Roasted salmon, sweet potatoes and corn with applesauce on the side. AKA "The Yellow-Orange Meal".
Love the yellow-orange meal!

Too hot to cook.....made a chef salad for dinner.....have to cook tomorrow though for the family....ham, pasta salad, beets, & whatever my sister brings....
pizza with church friends tonight.
Chicken cordon bleu (ok, I cheated, its from the deli), pasta, beets and (Ta Da!) the first garden salad of the year (lettuce, arugula, orach, mizuna, pak choi and carrots).
Anyone have a cappuccino maker??
felt like I needed a lure to get Randy up and moving this morning.. so what better way than with food... I crisped up prosciutto.. and made a smoked cheddar cheese ... grilled cheese & prosciutto... wow o wow... he is awake!!!
Mmmm...that would wake me up! No, Victor, I don't but would love one.....I'd miss my buddies down at DD, though.....
Sounds yummy
Had beer and onion basted bratwurst from the grill and potatoes, onions and peppers, wrapped in tin foil with butter and some ice cubes...love them that way
I have an Expresso maker that I haven't used in years and years. Do you want it, Victor?
Cooked chicken legs on a bed of saurkraut and potatoes. Surprisingly good.
Going to Women's fellowship tonight....put pork & sauerkraut in the oven.....
White chicken chili
Mem - I would be interested if it makes cappuccino as well. Steamed milk, etc.
Pork tenderloin, salad from the garden and peas and sweet potatoes with onions and apples.
steak tonight.
How quickly plans change when David texts to come over for steaks. How fast time flies when hovering over your granddaughter.
Hahaha. I hear you Debi. I am sure you enjoyed that special time.
Oh, yes, Debi....fun having a new baby to fuss over!
Went out for hubby birthday again with his dad and step mom to his 2nd favorite restaurant the Irish pub near us
He had fish and chips, I had corned beef and cabbage boxty, his dad had pork kebobs and step mom had salmon boxty(raved about it the entire time she was eating it)
Had a salad at Au Bon Pain....the corned beef sounds much better!
Having the white chili tonight!
Spaghetti and home made clam sauce
How old is he, Jen?
46
Here's a weird combination. I was at a meeting in Middletown where there is a nice vegetarian Indian restaurant, so I picked up some curry to go: a Baigan Bartha (eggplant, tomato, onion) and a Mutter Paneer (peas and cheese + veggies) to compare to the box MP mix I got at the grocery a week ago (the authentic one was better). When I arrived home, I found DW had made a tasty spinach pie from a book of Turkish recipes, so we had an Indian/Turkish vegetarian meal with beet salad. It all went together pretty well.
Mmm...sounds good, Don. I used to be in Middletown daily...I got my Master's from Wesleyan...but haven't been there in ages....
veggie stir fry.. couldn't take the humidity today... needed something light
Teacher retirement dinner...leaving in about 5 min.....Four teachers are retiring, & I taught with all of them....it's at the country club in town just north of me, buffet, but I'm sure I'll find something......
Angel hair with a sauce of sautéed chicken, onion, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, and basil and parsley. Jeff raved. ;). I was a good girl!!!
pork steaks, rice and mixed veggie.
We are planning on eating good this weekend hubby did all his bbq shopping, brisket, ribs, shrimp
