New Audubon Workshop Soft Cloud Sedum. Love the soft colors of light pink and white!

New section in my Friendship Garden (closest to the house). I ripped out all the cranesbill that had covered the whole front end and put in some new DLs, fall asters and white and neon sedums. It is much prettier to look at in the fall!

Hank took out the large common hosta at the end of the stone wall and connected the corner to my "pink rock" shade garden.

last one for now: Bill's purple phlox from his RU last year. It looks so pretty mixed with the purple Buddleia.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

nice Louise!!.. we went to HD before and all the mona lavenders were looking like they survived the hurricane.. no good.. all broken up and floppy.. even though they were loaded with blooms.. I walked away .. was amazed they were still selling annuals.. 4 o'clocks and that everlasting that looks like a pink fox tail... even at a dollar fifty.. what's the point???

Thanks, Dave, Celeste and Allison! Celeste, that gentian is my favorite plant. Hank "rescued" it years ago from deep in the woods. The moose had eaten almost all of the plants in the patch. The shade of blue is startling.

Oh Man, Allison. That's not good! We went to dinner at new friends in town last night. OMG! Their gardens were unbelievable. Next year I am doing nasturtiums for sure. I also loved her Andromeda. I think she had about 12 different varieties, but I don't think I can do them here. We don't have any spots for tall shrubs that are poison to dogs. lol

It rained all afternoon yesterday and forcasts look like it wont be clear for the next 4 days.
