hey remember back right after black friday I was fighting with sears to return the defective christmas thingie we bought... WELL it took me up until now to FINALLY get my money back... I wrote any email I found on the corporate site .. along with the head of customer service... fighting and fighting and fighting... they tried to reimburse me for the wrong item after I sent it back.. that one was only 1/2 the money that was due... pretty sick that it took me 2 months for them to get it right.. and only after I threatened to take an ad out in the newspaper telling everyone about the goings on... then finally I got the money back... and they now sent me a sorry letter and a $50.00 gift card.. very sad sad service for sure

Jim has credit cards and a loan. I assumed he was in good standing with Citi Finacial. He applied for a sears card and got denied. Come to find out Citi Financial does their credit card loans!!!!??????

Man, am I on a roll lately. Burned my hand the other night while cooking - two fingers, four blisters. Then, this morning, I dropped a full tank for the humidifier. It broke and the water was all over the laundry room. Stay away from me!!
