Thanks to Celeste for her suggested links for blooms. I especially appreciate the lily suggestions and plan to look for them when I can. I do have a variegated toad lily which holds its own very well in its location-- must be under utilized in some quarters because noone ever knows what it is. I think the blooms must be a laid-back gardener's orchid, and I love them.

I left my glads in the ground again last year....this makes 2 winters in a row they have survived. ^_^

don't think you are doing anything wrong.. mine just started... and only has 2.. that rose was a cheapo christmas tree shop buy last year!

No I love the bonefire, it's the hot pink impatients I don't like...they clash w/the bonfire! I wished I had put white in there.

I like it.. but then again.. a lot of my containers come out loud

Looks like my assorted ones. Nice coleus.

no I bought a bunch from C4L and just put them in sections .. there are more around.. put some in a dead spot down by the street.. and a couple containers here & there.. I picked up another mixed bag from costco with EE and planted those in the back.. never had EE before... I am impressed how nice they are
