancer result at these appointments..not sure, think Art, Darlene's dad had skin cancer, am I right in thinking they would laser the area? Felting, did you see the filter at Joann's, I looked at it several times, all the needles..you will have to post photo's of your piece..ohh look at your furries, can see they are not spoilt.
Judy if the nap doesn't keep me awake then the excitement from your post will..lol
Won't be long you will be heading south, bet excitement is mounting..new Orleans will never be the same. As for Victoria Harbour, you could try for may when Cookie comes for the mushroom workshop..a mini gathering.
Who is messing up the house? Seems you are always cleaning and organizing lol
Did Steve get to the cottage last weekend? We're his concerns about pipes bursting from cold for not? Hope there was no damage.
LindaKay, hard to believe, Dylan already 1 year old..will you drive up and celebrate with him..time sure is flying.we were just speaking of Christmas and we are shortly into month 4. Was this the weekend of your outing, did the clothing arrive..we're you pleased with your choices? Glad your dad's infection isn't getting worse.
Big yawn...
Speaking of kids, wonder how Stacey is making out with the baby and Jonathan? Janice was going for surgery, anyone know when? Should travel back in psts and see when.
Barb, hope you don't get the storm they are calling for..Dianne mentioned one as well, maybe not in my neck of the woods.
Susan, you and Bob enjoyed your St Patty's celebration..usually you enjoy a dance, none planned for last night?
Best I call it a night..Suzanne called, her car is in for repair and I have to pick her up in the a.m. So it means leaving home earlier than usual
Night/night
