You would think I could edit before publishing.
It is a break, right?
up of offee nyone?? ^_^
jeeeeeeazuss I am never going to get out from under this.
Do someone a favor and they turn on you.
Hee hee! No good deed goes unpunished. ^_^
Yeahhhh thats what I had in mind. I am tired and mistakes get made.
I hear you. That's how I ended up engaged.
joann do not worry about it - happens all the time here - and i have noticed some typo's recently in vicotor's posts :)
Not Vicotor!! ^_^
I have a sore throat and laughing isn't helping!
Yes - it helps! Still that lingering cold, Deb?
yep that is the guy
i noticed that before posting and thought is was appropriate:)
sorry debi - have to stick up for joann as we are both key board lazy at times:)
I was better last week, but this sore throat started up again yesterday. May go see the doc tomorrow, I've never had strep, but this is worse than usual too.
My wife's cold lingered like that, Deb. If it's strep, you will feel like crap and prob have a temp.

Am I missing something? What's wrong with JoAnn's post?
Nice cheerleading, Celeste!
Thanks Harper!!
The "C" for coffee at the top of this thread fell off in transfer, it happens to the best of us. ^_^
BTW, Looking forward to seeing your Dad's photo's :)
here s o roblem ith o's ost, arper.
Everyone this winter is having problems shaking whatever sickness they have had. I feel lousy again but my body is just really tired...wondering if I had mono...but I never had a fever, and I thought that was a symptom?
Really got a chuckle tonight.
Celeste, Tarsha's team did a great job!
Strep is no fun Deb hope it's not that, feel better soon♥
Not sure Jen but I think you can have mono without a fever, my niece had it years ago and it took her over three months to get better. Feel better soon.
I like Jo's version....now it can be a Toffee break! Hope you feel better soon, Deb...my sister has been sick since Christmas Day...just can't shake it....Pixie, cheerleading has come a loooong way since I was in HS....
I was just thinking toffee too
Feel better soon Deb, hope it's not strep!
Thanks everyone, she has come along way w/this team...can hardly wait to see what she does next year. :)
you can have mono with no symptoms except tiredness. I did years ago in college.
Hope everyone gets better soon. My PCP said they're getting tons of people with bad chest colds that won't go away. In my house the sniffles keep returning, then the tiredness hits. It's why I've been taking time to read about plants and then the fingers get itchy to buy. Must be another synmptom.
Lots of kids sick in my fourth grader's class. About 25% out the other day.
Isnt Vicotor the new animated computer game beastie?
Sorry about the throat Deb.
It seems all common sense has disappeared.

No...common sense has left the building....no over-the-counter meds were allowed in our high school....my son didn't pay attention to that particular rule....
Thanks Marilyn, Victor and Harper!
Harper, I can't wait to see pics of your Dad's art. How nice you got to go to his show.
LOL @ your title typo, Jo! Hey, laughter is the best medicine. Always helps to relieve stress. My friend and housemate Gretchen always makes me laugh. And I mean really laugh. I figure it's been helping me cope with stress.
Debi, hope your sore throat gets better soon. I had strep once. Not fun.
Great video of your daughter's cheering team, Celeste! I know you're really proud. I sure would be if I were in your shoes.
Jen, that would be a bummer if you had mono. That's a herpes virus, in the same family at chicken pox, shingles and cold sores, among others. Here's hoping you don't have it. Tiredness can be caused by many things, though.
LOL @ Rosemary and your comment about itchy fingers wanting to buy when you're reading about plants.
I have been very lucky this year that I haven't been sick much, though back in Oct/Nov and into Dec, my asthma was really bothering me, even with taking the Flovent inhaler twice a day. But it was like that last year at the same time of year. Then a month ago my asthma symptoms completely subsided and I've been feeling fine. Haven't used the Flovent for several weeks now. As for not getting colds and such, it could be from all the extra supplements I'm taking. I'd like to think that it is. I did get a low grade cold, but wasn't much of anything and lasted less than a week. Usually I get a couple of bad, lingering colds in the winter. People all around me keep getting sick, and I'm constantly exposed to it in my job and everywhere I go, as I'm out and about all the time, yet I'm not getting sick. It's a good thing.
Karen
Hang in there, Karen....I keep hoping I'll make it through the winter without getting sick...last year was a nightmare, don't want to go through that again....
I, too, hope you don't get sick, Marilyn. That would not be good.
Didn't lose any weight this week. Gained 1.5 lbs. That happened my second week, then my third week I was down 5 lbs., so perhaps next week I'll be down again. I've been trying really hard. I think I'm PMSing, so I might be retaining water.
Karen
I'm retaining 30 pounds.
Karen Which diet are you on? or just reducing portion size and excersizing?
