Who is 'they'?? You have to have the animal to check the chip.

I'm so sorry to hear about Buddy....I wish I could give real hugs to Holly & Ric....Ronnie, I used Robin's name because he had been an abused dog....I wanted to keep his name out there.....Read the cat story in my paper this morning, she is a very pretty calico...

I understand what it means when your pet was abused, Marilyn. Our dog had so much trauma but is so wonderful and so grateful for love, we won't leave him alone for long, and we always worry about him in our absence. May Robs rest in peace. You gave him a wonderful life.

no it has to be scanned by a vet or shelter

It would be very expensive and MUCH bigger if it were a gps device.
