Id say post them on one of the bulb threads and ask around there!

Clarksville, TN(Zone 7a)

I don't know either, marti. But it's very interesting and pretty!

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

iD SAY ITS A "GIMME"!! lol!

Clarksville, TN(Zone 7a)

Aw shucks, I was trying to be tactful. Heh, heh, heh. I could be persuaded about the daff. ^_^

Somerset, KY(Zone 6b)

I will have a few for trade this fall. I'll let you all know how many.

AND one of my wild columbines I rescued has bloomed. I love it. I have 6 or 7 of them I brought home.

Well, if yer serious d-mail me when ready... if you mail daffs in the spring, be sure to leave the leaves in tack so they can get their needed nutrients! They can be transplanted just about all year except in winter.. contrary to what most beleive. I have had large success with spring transients! *beg*!!!! hehehe

Clarksville, TN(Zone 7a)

Had a thunder and lightning storm blow thru here this morning. My neice, next door, had a lightning hit and lost their computer motem. Now they have to wait all day for a guy to show up with a new one and code for it. Her husband works on the internet for his company, so he needs it NOW. He says if they don't get here soon, he will have to put his work on a jump drive and bring it over here and email it to work.
It's too wet outside to do any gardening, but did walk the garden to check on it.

Hi all -- yes, been out in the yard a lot.

OMG, Blossom, are you near the Mississippi or some other river?

I am not going to complain about my weather now that you've shown that picture. :-/

Somerset, KY(Zone 6b)

Sunny and warm here now. Interesting weather you people have here in this area.

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

No not the mississippi! I live on a prairie and we get lots of ponding . It never comes inthe house thoughit may look like it would! Its a savannah. AM dreading the bugs that come, but yesterday saw lots of dragon flies so they should take care of that problem along with all the frogs!

Biggest hate is the snakes! They always gotta be sneaky and I do a lot of containers!

Somerset, KY(Zone 6b)

Invite them in for lunch! Thats what I do and they stay away from me

Clarksville, TN(Zone 7a)

This was my unannounced visitor day before yesterday. :-0

Well heres my five feet of slithering tongue.. SHE came pretty announced as my husband saw her first and screamed.... "HON.. come qwick.. ya gotta see this snake "as my wiseguy sent me slithering up a tree!

I'd say shes carrying a litter of eggs pr just had a good meal from the look at the fat end near the tail..eeks!

Dont know what kind of python she is, but you can have her....and keep yours too.

Yours by the way is rather scary looking too!

To bad I can't make a run to your house. I'd take her home with me. My nephew would love to have her.

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

LOL! herp copllector is he>?

Somerset, KY(Zone 6b)

Well, not really! It would be his first one. But he was watching a program with me and they were talking about snakes and he said he'd like a python or boa. He just turned 16.

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

Tell him they make tons of manure and he will change his mind! LOL! Say non theless for the creepy things it would eat!

We actually had some nutcase dump a boa in our bog and it unfortuneately had a run in with an 8 foot mower deck and well needless to say he met his demise.. what parts of him we found were a good 7 foot plus. The poor thing woudl have never made it through the winter here though....darend thing was as big around as my hubs arm.. Ida hate to get teh squeeze from a snake like that.

I guess Florida is having trouble with bermise pythoins that people got as pets and let go to the wild.. its sad when someone messes up an ecosystem.

I get ta mowng out there and the snakes sometimes will fall out of trees as I go by and makes momma not a happy camper as I run to go do a load of laundry! Oh how I hate that and allegedkly we have timber shakers here.. but have yet to see one. But if ya hear that ever famous primal scream.. yano its just lil ole me getting rattled by a legless lizard.

Somerset, KY(Zone 6b)

LOL!!

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

Snakes here with all this rain is becomeing a epedemic.. ugh.. jus had another one .. I think that makes 6 now,,, too dang much rain.

Clarksville, TN(Zone 7a)

:-(

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

Well, on a lighter note, is the rain ever gonna give way to some sunny days? I cannot remember a more rainer spring and being so cold and ugly.

Somerset, KY(Zone 6b)

91 degrees here today. Bright and sunny!!

Watseka, IL(Zone 5a)

more storms here.. north of here, pretty severe from wha the radio said..
