LK, I wanna go to that spot in the picture! That is so pretty!

My plants are taking a beating this time of year, I am so busy and going out of town and that darn watering problem always beats me up! ughhh. Sides it is so miserable cold going outside to the garden room. Once I get in there course I don't want to leave I just want to play! I am getting so selfish in my old age....LOL

Welcome rrm, glad to see you join us. Hope all this bad weather is missing you! Cloudy dark as usual here and cold, but no wet stuff, good thing cause I got things to finish this weekend.

Sand Springs (Tulsa), OK(Zone 7a)

That would be great!!! I sure appreciate it.

I thought the bows on the halter were fly tags. LOL

Kansas City (Joyce), MO(Zone 5a)

OK, rrm I am you are going to have to train me...LOL
Now don't anyone get mad, but is that a mule or a horse? She/he is really pretty. I have just never been around either except as a teenager way too many years ago went horse back riding at a stable and that has been my exposure to BIG pets.... :) Never lived in the country until I married DH was a pure city slicker.

Blue Ridge Mtns, VA(Zone 7a)

OMG...Take me to that Solarium!

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Charley is a male mule, he is gelded, also have a little boy donkey, gelden. I love to talk about my longears, as long as you can put up with it.
Charley's Mom was a horse, his Daddy was a male Jack Donkey. What you get is a mule. the type of mule is determined by the Mare , in this case. If you want a saddle mule breed to saddle mare , if you want Draft mule breed to large mare like a Belgian. they are wonderful animals. anything a horse can be trained to do they can too. Except you can't use THEM for mating service. They don't have the correct number of Chromazones to reproduce. 63, if I'm thing right. They are as good to you as you are to them.
Hello and Good Morning everyone. Crit don't let me forget, when the weather is better I'll ship you a
start of Super Nova.

Sand Springs (Tulsa), OK(Zone 7a)

Char, what do you do with your Siberian Donkeys? They aren't big enough to ride are they?

I get Apple & Oat cookies for my horses! They LOVE them!!!! :-)

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

they American donkeys, Standard size. Yes, If I was 30 years younger I would try to ride them. They are about 13 hands. I know my feet wouldn't drag I'm 5'1 1/2'' 64 years old. i don't like being tossed off.
That is what I'm feeding them for treats they love them.Apple and Oat, Missy my dog likes them too and they do smell good.

Henderson, NC(Zone 7b)

Charlie is adorable.
Susan, I have not heard how or why the name Kaydince was chosen.
Debra, I will have to make a list and check it twice ( silly) to know the Angels I have. I would like White Knight and Cherub and I'm sure you have more that I do not have. will get back to you.
Welcome ridesredmule, this is a great place.
Love & Hugs
Faye

rrm, if you ever have any spares of moster white I would so love one. That was my very first brug I ever got and it was in an accident! Will explain later, just have a sec. Want to say HI, hope everyone is ready for ST. Nick, I am working hard this weekend to get done....

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Happ, I have a whole rooted monster white from Bonnie you can have. I have two of them, one for me one for you..

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Well, I finally got my tree up! it is all red and silver this year! On the back porch, as we have no room for it inside this small house! Plus the mess is easy to clean up when the kids are done with the pressies!

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

I was going to let me send you one if you wanted at the right time. When can we send, what month??

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Linda, that is beautiful! I love the color combo.
rrm, I was told that the last box of brugs I sent out a few weeks ago arrived frozen, so I would wait if I were you. I am not sending anything now to anyone until spring.

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

I'll wait. We still got a ways til growing days begin.Thank you Dear. I was afraid of that.

(Ang) Bremerton, WA(Zone 8b)

I am envious of the Christmas trees! We won't be having one this year. Last year we had a Norfolk Pine which was quite lovely but my darling Delilah (cat) had several asthma attacks because of it. This year I was quite leery going with a fresh cut one.
With as large as my Kongmansia is getting I'm pretty sure I could toss some tinsel on it and call it our holiday "tree".

Sand Springs (Tulsa), OK(Zone 7a)

Love both wreaths Deb. I'm afraid I have to vote for College Girl's, just because it has a cardinal on it and I LOVE cardinals.

Sand Springs (Tulsa), OK(Zone 7a)

Don't think my super nova is going to make it. I was able to pull it out of the dirt, and it is all shrivled on the end. Put it back in the dirt and am going to leave it to spring, just to see. I may have to get another SN or Monster White. Would like to have some doubles, but don't think I have gotten any of them yet.

Blue Ridge Mtns, VA(Zone 7a)

I'm loving seeing the gorgeous trees and wreaths! And am envious of your set-up, Susie. You're going to have a jungle of Brugs before you know it.

Do tell, Debra. Who was victor in the throw down? I don't fry much but swear your chicken fingers look exactly like mine do. Joe's are colorful but look greasy. I hope you won!

The cuttings your sent, Ammama, are doing great and haven't lost one, knock on wood. SIL called tonight and still hasn't booked her flight and told her she'd best be getting her rear in gear. January 7th will be here before we know it.

Who else besides me likes the tart taste of Lemon and Lime? An Amaryllis in this case but wish it was a pie or better yet a cheesecake. This gal started opening yesterday and has four big blooms, each 7" wide and the same across.
