coffee and crumpets are on the table ,along with some scones and homemade jam . I got second place at the fair with it. Blackraspberry. sugar free, well no added sugar.
Dh may have a hook up on a job in FL. wow a job in the USA. ! wow. hud of thunk ?
so pray he gets it. IT will be a 1 yr project . We may take a road trip this summer to see him .

Speaking of meds to doing weird things to you, i can't take benadryl , its like an acid trip for me , very scary ! not even the daytime formula. yikes.

Judy, glad you're feeling better, Babe.

Doug and I discussed our trip to Judy's. we are going to drive but pull a trailer with motorcycle. we are going to bring our camping stuff because we are going to take our time and stop at camp grounds and take rides.

anyone catch sight of the Moon last night? It was spectacular!

Yes Judy the Moon was awesome!! I took my granddaughter out in the yard and we looked at the stars and the moon...and hung a ribbon for her Daddy

Awe Thunder, that was so sweet!
Todd and I sat outside for bit last night and watched the moon and had a few drinks! It was very pretty coming up, so big and a beautiful dark reddish orange.

that pear tree was very strange ./ weird ......absolutely no blossoms one day...totally covered the next!!!! usually there are a few bunches here and there, then a little more, more etc...not this time!!??!!! and if every one of those blossoms ends up a pear.....YIKES!!!

we had a great visit, she is off now to her grammy's ( DIL's moms house) for a while, then they will be back here for another visit....could be in two weeks, could be three??? never know with My DIL...if she is having a good visit she will stay there longer....If she gets sick of her mother...she will be back here sooner??!!!
last time she did a visit like this she was supposed to stay there for three weeks, well she was back here in less than a week!! so who knows ??!!

yes, the full moon was sooooo orange, and HUGE! We're up on a hill, so we really felt like we could just reach out and touch it!

Kel's very ill. In your kind hearts, please say pray for his healing. He seldom gets sick. He had his flu shot. Doctors say that flu shots will not stop him from a getting a cold, but will prevent a pneumonia. So, that's one good thing.
He's irritable and find faults with everything!! Must be the full moon!!!

Did drop off the sewing machine yesterday. The quilt store owner/dealer couldn't believe it happened again as the repairperson had said it must be our own electrical outlet!! This is the second machine. When I had the first brand new one, quilt store owner kindly replaced that with another brand new one. I must be jinxed!!!
But then, this isn't like my mother's Viking which was made in Sweden.
LK, did you get any fabrics? I did. Some fat quarters only. Was in a mood to pick up blues.

I'll be missing for a while. Got this big baby to take care of.

Jaye i m sending Kell healthy thoughts and prayers. TIm had the same thing last week and was a grumpy lumpy guss.

full moon but only a glimpse of it , we were in the 20's last night brrrr.
i have discovered greek yogurt ! and its sure is good. !
add some of my sugar free jam, banana's and wheat germ. yummy in my tummy

At the beach yesterday, I stocked up on tofu and tabouleh, also bought all the soy bean sprouts the store had, about 2 pounds!!
Guess what I'll be having today?
Chicken soup with tofu and sprouts. Kel will be having sugar free pudding!!

working in the GH today
reoganized it again. still trying to find the right location for tables and shelves.
well it looks like tim will be going back to china. he may leave on the 28th ? so we will be getting busy getting him ready and home projects done.
we lost 4 good days since he was sick.

I'm sure Tim's glad it's China as he loves the food there. Please tell Tim that according to Kat Williams (the comedian) we got to be good friends with the Chinese as they're always in our homes!!
Most of the products we have are made by them!! Lol!!

Well girls I did alot of looking online and in the stores and the place I got my machine from had some pretty fabric and the lady there helped me with what to use and she even figured out how much of each fabric I needed ...I'll have to take a picture of it and post so you can see.
I am in the process of making more squares too cause I am going to need close to 100 of them ...I'm not sure if I'm going to use all 12 patterns or maybe go with the ones I like best and then make more of them to get to 100

the weather here is great I've been out working weeding in the beds for 2 days now so the squares are my after dark work LOL

mmm did I see the word diet up there some place?....ewwww lets not talk that I am working on cutting back on things some as the doc told me last time I was there I needed to watch things or I would be headed towards a diabetic with my sugar levels...but maybe that showed up on the blood test as I had drank a soda before going there ...hehehehe

Phyllis, that would be the best route, having help from a quilt store.

I want to thank you all for your support ,but I am just going to try and put the entire situation behind me and say ,I've learned something !!! Don't feel good today,whether it be nerves or the fact that we did too much yesterday.
Rick and I went to Lowe's yesterday and got all new Counter Top , and Storm/Screen Door for the kitchen door...and he got me 6 new plants,plus a lot of this and that ,that was needed..... I Love and have wanted everyone of the plants for a while now !!! .And then went to Walmart,still can't seen to buy enough to fill that frig....LOL.Spent way too much for a one day outing...........

Have any of you tried Almond milk ? I love it !!!! 0 fat ,0 cholesterol ,lower in calories, 0 lactose.....and taste great !!!

Jaye, forgot to tell you I did get fabrics. I got a bunch of black and white that I was low on. Hobby lobby did not have much to choose from, so I went to joann's and used several of the coupons for 40% off! I saw one of the rotating cutting mats and almost got one. But they only had the 12x12, and I think I would like the bigger one.

Jaye LOL!! If food doesn't work the remote will! Tell Kel to get better fast. The flu shot only protects against certain flu strains, and they're usually the prior year's strains.
