Nice catio!

Karen

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

Thanks. I'd like to get them a larger one when I can figure out how to build it without messing up my new deck.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Ronnie I Love the markings on that Dane!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

good timing on the party.. Hope went into heat today... and Eros went home with Michele

:(

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

LOL, Allison

Went to kiddie party today, they have a 5 month old Standard Poodle, the calmest puppy I've ever met in my life, she was sooooo well behaved and gentle

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Poor Allison!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

it's a good thing I pay attention to my surroundings.. I noticed a few small red drops on the back of the couch.. and put two and two together .. remembered seeing Hope sitting up there looking out the slider ... glad we found it before a disaster could have happened with Eros not being fixed yet either.. usually the first heat is a light one.. she might have had it for a few days and we didn't notice if she was cleaning herself... AND I just said to Randy last week it was time to bring him.. and with the party coming running around cleaning up.. just forgot to make the call.. we miss him already.. but Michele said he was having a blast playing with Pepper .. she said Pepper was jumping around like a bunny she was so excited to see him

Thomaston, CT

They missed each other! Jen, I think a standard poodle will be my next dog....have had it with airedales!

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

Love that catio, Memory! What a great idea!

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

I saw it on the internet and figured it was simple enough to build myself. I just wish it had screen - I get lots of bugs in the house because I have to leave the window open for them to use it.

what am I reading? Do you want another litter?

Naugatuck, CT(Zone 5a)

You can pick up screening pretty cheap at walmart, just add it with small wire. Nice looking kitty!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

no don't want another litter.. just the opposite .. avoiding that craziness

Halifax, MA(Zone 6a)

Poor Allison. I know you miss your baby.

Memory, I have a friend who made one. I think she put a kitty door in the window somehow.

Some pics of Patches in the garden today.

And one more. I caught the naughty girl digging a hole near our shed tonight and yelled at her before she got too far with it. Oh, and she tried getting into some bonemeal, too. That stuff is so stinky! Smells like something died. Just the kind of smell she likes.

Hi, Patches!

Enjoy spring.

Halifax, MA(Zone 6a)

Patches says thanks. She is definitely enjoying spring.

Karen

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Oh I just love Patches♥

My dogs ate a whole bag of bone meal once...wasn't thinking and left it out while taking a break and it was empty when I came back out. I think they shared it...LOL

Thomaston, CT

Patches is so handsome! Ronnie, hope the dogs weren't sick! My dales have eaten stuff that couldn't have done them any good!

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Nah not sick, one good thing about big dogs, they can get away with eating things the little ones can't. Stinky poop though! LOL

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

And LOTS OF IT!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Patches is too cute

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

Patches is incredibly cute!! Do I see Basset Hound in his heritage?

Ain't that the truth Ronnie. I had a Lab that ate a whole bag of Snickers halloween candy. He didn't skip a beat.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Patches is adorable Karen!

I don't feel as bad now....Bandit ate a 13 X 9 pan of scotcheroo's.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Lily ate a chocolate chocolate chip muffin out of Randy's coat pocket.. even the vet could not believe she didn't throw up once.. they gave her the charcoal just in case.. but said she must have an iron stomach

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

Bandit was appropriately named ;) We have to laugh at the things our pets do. Charcoal opened the refrigerator once, took out a spiral ham and consumed the entire thing. I couldn't even find the bone. He should have been named Bandit too!

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

LOL

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

OMG... my friend Kas.. had a king doberman ... he ate a whole frozen london broil off the counter... but I think your ham puts that to shame

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

My SIL has a golden lab who is 3 years old, every winter SIL Shawn take the dog 'Hank' with him ice fishing. Shawn always stops at the store before going out on the ice and gets an italian sandwich and bait. While fishing he eats his italian and always shares with Hank. Last month before the ice thawed, Shawn and a bunch of guys got together for on last day of ice fishing and frisbee-golf on the ice. Well Shawn was playing and drinking with the boys so he forgot about the sandwich. About 2 pm Shawn looked over to see what Hank was doing ....and he was having the sandwich all by himself. ^_^

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

please tell me the bait & sandwich comes from different places

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

NOPE

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

that's what I thought... UGH

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

LOL! They have a deli in the store and a bait shop out back of the store...but they are connected.

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

LOL..LOL!!

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

Wow, lots of bandits.
I have some bags of candy in the bottom shelf of a bottom cupboard that I keep thinking Bella could so easily get into, but hasn't figured it out yet.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I couldn't do it!!!!.. city slicker!!!!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

might want to move those Deb... my friend had a dog die when he ate her vitamins in a lower cabinet like that.. just devastating

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Ha ha ha!! Bet you've never eaten fiddleheads either have you???
They are full of iron, vitamens and minerals...excellent for you . However....they are a fern that grows on the side of river banks and such. :)
