A navigation tweak is coming!

Just to experiment, I unchecked one ad type at a time & then went to any forum with pictures. All it took was unchecking the bottom two. I decided to leave the Garden Watchdog ads, at least for now.

Super Bonus. . .I no longer have to look at those horrid Cockroaches scurrying up the page...Yech! (those of you that didn't see ads won't relate to this).

Terry, the text doesn't go off the monitor. I just have to scroll to the right to read it all. Didn't have the problem before.
Got an Dmail from Pirl, she had me make the font smaller. Still have to scroll to the right.
How would I adjust the monitor settings?

Thank you! I do like the full screen and the navigation change alot.
When it moved from right to left, I felt like I was being made to write with my weak hand and read with the weak side of my brain.
This will take no adjustment ~ I like it!

My computer still has not changed back to where it was originally--very annoying to say the least.

mine didn't either. Looks the same except it says Featured Company on the left. I'll log out and in and see if it corrects.

You may also need to clean out your cookies on your browser to see the new changes.

I EAT cookies, I do not clean out cookies.... a chat with DS is needed

Well, I had not noticed any change at all. I went in and removed the check from "Featured Companies" and I'm back to full screen. The only thing that is still off, is that there are no lines on the left and right of the boxes, just the one between the posting members name/info and the title of the post.

The lines are there, so that's weird. Try a refresh and see what happens.

Hmmm, when I'm on the home page, the whole border line is there but when I got to a forum, the left and right disappear.

Sounds like a something hiccuped in your browser settings. You might try clearing everything and logging back in.

Wondering if I have all my passwords saved. LOL

I've tried everything suggested (I think) and still have the featured company and space on the left side when I'm on a thread.

I've tried clicking the featured company both ways, logging out and back in, refreshing, and clearing cookies.

It's much better but still not all as it was.

The lines are VERY close to the margins with my settings. But I can still see them - and when we had the nav box on the right, it scooted everything over a bit. I'm wondering if your settings is displaying the site just a tad larger - do you see a scroll bar at the bottom to scroll left and right?

No scroll bar here. I do have it sometimes but not here. kb

Not sure who you are asking but I have a tiny white margin on both sides so I'm sure my border is missing.

Jumper 2 helped me fix it, featured co. off & had to go in through ads. Back to original settings, what a relief!

I don't know. I'm not a computer person - to put it mildly.

I'm having a bad day with pain. I'll check in tomorrow and see if we can fix this. Can't do anything today but get more frustrated.
