If I get one more mosquito bite I'm going to scream...need to find a bug repellent that is safe and doesn't have a smell or make me light headed...any suggestions. I use Off's natural one last year and it still made me feel funny.
Ronnie, because of Justin's meds, bug bites really affect him and since he has enough medical problems...deet is not something I use. I use these on him instead.....he has a wait band one and usually 2 in the area he's in. ^_^

an 18 yr. old teenager here was sentenced to one year in jail for causing a fatal car accident because he was texting - MA has passed a can not text while driving law a year or so ago - he claimed he wasn't texting at the time of the accident - he had sent like 350 text messages that day - who needs to text that often - he should have been given more jail time..

On this D Day anniversary, nice to think about those who gave their lives that day for us all. Heard the last living widow of a D Day soldier on the radio this AM. Amazing.
Special day, for sure......Bill, if that was your granddaughter he killed, you'd want him put away for a long time.....there are all kinds of warnings against texting....no excuse.....I've seen adults doing it as well, wish I had a cannon on my hood!

I am with you, Marilyn. It really infuriates me. People get into their car and are on the dang phone before they even put on their seatbelt and pull away.
I don 't text either. Every time my cell rings I kind of jump cuz it surprises me, especially if it is in my pocket cuz I have it set to vibrate first then ring.
It was cute! They had a big box all wrapped up. We got her parents on with Skype to share in the excitement. They counted down and then the kids tore off the paper and out floated 3 BLUE balloons. Maggie the 4 yr old started to cry. She wanted a sister. It really was very cute!! This will make 10 grandies. Excitement in the Jackson house tonight!

People in cars are crazy even not texting, I was approaching a red light tonight, took my foot off the gas and coasted to the light, guy behind me laid on the horn. We both still had to stop at the light.
The guy got 2 1/2 1 yr actually served in jail. He had been driving for 5 months. He will not be able to drive again until age 33. I bet he does anyway.
Aww Jan congrats on the upcoming grandson! Ten is a lot, I would love it but won't ever see that many. My brother has nine 8 boys and one girl. Crazy in their house at Christmas!
My cousin was at DDay in Normandy. A few years ago he went there for a reunion and said it was very moving.

Don't have answers about my son except his spleen was enlarged as well and the liver enzymes were over 500. They are doing more testing and will include looking for unusual cells. He sees an ENT for the ear issue next week. Apparently he has lost 13 lbs. Which on him is not a lot, but that is since Memorial Day. My DIL is the one who called and I am thankful that she is his advocate with the doctors. It's always good to have an extra set of ears. I am glad I am in HIS hands, cuz otherwise I think I'd be worrying.
