22 now and sunny going up to 40 - hoping for some melting

Good morning.

Currently a bright, sunny 11 degrees in WNY. Going up to 30 today and staying around there for the next few days. Just 25 days until spring. WooHoo!!

Should get up to 34 today, but 3storms heading this way for Fri, Sun and Mon. Too soon to call rain snow line........I am heartily sick of winter!!

23° & sunny Snow in the front yard down to just under knee high vrom mid-thigh high. that's a DH measurement not on me.

I've noticed a lot of the snow banks have diminished, but not enough for me....I want all the white gone! Should be around 35 today & sunny.....hoping our next 3 storms are all rain.....

Our Fri oncoming storm is predicted for rain--hope so. DH measured the snow in the front yard at 17" this morning. The higher remains of drift are at the back where it is more open. I can do without all of it. wondering if the poor snowdrops are trying to appear under it all.

Well, we only made it to 34 degrees today but the sun was out and I enjoyed being outside with the kids. Now, the cold coming off the windows is really bothering me. I need warmth! One forecast says rain tomorrow, another says wintery mix. Please make it be rain.

I only have a few more weeks to wear my boots, have to get all those outfits in!

You can have all my snow, I'll send it to ya free!

Winter mix coming in tomorrow night and all day Friday. Possible plowable amounts of snow with sleet, crap and more crap.

Temp made it into low 40's today, & I walked with the dogs across the dam....now my face is sun/windburned, but feels good.....I'd rather have bugs than snow! Should be mostly rain here for Fri......maybe snow Sunday, but pouring rain for Mon.

Had 5 kids to dress in snowsuits,boots,mittens,hats and scarfs and then at least one would yell they had to pee. Traumatized me! ^_^

Oh, can I picture that, or what! Only had one myself, but getting the 3 grandkids out the door is a feat......

still at 30° Then it will be cold in the morning. Did I say that the snow still measures 17" in the front yard? More in the back. DH shoveled a path down the back steps==ice on those now & snow to the right of the path on the main wooden porch.

25 going up to 49. mostly cloudy, but the sun is shining brightly now.
