Hello sistahs....it's our last decent day for a while....tonight comes lots of rain and then changing to snow.....I'm hoping the weathermen are LIARS!

I made bread the other day but I just can't get into the cookie baking mood. Have a cookie exchange with my exercise group on Tuesday so I'm at least going to have to come up with 3 dozen for that!

I'm still without my own cell phone....I'm using my Mom and Dad's and I've got to get it back to them....just can't afford to go buy one right now! So with saying that...does anyone have a spare Verizon phone that they'd like to get rid of for cheap? I could pay something...just not a lot. I hate to be out of reach with my mom like she is now....we could go back to one cell phone (Bill's), but geesh....that was a pain! Think I'll go look at ebay and see if they have anything....

Went to the Water Garden Society Christmas Party last night. It was a carry-in with lots of good food. I took a pecan pie. I was able to bring one tiny piece home. Anyway we took a $10 gift and played the greed game. I took this awesome chip dip cooler I found with pictures of mushrooms on two sides and pears on two sides...I just loved that thing! Well, in the greed game when my name was called I got a cute stuffed Santa. Then when my name was called the second time, I stole this adorable cement gnome....well, should have known that didn't last long! I lost it and got a Christmas table runner. It was okay...didn't really need one though....didn't matter......that got stolen too, and guess what I ended up with?????? The chip dip cooler! I wanted one of them anyway, so I was happy....

Cookie i have several !!!!! and a black berry if you want it , don't pay me for it silly girl. I will see if i can dig them up.

Well, we don't have the "white stuff" but boy do we have some winds!!! I get a little nervous with the winds as high as they are today because there are oodles of huge dead branches in some of my trees. No place to go but down-just away from the house please.

Well off to finish up some projects--mainly a donkey costume for my oldest GD. Actually it will be a set of fleece sweats but they still need to be done.

I am doing fine, still have the darn crud, or major held cold or something! My head feels like it is under water all the time, and I can't stop coughing. I have gone to the Dr, and went through a round of antibiotics, and it has not touched it! I go back tomorrow!

Jaye Tiga fell off of the back of my boat with an inboard motor and landed flat on her butt, she didn't even try to turn over and it was pretty high so she had plenty of time LOL

Sis, Kel's mama's LOW too on Vit. D, and apart from the supplements, doctors told to be OUT in the sun as often as she could. But she's not you. You'd spend as much time in the yard, but she won't even walk in her garden fearing the sun cause she doesn't want to 'redden' her face!!
There are some foods that are rich in Vit. D too.

Man there are some cold temps BRRR!!! It is 52 here.

There are some of you here that are friends with me on FB. Well as you noticed Doug changed his realationship status and then I commented on it. Well lol, there is this crazy woman that Doug knew when he lived in KY and she is having a fit. She is still in love with Doug and told him that if it didn't work out between us to give her a holler. She has been living with a guy for 7 years. She sent me a message on FB and told me I better treat him good. She told me that Doug had asked her to come out to CA, they had long chats and phone conversations, and that all I wanted from him was sex then I leave and go home,and I don't take him to his doctor appt.
They lived together for awhile, then one day Doug came home from work and she had taken alot of his stuff and just left. He said she owes him around $30,000. She keeps telling him that she will send him money but she has done it yet. I told him that I was sending her a message to leave us alone and that he needs to block her. I also warned her that if she continues to bother Doug that I will send a message to her boyfriend.

Doug and I don't keep anything from each other. He told me about all of his past relationships and marriages. We are both very open honest and straight forward with each other.

We have been talking about moving to KY but I don't know if I want to knowing that crazy woman is there. I wouldn't want to have to hurt her ^_^ LOL
