Jaye I'm praying for Linda, that's horrible news!

So here's my scoop on The Super Bowl... Way back when the Packers did something horrible to the 49ers (my team) that caused the 49ers to lose lots of money and other losses. SO the Steelers better beat the Packers!! The Packers just need to pack it on up and go home!

Linda it always helps me to move around and get those muscles limbered up some.

I broke my computer yesterday! It has Bluetooth and has never really ran right. I replaced the batteries in the keyboard and when I turned it back on it registered as I had new hardware and then the driver installation wizard for the Bluetooth driver dialog box popped up and I thought, "No wonder it isn't working right, I never installed the driver!" So I installed the driver and now the computer won't recognize the mouse and keyboard at all. I got it to DOS and they won't work there either. I was even trying to get it to Safe Mode to see if I could get it working in there, nope! So I'm going to take home a hard wire keyboard and mouse from work here and see if I can get it working with those. If not it'll be coming to work with me tomorrow so I can fix it here.

Nothing like Advil to relieve those sore muscles LK :D But then, I'm a druggie!!

Pegi, I still haven't found a replacement for my old Pyrex double boiler. Somehow the Goodwill stores picked out what can be sold for a higher price online and leave the worthless to the locals.

Crissy, at least you're tech savvy. I wouldn't know what to do, but maybe call on Susan for help-- i.e. if Kel's not around!
There are 12 former SEC players with the Packers, including 3 from LSU. Steelers has 8, and 2 Tigers. Me being a LSU nut will sit on the fence this time, and just enjoy the game.
I agree with you, one thing I can't stand are dirty players.

Ha Jaye! It was more than the players being dirty, the two teams had merged a long time ago in order to benefit and I guess the Packers took the 49ers for a big fat ride.

my cousin John is in the hospital, he has ALS. He almost died on wendsday due to breathing. He really is in bad shape
he has 3 dd's and a wonderful wife. he is young.
please if you can help give a prayer for his family . i would appreciate it.

It's official, I broke the Bluetooth on my computer, I think I fried the adapter. OOPS!! I have it all wired up for now and it works better than it ever has LOL Go figure!

Don't worry sistahs, I didn't starve. I had a big bowl of salad with cold pasta added!!
Did I mention I had to wait on Kel for an hour before eating?
He had lost his truck key at the shop and I had to bring the extra to him.
Even though the chops were warming in the oven for that long, they didn't dry up.
These are so easy to fix. Spur of the moment, look into the fridge to see what I could use with the chops, and that jar of sugar free marmalade was staring at me.

Weather here calls for rain. I can bear the rain, but not the harsh cold some of you are facing.
Woke up to no aches nor pains but a hungry, hungry tummy.
Last night, I managed to avoid having a late night snack. Not even a carrot stick. So this morning, I'll fix breakfast!
Toasted bagels, ladies.. with a spread of butter and light cream cheese if you want. Coffee of course, and those that need more, scrambled eggs.

ah - today will be easier (bosses are all away in Red Deer & Edmonton for 2 days!!) and I can get some "focus" work done!!! So it will still be busy!!!!

Bill's Dad had his prostate removed and praise the Lord, all test came back negative for the cancer that had been there before they zapped it.
He's doing good right now. Had to stay in the hospital for 5 days, but he's been home for 4 now and is finally feeling and moving better.

Praise God for the good lab report! Glad to hear he is home!

OK...hold on to your keyboards , I'm on here...LOL.
Such crazy days ... spend most of them at momma's,she's doing better since I've been going over and getting her something to eat and keeping her company.Even though there are 9 of us...LOL,I'm an only child when it comes to momma I guess.Most days I'll come home and start dinner get on FB for a bit and then try and re-coop for the next day.
I refused to go to ANY of the Holiday get togethers,I said if they can't support and help me on a normal day I won't pretend on a Holiday !!!!
Just like Friday for an example ,a friend and co-worker of Rick's ,house burnt down and he wasn't able to get out.He live just up the road from us and rode to work with Rick and 2 other guys. I called momma and told her I couldn't come over and why and then called my sister-in-law ,whom only lives less than a mile from momma and told her I couldn't go over and why and could/would she please check in on her...well not even a phone call took place.Rick is at the calling hours and service after,he went with the other guys from work.Too far to come clear home and then go back,plus he doesn't get off until 4:30 and it takes an hour to just get home and it all started at 5:00 - 7:00 and then services.
I talked to Tracy Sunday night and her brain tumor is getting bigger and the brain is swelling,she is having trouble walking now.
Since the weekend my body has decided to have a bad fibromyalgia flare up.
The snow has decided to melt a little tiny bit today...LOL,I can see my car again.
Haven't had the energy to go back and read what I have missed in the past Months...I know ,I'm so bad and I'm so sorry...I think and pray for you all to be well and happy everyday ! But I know my thoughts in my head and heart don't make you feel any less ignored.

I have bad news everybody... Tiga died this afternoon and I feel like I have lost my best friend and confidant, but I had her just 1 month shy of 15 years. Dave called me at work when he found her. He thinks she stroked out, she was fine when I left this morning and he said about noonish her equilibrium was off as was her balance, and she became lethargic. She put herself to bed, in our bed, and he checked on her an hour later and she was sleeping, he checked an hour after that and she was gone. :*(

I'll be here off and on til Rick gets home......and then after he goes to bed.

Synda I am so sorry about Rick's work buddy and his family, many prayers are going up for them and continuing for Tracy. And sorry about your siblings!!! It seems to work like that a lot, one sibling has to do everything. Don't worry about not coming on, you kind of have your plate full! I'm just glad you check in every once in a while and chat for a bit, you are such a sweetie and are missed!
