Oh, yeah....it makes the season last 3 months longer! Our girls' basketball team won the league championship last night...I'm always super proud of our HS's teams, because they are the smallest HS in the league...just about the smallest in the state.....

LINsanity again!! This is beyond incredible. Most points in first six starts since the NBA-ABA merger. The confidence to sink that game winner was just amazing. No longer embarrassed to be a Knicks fan. ^_^

There are teams which have less talent than the Knicks. I don't think C. anthony will help. He will score a lot of points, but plays for himself.
Even talent doesn;t help if the players get hurt. Garnet is injured for the game tomorrow. the surprising thing about Lin is the pros didn't spot his ability.

Yes, Anthony has not been much of a team player. But since this guy has been PG, it's a much more balanced attack. Willbe interesting to see if CA adjusts.

Getting him was what really turned the team around. With Keith and Straw already there, it was the addition of Carter, at the perfect time to catch all those great young pitchers and lead with the bat and in the clubhouse, that proved to be the key. I remember him hitting a HR in his first game to win it. And good luck to anyone trying to take him out at the plate.

Funny - when I looked like this in '85 and wore a baseball cap, many told me it reminded them of Carter when they saw my hair sticking out the back.
