After a quick inspection of the fridge, we went for do-it-yourself tacos, with dishes of red and green peppers, onions, lettuce, cheese, salsa and refried beans for fillings.

hot dogs and baked beans. currently 86 out.

Hate to tell you what I spent on the ribs at Stop & Shop, Don....would've been cheaper to go to the rib joint.....today, mac & tuna salad & deviled eggs.....

Tonight it was Mongolian Beef with baby corn ears over rice, with a side garden stir fry of kale, cilantro, cress, green onions and peas. Cheated on the beef, using a pre-packaged sauce mix, but atoned for it by adding some onions and ginger since they were not mentioned on the ingredients list.

I was working hard all day and didn't remember to take anything out
so it was fish sticks and lobster bisque, cucs from farmer's market and grape tomatoes with shredded asiago cheese with balsamic and olive oil

Spent all day at the rose watercolor workshop, so ate a Kashi Mayan Harvest bake along with sweet potato soup & a salad.....lunch out with friends today.....

it cracks when you fold it Celeste... there is a place in south jersey that kicks that places butt.. I can't believe Randy never ate there.. and used to work so close to the place.. since the doc was in the same town I couldn't drive by it

what a shock lazy again... rotisserie chicken from costco.. and spinach salad.. I bought a jalapeno greek yogurt dip at coscto.. WOW O WOW.. I can eat that right out of the tub.. not sure if that will make it to the table for the party sunday.. LOL
