Taco Tower....brown beef and drain, add pk. of taco seasoning and water as if you were making taco's. Take a can of re-fried beans and place it on the bottom of a large platter. Alternate layers of hamburg-taco mix, shredded cheese of your choice, salsa, lettuce, pickled jalapeno peppers , cherry tomatoes halved and top with a big dollop of sour cream, then sprinkle sliced black olives on top and tortilla chips around it.
This is a messy, flat version of it. When I have company I am a bit more on the neat side and dress it a little better, turning it into a lovely volcano type dish. :) Doesn't matter, it's a easy, cool dish to make and yummy!

Bean bake in the crockpot. Browned meat, added taco seasoning. Add to whatever kind of beans you like stir together with a jar of salsa and let it do it's thing til dinner. We usually serve it over rice. You could use tortillas or chips.

What ever on the grill tonight. Too hot to cook inside. Unless your cooking in a crockpot
