It's a lovely 16 here, & the "flurries" left an inch on my driveway....I've shoveled some, will do more later....last evening, the weatherperson said it was 55 in Miami & 53 in Caribou, ME! Crazy or what?

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

South Hamilton, MA

27° We have not had snow, but rain & high winds. Not much wind now.

Huron, OH(Zone 5b)

calling for a high of 20° today. We didn't get the extra snow last night. I guess the wind was in the wrong direction. Most of the snow this week has been lake effect. The lake is still wide open. We get less when it freezes.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

This is a parking lot in a town about 20 miles from me, the river overflowed it's bank.

What a mess....and strange for Maine this time of year.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Oh man

Cuyahoga Falls, OH(Zone 5a)

Cold here too - and it just keeps on snowing. The sun peeked through the clouds a little while ago. Here is a picture I took this morning. It is the snow on dried up sedum blooms.

DH and I spent 5 hours outside today planting the last of the spring bulbs. It was a tad cold, but we got it done. Final total was 4510 bulbs for 2010. Can't wait for spring. We had some snow flurries, but no accumulation.

Countrymom, nice shot, but I am not ready for snow yet. The last of our oak (Quercus robur Fastigiata) leaves are still falling and need to be raked up and shredded.

Nantucket, MA(Zone 7a)

This is our first really cold morning of the season. I am so glad that DH and I got the last of our bulbs tucked into the ground yesterday as by dark the temperature had dropped and the ground was suddenly as hard as a rock. I just heard that in some places in Maine it is warmer than in some places in Fla. today. Strange stuff going on. Patti

Super cold here with that wind! Too early to break out the flannel lined pants though, I usually save those for January. (lol) Temps going back up to the low 30's by the end of the week.

Alfred Station, NY(Zone 5b)

No snow here. Ground is frozen up again (which is good - I hate doing chores in sloppy mud). Right now it's about 18F and the wind is gusting making it feel like about 10F.

We need snow!

Thomaston, CT

We need warmth! It's 16 here right now....don't know why my son & DIL thought today was a good day to bring the kids to NYC!

South Hamilton, MA

In the teens here with just a mild wind.

Currently 19 degrees here in WNY and calm. Partly sunny. We start climbing the temperature roller coaster again tomorrow with highs going into the 30's for the next few days. A heat wave compared to what we have had.

Have a blessed and wonderful Wednesday, everyone! ;)
