Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I like hockey too, but it's Canadian!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

I like hockey but in person not on tv

Sacramento, CA(Zone 9a)

I'm heading to Boston in September with a few of my baseball-loving friends. We have tickets to the Red Sox / Yankees series. On Wedneseday night we've got Green Monster seats! I'm pretty excited.

I've only been to Boston once before. . . any recommendations on what to do while we are there? We won't have a lot of time because we'll be going to the games at night but we'd like to do some fun things during the days. I've done some of the more touristy things already like the Freedom Trail. Is the Sam Adams brewery tour worth it? How about the view from the top of the Prudential building?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Eat in the north end!!!

Mason, NH(Zone 5b)

If you really like good beer, then the Sam Adams brewery is fantastic.

Thomaston, CT

Aquarium?

Sacramento, CA(Zone 9a)

Victor - what kind of food do they have in the North End? All kinds?

Dosetaker - I think that the Sam Adams tour has climbed to the top of our list of things to do aside from take in the baseball games.

Robindog - is the aquarium pretty good? We have the Monterey Bay aquarium not too far from here but it might be cool to see an East Coast take on the ocean.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

ITALIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

South Hamilton, MA

The aquarium is quite nice & probably different. There is also Old Ironsides if you haven't already seen it.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

Arnold arboretum might be nice too.

South Hamilton, MA

right. Not much parking there, however.

Thomaston, CT

I love the NE Aquarium....I think they have the best shark tank around....

Mason, NH(Zone 5b)

Only trouble I have with the aquarium is that its always very crowded there. But the displays they have are top notch.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I'll start a new one.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

lakers get dwight howard

South Hamilton, MA

We will only see him a couple times a yr. If Phila is improved, Celtics will have to deal with that.

Lexington, MA(Zone 6a)

Watch this clip if you are interested in the story about U Mass Lowell joining Division I. They'll be in the league with UVM, UNH...except NO FOOTBALL. That would have had Title 9 problems and it's very expensive. I find the UML enthusiasm and vision to be contagious. And the students have amazing school spirit.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Boogity boogity boogity let's go racing boys!!!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Let's keep the cars INSIDE the track!

Thomaston, CT

Mets had a nice win...hope it won't be there last!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)
