Bev, Ann was over last night and said that when she ordered lily's and received them in the spring, with Mike being so ill she just threw them in the ground, all together..said she now has the most beautiful bouquet of white Lillies..thrilled with them..love the photo's as always..how are you feeling, are you fretting about the procedure? Have you been to see Scotty or are you giving him time to think about how he's mistreating your verbally when you visit..let's hope he wises up!

Main reason for our wanting to move is because in the summer at the other building no A/C, in the winter no heat..so here we are in a beautiful mall, first day at work, I'm watching seniors doing their walk around from 7am to 9 am and guess what...it's like an oven..a/c not working...oh/oh

On the good side, checking out my week's calendar, might be able to fit in one or two days at home...at least Friday as they are calling for it to be the hotest we've had yet..

Forehead...hmmm no open wounds but badly scarred and red under tissue..probably 1" round circle..where the 3 marks were its really embedded..not good!!! Would think at this point nothing they can do..don't wear any makeup but might have to purchase some to cover when going out.

Brought my camera so I can take a few photo's of the office, several things still need done..in Paul's office and Suzanne's office they will come and frost 1/2 the window because that's where the heating/cooling system on the roof is..of course to me the system is not working..Suzanne said if we don't get a/c soon she'll be working at home until we do...oh happy days, might do so as well..

Debbie, ahhh thought you might go for a ride to a lake , maybe bring along a picnic, if not bring then pick up something..take your camera and do what you enjoy doing, take photo's..

Is Brittany working today? Are you looking after the little one?

Debbie, don't have cake but have a bagel/coffee here side me so am celebrating along with you..

Betty, yes Brittany is working and the baby is at the sitters. SO, really no changes for my routine until they get home about 4:00. There is another baby at the sitters house...so that is VERY good interaction for Kylie, she needs that socialization so she isn't with adults all the time.

DH gave me a card with a "certificate" for a new cell phone. Mine is about shot!

We have rain here....cooled down just a bit.

Betty, you need to find a dermotologist.....not a family doctor. THis is really getting serious, and needs checked. I am sure they can look at it and tell you what it "was" and perhaps a cream to help fix the area. They did WONDERS for Shane....who had VERY VERY deep and severe acne. Can't tell at all now.

I will do that Debbie..never had a scar in my life so I'm not fond of seeing it..changed my hair style to try and cover, long bangs but that is not the answer..

New telephone, with all the running around you do Debbie a dependable phone is needed! Glad you got some nice pressies..last year at this time I believe I was in Buffalo and took you out for breakfast for your birthday...next time I'm over, breakfast is on me...

Well yesterday, Breenie! yes Breenie invited me to go the Beach with them. Wasn't able to go when they left, Steve had my car...But when he returned i decided, why not. Not very often the kids invite me to go hangout with them...Was wonderful to watch them splash around. Not to mention taking several dives myself, nice and refreshing!! When we returned, DH and Julia were preparing Dinner, so nice they spent the entire afternoon together, think they both needed that!

Well, DH van is Kappoot, so he is using my van for today...sure hope it's fixable.

Man, Betty, what a big bummer about the office AC...Sure hope they get it fixed real fast.

Enjoy the day, will be back in a bit, Trying to get the very back of house cleared, want to strip the paint..should be a fairly quick project, lol I hope!

I am good Betty, tired...could not sleep last two nights??? but that is nothing unusual....we had a computer camera sent to the "sailor" so we have been able to skype!!!! can not say how much I love that!!! skype is my life saver!!!! get to see my soldier.....my Grand daughter, and now my sailor..... ^_^

had messaged on face book and texts with the sailor, but oh sooooo much better to see him on skype !!!!! have not spoken to the "soldier" in a while, but I know he has been talking with his wife and the GD...his schedule has been very busy , but I know he is "good".

#3 son who is home....is doing so much better now that he has a job, and some money to contribute to household, and money to save ..... his attitude is just so much "happier" ....oh he grumbles a bit when he says "I got to go to bed now, cause I got to get up early for work" he say in a grumble grouch voice.....then in HAPPY voice..."that's ok, cause I am soooo glad to have a job!!!" ^_^ it is just too cute...... Now Betty you have seen him.....my big grouchy baby boy.....it is so comical to see him pretending to be all grumbly...when I know next statement is gonna be how glad he is to be working......so nice that he is happy enough to be joking around again !!!! ^_^

Did you eat something that did not agree with you or just nerves because of what happened yesterday? Air conditioner men are now on the roof, it's 80 in here..Paul put a fan at my desk so it's helping ..been organizing and now off for lunch..seems strange to be in a mall and not have to go anywhere to have lunch other than the mall unless we want to..choices/choices..

Once I'm back there will only be 1 hr. left to my day.

Haven't tried Scape, don't know anyone on it really..very rarely infact almost never go on Facebook..still with old msn lol behind the times aren't I?

I'd get in way too much trouble if I worked in a mall. Yeah the mall owners aren't going to let there be no AC in there, too much to lose on that one!

I'm not on Skype, don't plan on it either.

We are on Skype but only with the grandchildren. It's the only way I can see the ones in Colorado. Lord knows it's getting much too expensive to travel!!!

DSD is home today... working on getting us all reservations to go to a play up in Natchitoches at her college on July 30th... so I suppose Judy I have my "Beach" type invitation too ! It's a dinner theater called "Die Claudius" and you have 2 choices of greek dinner... Good thing I'm not picky.... but interesting this is the picky daughter so now she will have to try something new. I teased her that we should dress in Greek too... but last time I wore a Toga was when I WAS in college LOL. Judy - send me your dress LOL...

Thunder, so glad you have that to keep in touch with Sailor....will help the pain must a wee bit of him being so far away.

I have to tell you, after loosing Trevor ...and the "huge" goings on with the Processions, the visitation and services.....I am JUST AMAZED at these Marines. I figured they would be all gone that night or next morning. NOOOOO. There are 21 Marines staying with Trevors parents. Some have tents outside. Some are staying inside....but...they are there. They know the days "after" are some of the worst, after everyone leaves.

Shane was working last night and got an order for 5 large pizzas, 5 orders of smothered fries and orders of salads. It was for the Marines at Trevors family. They have all just wonderful to this community also.

That should be a fun time to the Greek theater. At my oldest daughters wedding....her BOSS and several employees "stole" white table linens and wrapped them up like Togas...using center piece for head piece. OMG!!! We were dying. He was this very nice hotel ball room...and this going on! lol

The entire mall is freezinggggg, apparently our unit in our office had the heater stuck, no wonder it was hot..he's hoping to have an answer to our problems...oh happy days..lol

Ahhh, I'm going to be the cook on your visit, and yes, I can cook but you just have to make sure I don't leave the stove..lol BUT I'm looking forward to 1 home cooked meal..tell Norm to get ready..in the meantime I'm linking my lips..lucky you..

I had hot turkey dinner, turkey/gravy must have been bagged and reheated, about 20 kernels of corn and a scoop of mashed potatoes, am sure they were box flakes and all for $11.49...

Onwards to check out other food concessions...lol

all branches of the service are like that....they "take care of their own".....they really do become "family" in a very short amount of time.....

My soldier still has contacts with some of the guys he was is basic training with, had they met else where..they would not have given one another the time of day...if you know what I mean....??!!! worlds apart.....but now family.....
